3 Months Later

"Hye Mi, attend the patient at bed 8 please." Jenny, the Nurse in charge gave you a job to do.

It was almost 3 months since you have lived in California. It's also been 3 long dreadful months since you've left Korea. Your heart ached at the thought. You really missed everyone and everything back home. Especially your boyfriend fiancée.

Your eyes watered at the thought of him. His smile, his good looks, his greasiness, his embrace, his presence. The list goes on forever. Your heart longed for him and his love.

You quickly wiped away your tears and headed to Bed 8. You straightened your scrubs and fixed your hair.

"Hey Mrs Franks. How are  you?" You asked. Your English was improving everyday, no doubt. "I'm good Honey." She smiled and you returned her smile. You did a quick check up and left so that she could rest.

You sighed as the day was over but you still had a sign of relief because you could finally go home and sleep.

On the way home, it seemed peculiar. Everywhere you went, things reminded you of him. You saw a Florist nearby and remembered when he gave you flowers. Then you saw a girl with a Rilakkuma doll and and her sister had a Hello Kitty doll. You couldn't help but smile as you remembered when he won them for you without ease.

You sighed as you got off the bus. You thanked the bus driver. As soon as you walked into the house you were tired as hell. You quickly took a shower and then slipped on some PJ's. Climbing into bed your thoughts were all of Woohyun and soon you drifted to sleep.

The next day, you woke up to find that your Rilakkuma doll was on the armchair of your room. Your eyes widened in alarm. *What the hell?* You thought as you approached your Rilakkuma doll. On the tummy, a sticky note is attached, it says:

You smiled as you thought that Woohyun had put this here. That he could be in California right now. You ran out of you bedroom, you looked everywhere in your apartment, just to see if he could be there hiding. But he wasn't. You slouched on your sofa as you figured out that you got trolled and the scary part was that you didn't even know who trolled you.

You looked up at your wall clock *Crap, I'm late for work.* You frantically went to the bathroom and took a shower. After that you put on a pair of scrubs all smoothly ironed. It was the Spongebob scrubs, you immediately remembered that time when Woohyun done you to work for the first time.

You snapped back into reality as you remembered that you were late for work. You practically ran to the bus stop. Luckily, you were just in time and that you were friends with his friendly bus driver, unlike the previous one.

"Thanks Tony." You breathed heavenly as you thanked Tony, the nice bus driver. "All good bub!" He said as he smiled.

Once you arrived, Jenny constantly asked on why you were late. You then of course answered her question.

"Alright, I'll let you off this time. But hey, there's someone who is currently at the Emergency Room and refuses to be checked up by anyone else but you." Your eyebrow raised as you were puzzled. "Yeah, I know it's peculiar. But i suggest, you should go and check him out. He sounded very persistent." Jenny said

You didn't hesitate as this was your job and you had to follow orders. But you couldn't help but wonder who this guy is. Maybe he could be mentally-ill. Maybe he could be a stalker. Maybe he could even be a ert. Your eyes widened as at that moment you wanted to retreat.

Somehow, you plucked the courage and went straight into the Emergency Room. You saw a familiar boy sitting patiently on the hospital bed. You noticed that he had grazed his elbow again, it was bleeding but not too badly. His face brightened as he spotted you.

"Noona!" he hollered, yes he was Korean, half actually. "Oh Henry, what are you doing here and what happened to your elbow?" You asked

*Flashback*

After work, since you had the morning shift. you ended early and didn't feel like going home just yet. So you decided to explore and you found yourself at a park. From the far distance, you could spot an Asian looking boy, but you could tell that he was half. He looked around 8 years old.

He just fell of his skateboard as he tried to do a 360 spin. You could see that he was crying. you couldn't help but approach him.

"Sshhh, it's okay. Stop crying." You said in Korean. Immediately the boy stopped and looked at you. You were surprised that he understand what you just said. " You understood what I just said?" He nodded. " Come on, I'll help you with that graze."

You helped him and lead him to the nearest bench. You took out some betadine, cotton balls and a band-aid. "This might hurt a little." You said as you applied some betadine on him cut. He wince. "Sorry." You muttered. You then put on a band-aid.

"Better?" He nodded. "Thank you uhn..." He paused. "Call me Noona." Thank you Noona. Oh yeah the name's Henry." He smiled as he dug into his calipo. You smiled as you took a bite of you cornetto ice cream.

"Be careful now Henry, alright. I have to go soon. But remember, if you ever get hurt. I work at the Hospital nearby and I'll be more than happy to help you." He smiled.

"I'm here because you said that if I get hurt, I can go here. And I sort of fell while trying to do an Ollie." You smiled at his cuteness as you pinched his chubby cheeks. "Alright let's see what we can do here." You then bandaged his elbow. "There all done!" You smiled.

"Actually, I have something to confess Noona." Henry Looked up. "I'm not the one who is actually looking for you" He smiled then got up from his seat and ran out the room. While you stayed there dumbfounded.

Seconds later, he came back with the person you've been waiting for to show up in your life once again.

"Hey baby." Woohyun opened his arms. "Oppa" you wailed with tears forming in your eyes, you ran into Woohyuns arms. His embrace was the best in the world.

"Awww Baby don't cry. Aren't you happy to see me?" He grinned. "I am it's just, I miss you so much." You sobbed.

"Shhh, I miss you too Babe. I'm here now" Woohyun pulled back from the embrace and looked at you in the eyes. His beautiful eyes locked into yours. His face was slowly making its way towards yours, until there was no more space.

*I miss these soft lips* Woohyun thought to himself. You could feel his smile through the kiss.

"Ewww" You both looked towards Henry who had covered his eyes with his hands. You both chuckled and walked towards him. "It's okay Henry, it was just a kiss." You said. "But it was icky."

Henry soon went home because his Mum would go all ape if he didn't. So you and Woohyun were walking around the beach hand in hand barefoot.

"I love your scrubs babe." Woohyun smiled. While you blushed.

"Hey, you still have the ring." Woohyun's face brightened. "Hey, do you remeber when I said I'll buy you a better ring than this one?" He asked and you nodded. "That we would go choose one together." You nodded once more. "Well I changed plans." You looked at him confused.

At that moment, Woohyun bent down on one knee and before you knew it you already had tears in your eyes.

"Song Hye Mi, words can't express my love for you. You are the most beautiful, smart, witty, stubborn, y girl I have never met and I love you for that. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to have children and granchildren with you. I want to grow old with grey hair with you. I promise to love you forever and I wish to make you my wife. Whom I wish cherish and love until I die. Will You marry me?" He asked.

"Yes, Of course I will!" You helped Woohyun stand up and hugged him.

"Now lets put on this ring." Woohyun said. It was a perfect fit.
