“So is there still anything going on between you and Ji Hyun?” Ji Chang Wook asked.

“No. We’re just friends.” Seo In Guk replied with a sigh.

“Hmm.”

“I would obviously like to be more than that, but it is not possible. I met her the other day. She told me I missed my chance with her.”

“I see.”

“She likes you.”

“She told you?”

“When we met, her eyes sparkled when she talked about you. She thinks it’s just a harmless crush but it is obviously more than that.”

“I like her. A lot. But I won’t do anything about it if you two still have something going on.”

“She likes you. I would like to see her happy. Especially after all the ridiculous radio silence I put her through.”

“Are you sure?”

“Yes.”

“Thank you.”

“I will.” Ji Chang Wook replied quickly.

Nam Ji Hyun’s phone chimed as she received a new message. She checked her phone to see that Ji Chang Wook had sent her a music file.

“Let me know what you think.” His text said simply.

She clicked on the file and listened intently to the song. It was his song for the Suspicious Partner OST.

“I really like it.” She replied shortly after.

“Thank you. I thought of you when I was singing it.”

“Really?”

“Yes.”

Nam Ji Hyun re-read the text message again as she played the song for the second time, thoughtfully listening out of the lyrics.
