BAM BAM BAM! BAM BAM BAM!

Jia turned her head and looked at the door. Her heart beats rapidly as her body shivered when heard someone knocked the door roughly. As if that person wanted to crash into her house. While she walked towards the door, she wondered who was knocking the door. All her family members already went to sleep. She took a deep breath and released it slowly. Her right hand tried to reach the knob door. She unlocked it and opened the door wide.

She saw a tall guy standing in front of her. His hair and his clothes already wet because of the heavy rain. His right hand was holding a bottle of an alcohol. She looked straight to him with a sad looks.

“Are you drunk?” She asked him with concerned.

“Is that the only words you can say to me right now? Are you drunk? Tchh.” He scoffs.

“If you want to argue with me in this middle of the night, it’s not going to work Cheolyong. We have school tomorrow, I don’t want to be late.”

“…” He kept silent, didn’t know what to say.

“You have no words to say right? Then, goodnight.” She tried to close the door but his hand stopped her. He griped her hand but she pried off his hand and turned her back in front of him, crossed her arms.

He took steps carefully, did not want to wake others up. He observed the slender figure in front of him. He did not know why in sudden he missed her so much. He caressed her long hair with gentle showing how much he missed her. While Jia stands still, she did not move a bit. He pushed her long hair shows her neck and jerks his face, nears her ear.

“I want to discuss with you.” He whisper to her ear gives her body chills as she feels his breath. His hands reached her shoulders and turn her body to face him.

“I’m going to bring a justice to my father’s death. No one can stop me neither Nana nor you.” He gave her a death glare.

“Cheolyong please, you’re drunk. You are not thinking straight.” She sighed. He griped her hand and pushed her body hard on the walls.

“So tell me, is your father even thinking straight when he stabs a knife behind my father’s back? Tell me Jia!” He griped her hand tighter.

“Look, we already discuss about this yesterday. I am not going to believe that my dad killing your father just because of he was fired! Even if he did that, you did not have any proof to say he was guilty.” She glared at him.

“I saw the incident with my own eyes Jia!”

“It was not enough!” She pries his hand from her. She touches her wrist and feels pain when she caresses her wrist.

“So you want me to let him go and act normal? Are you insane?! He makes me lost someone important in my life and now he has to pay for it.” He cupped her face with both of his hands.

“Then, now you want us to lose our dad also? You are just selfish as him. Because of you lose someone you love that doesn’t mean you have to make others lose someone they love too. You have two choices that are to move on or stay like this and keep your revenge till death.” She holds his hand but he let her face go and pulled his hand.

“Well, unfortunately I decide to stay like this and keep my revenge till death.” He avoided her eyes. She bits her lower lips; endure her tears to flow from her eyes. She takes a couple steps moves towards him. She approaches his face and touches  his cheek gently.

“Don’t you ever think your relationship with Nana will be ruined if you keep this revenge? Please, if you love Nana, let this incident go. You cannot regain any benefit from this revenge.” She said in firm while waiting patiently for his answer.

Cheolyong stayed quiet for a moment to answer her question. He cannot believe she was trying to mix up his relationship with his revenge. He holds her hand that caresses his cheek a moment ago, stopping her action.

“I already ruined this relationship because of loving you so much. So, you do not have to safe our relationship and giving some stupid advices because deep in your heart you know you are the main reason our relationship broke. This revenge meant nothing in Nana’s and I relationship. You know I always love you and I know you love me back. Just admit it Jia.” He tightens of his grip on her hand.

“I don’t love you” She pushes his hands.

“Don’t be a coward. You’re the one who was cheating with your little sister’s boyfriend behind her back.” He grabbed her body harshly to face him. Her skinny body bumps at his body accidentally.

“Stop Cheolyong! Everyone can hear you.” She tries to stop him from talking but he didn’t do as her says.

“So now you afraid someone will hear about our relationship? Let them know that you are the third wheel in our relationship!” He shouts.

“Cheolyong! You better stop this nonsense right now or I will call police!”

“Jia, you don’t have to act good person in front of me and Nana and just admit that you love-“

SLAP!

“Ouch!” He touches his head.

Cheolyong opens his eyes and lifts up his head. He roams his eyes in the room; he saw many police officers went in the room. He brings his hand reaches his hair and scratches his head. He saw an old man with a formal police suit in front of him. His hand was holding a newspaper. So, that’s how he gets a slap from, he said to himself.

“Cheolyong, did you sleep again?” His boss asks in firm.

“I’m sorry boss. I didn’t mean to sleep.” He lowers his face, avoids from looking at his boss face.

“If I see you sleep again, I will slap you with a thicker magazine.” His boss throws the newspaper on his desks and walk off from him. Cheolyong closes his face with both of his hands.

Why must I dream about the day I hate the most? He groans.
