The weekend was over before you knew it and you once again had to say goodbye to Kevin. You said your goodbyes and went back to your lives. But it was fine because you were engaged now and so you'd be together very soon. Before Kevin and you parted ways, he gave you two choices; either he would give up U-Kiss and move back to the US to be with you or you would move to Korea to be with him. You couldn't let him give up his career, so you agreed to move to Korea. You were scheduled to move in a few weeks when U-Kiss had a week off from their schedules. The only people who knew of the engagement were the other U-Kiss members, Kevin's family, and U-Kiss' manager. No one else knew, at least that's what you thought. One day you were driving home from college and you were picking up your mail. Tucked in with the bills, there was a letter, no return address. The letter said;

"You'd better start watching your back and sleeping with one eye open. Kevin is mine and I'll kill you for him. You'll never know when I'll strike. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

It was signed, the real Mrs. Woo.

Crazy fangirl. How could she have found out about the engagement? Terrified for your life, you called up Kevin.

"Did you tell anyone about us?"

"Ani, I haven't told anyone else. Why? What's wrong?"

He sounded frantic.

"Well, I just got a death threat from one of your fan girls.

Silence--

"Kevin, are you there?"

"How could she have known", you heard Kevin say, more to himself than to you.

"Who?"

"There is this really crazy fangirl. Like she's psycho. Our manager actually had to get a restraining order against her. She's tried to hide on our hotel rooms and no matter what country we're in, it's like she's following us everywhere."

"Omg!! What if she really does kill me?!"

"She won't because she won't do anything to hurt me. Look, are you packing?"

"Yeah, I just started to, why?"

"We can't protect you if you're by yourself in the US so change of plans. You're going to have to come to Korea ASAP."

"What?! I can't just up and leave right now!!"

"You're going to have to. My parents and Deanna are still in the US now so I'll call them and ask them to help you finish packing. I'm really sorry about this _____. I love you."

"I love you too Kevin, but---

The line went dead.

"How does he expect me to pack up everything and just leave all of a sudden?"

Suddenly, you felt a sharp pain in your abdomen, almost like a menstrual cramp, but far more severe. Then a wave of nausea hit you. You immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up.

"Ugh, what is wrong with me. Maybe I should call Deanna unnie and ask her to take me to the hospital."

Slowly, you went and grabbed the phone and dialed Kevin's sister's number.

"Hello?"

"Deanna, it's _____."

"Hi, my future sister-in-law. How are you doing?"

"Not so good actually. I'm feeling really sick. Can you take me to the hospital?"

"Oh, sure. I'll be there as soon as I can."

"Thanks unnie. Bye."

"Annyeong."

20 minutes later, Deanna pulled up and you climbed in her car. She drove you to the hospital. The nurse that was there did the necessary checkup stuff. Then the doctor came in. Thankfully, it was a female doctor because you'd need it if it's what you were thinking.

"_______, I'm Dr. Andrews. What seems to be the problem?"

"Well, I suddenly felt this sharp pain in my abdomen, worse than cramps and then I threw up."

"Okay, well I ask all my patients that come in with these symptoms and are of the age to be ually active. When was your last period?"

"Um, it was about 2 weeks ago."

"Okay, are you on birth control?"

"No, I stopped taking it because it starting making me sick."

"Alright, have you been ually active since your last period?"

It was an awkward question to answer, what with Kevin's sister sitting right next to you and you were reluctant to answer, but Deanna put a reassuring hand on your knee and gave you a nod to answer.

"Yes, about a week after my last period. Only once."

"Did he use contraception?"

"No, we decided against it because we're engaged."

"Well, with all the information you've provided for me, I believe you are pregnant, but I'll give you a test to confirm it. If it is positive, then I can give you some pregnancy fact brochures and options, if you choose not to keep the baby. It's a routine procedure and we give all expecting women these."

A nurse came in and gave you the test. You went into the closest bathroom and peed on the stick. After three minutes, you looked at the stick that showed a little plus sign, telling you that you were indeed pregnant. You had mixed emotions. You were happy that you were carrying Kevin's child, but you were sad and angry because of all the stress that you were going through right now, what with moving to Korea and getting a death threat. For the baby and for yourself, you had to remain calm and keep both your mind and body healthy. Stress was not good.

You walked back into the examination room and showed the doctor the test. She handed you all kinds of brochures for pregnant women. You thanked the doctor and left. In the car, Deanna started the conversation.

"So are you going to call Kevin?"

"I'm not sure yet. I mean he wants me to move to Korea ASAP because it's not safe for me to live here anymore."

"I know, he told me. Well, even though we're not related, you'll always be like a sister to me and like a daughter to our parents and we'll do anything to protect our family. If you want to move to Korea, then we'll help you pack. If you choose to stay here, then we'll respect your decision. What do you want to do?"
