Chapter Nine: Conversation of the Truth and Confessions

“They’re having fun,” Dara whispered.

 

“Dara, are you alright?” Donghae asked.

 

“Oh, I’m okay.” Dara smiled.

 

“I know! Let’s have an open forum while we eat!” Victoria and Hye Sun laughed. Everyone formed a big circle and there are so many lunch boxes each.

 

“So! Let’s talk about how we get captured” Dong wook promoted.

 

“Let’s start with Jiyong!” Dong wook laughed.

 

“Don’t dare…”Jiyong looked at Dong wook.

 

“Err…Let’s start with…” Dong wook was interrupted by Gummy.

 

“YOU!” Gummy laughed.

 

“*Sigh* Okay…As my love says.” Dong wook sighed.

 

“Are you two…?” everyone asked.

 

“Yes!” Dong wook exclaimed.

 

“No!” Gummy refused.

Dong wook: Well, I got kidnapped when I was going back to the dorm. After we talked for a while Jiyong left me there alone, I was headed back to the class D building when someone hit me at the back, then there I got unconscious, when I woke up I was in a room full of plants and the room was all green.

 

Victoria: What did you talked about with Jiyong, Dong wook Oppa?

 

Dong wook: Err…it’s about Gummy…

 

Gummy: What about me?!

 

Dong wook: Remembered what happened at the beach? (Dong wook winked)

 

Gummy: Leave that behind! Off topic! Me next! (Gummy blushed) Well, I got kidnapped too when I was at the beach, I was looking for Dong wook but suddenly someone grabbed me and I felt unconscious, I think someone used a sleep P.S. to me.

 

Dong wook: Why did you go back to the beach? (Dong wook gave a big smile)

Jaejoong: Well, it’s my turn; I got kidnapped and locked up in a dark black room. I was following Minzy-Chan after we ate at the restaurant we got as a reward at the Mr. and Ms. Fifteen contest. Someone tied me up and kidnapped me and locked me in a dark music room. (Jaejoong looked at the sky)

 

Minzy: I got kidnapped when I ran away from the restaurant. (Everyone was so silent because Minzy gave a short speech) What?! (Minzy brought out her bazooka)

 

Dara: Err…By the way. Jaejoong, why did you follow Minzy? And Minzy why did you ran away?

 

Minzy: Dara…Jaejoong. Jaejoong is our long lost childhood friend…the one who likes you, remember? Jaejoong, Jiyong, me, you and Bom?

 

Dara: J—Jaejoong-shi! You mean…Lil Bear!? It is really you! So that’s why you’re familiar! But Minzy why did you ran away? (Dara’s eyes brightens)

 

Teddy: Lil bear? What? (Teddy and the others all asked the ‘What’ word.)

 

Dara: Well, since we were kids we have codenames for each other. Me as Lil Flower or Ssanttokki the mountain Rabbit, Jaejoong as Lil Bear, Minzy as Lil Fish, Bom as Lil sunshine and Jiyong as Lil….

 

Jiyong: Don’t tell them… (Jiyong covered Dara’s mouth)

 

Bom: As Lil chicken! (Everyone laughed. Jiyong looked at them with his cold eyes and they became silent)

 

Dara: By the way! Minzy, why did you run away from Jaejoong?

 

Minzy: Let’s lea…

 

Jaejoong: Minzy confessed to me…Minzy said I was her first Love, but because of Bom I misunderstood it and I hated Minzy from that very day…Minzy…You were my first love too…

 

Minzy: Jae—Jaejoong… (Minzy blushed)

 

(Jaejoong suddenly kissed Minzy at the cheeks)

(Seungri suddenly grabbed Chaerin and kissed her at the cheeks)

Dara: Yeah… (Dara laughed and everyone giggled)

 

(Jiyong grabbed Dara, they stood up suddenly Jiyong kissed Dara)

Teddy, the teachers and the guards: Again!?

 

Gummy: not in the cheeks…

 

Eun Joo: but lips!

 

Jaejoong and Seungri: Nice move Jiyong!

 

Chaerin and Minzy: Stupid boys.

 

Dara: Jiyong! (She blushed)

Dara: Hey! (Everyone laughed)

Daesung: He also made a joke!

Jiyong: Shut up!

 

Jaejoong: Jiyong, how did you get kidnapped?

 

Jiyong: When I was going back to the class C building, I heard some loud music which is not pleasing to the ear, but instead of being locked up in the music room I wondered why I am locked up in a room full of flames.

 

Gummy: Dara, how did you get locked up in that golden room?

 

Dara: Well, we went to the faculty building because we heard that you guys had been kidnapped, the president want me to do something that can turn the University into a real big scary one. I refused so she locked me up there.

 

Bom: Min—Minzy-ah…

 

Minzy: Huh?

 

Bom: I—I’m sorry…I’m sorry about the past, I’m so sorry about Jaejoong and You.

 

Minzy hugged Bom: It’s okay, let’s leave the past and keep going on.

 

Bom: Thank you!

 

Donghae: D—Dara…

 

Dara: Yes Donghae? Do you need to ask anything about drawings or sketching?

Dara smiled: I’m just a little dizzy and tired, but I feel something preventing my P.S.

Minzy, Eun Joo, Bom: What’s going on?

 

Dara fainted.

Teddy: Chaerin, Seungri, go to the class A building, look for Suk hyun-shi there! Hurry!

Chaerin and Seungri rushed to Class A building, Dong wook and Jiyong rushed Dara towards the hospital as Eun Hye, Hye Sun, Minzy, Eun JOo, Youngbae, and Victoria followed them. Teddy and Gummy went to the Class D building. The teachers and other guards prayed for Dara’s health.

 

Teddy: Ji—Ji Hyo!?

 

Ji Hyo: Teddy…let me help Dara…

 

Teddy: But what can we do?

 

Ji Hyo: the pixies might help her…and her plant…

 

Teddy: Minzy! Victoria! Eun Joo! Wait!

 

Minzy: What is it?

 

Teddy: Look for the pixies. Donghae bring Dara’s plant to where she is.

 

Donghae: Okay!

 

Teddy: Thank you Ji Hyo…

 

Ji Hyo: don’t thank me…thank Danny and the President…

 

Teddy: T—the President?

Ji Hyo disappeared in the darkness.

Dara was rushed inside the emergency room, Jiyong and Dong wook was left in the waiting room praying for hope.

Chaerin and Seungri arrived at the hospital with Suk Hyun, they went towards the waiting room.

Suk Hyun: I—I cant promise that I can heal her…but…her condition is so critical…

 

Jiyong: Please do everything! (Jiyong hugged Suk Hyun)

Dong wook, Teddy and the others arrived at the hospital

 

Dong wook: Jiyong!

 

Minzy: the pixies will be here within a minute.

 

Youngbae: Here’s Dara’s plant.

Bom: Yeah…

 

Doctor: Everyone…

 

Jiyong: Doc! What happened to her? What’s her condition!?

The doctor’s face looked sad.

 

Doctor: Dara…she…she have the life shortening P.S. Someone might have cursed it to her. Besides of the weakness of her P.S. the life shortening P.S. affects her health. She might live only for a couple of months…

 

Jiyong: T—that’s a joke right??? Seungri! It’s a joke right?! Right!?

 

Seungri: Jiyong…please…accept the truth!

 

Seungri and Jaejoong held Jiyong

 

Jiyong: Dara…

 

Dara: Ji—Jiyong? Dong wook-Oppa? Teddy-nim? Is…is that true?

 

Everyone saw Dara: Dara!

 

Dara was crying, Jiyong rushed towards her and hugged her with tears in his eyes.

 

Dara: Jiyong, don’t cry. I’ll be fine…

 

Jiyong: Idiot! Sometimes…can you express what you really feel! We’re affected when you smile but we know that there’s pain inside you. Dara! Can you sometimes express you’re feelings well and don’t hide them, be angry, you are free to do that things!

 

Dara: Jiyong…

 

Minzy: Idiot…We are all so worried…

 

Doctor: I suggest you guys live happily now, accept the truth…be ready…Dara…

 

Dara: Yes doctor?

 

Doctor: You…you only have 2 months left…

 

Dong wook: That’s not true! Suk Hyun! You can heal Dara right?

 

Suk Hyun: that’s all I can do…I can only make her live a little longer…and that’s 2 months…

 

Bom, Eun Joo, Victoria, and the others cried.

 

Bom: Dara!

 

Dara: Silly, of course that’s long enough…it’s long enough so I can enjoy every single second and minutes to the one I love…Jiyong. And of course to my strength and my hope….my friends

 

Minzy: Even if you say so there’s no other choice. (Minzy’s eyes were full of tears)

 

Jiyong: Dara…

 

(Jiyong hugged Dara tightly and kissed her on the forehead)

 

The pixies arrived at the hospital, they were all crying.

 

Pixies: Dara!

 

Dara: I’m okay. Don’t worry.
