Key pov

Taemin picked us a table next to the window. It was quite crowded in there, so we were really lucky to find such a good table. Maybe something goes right after all. I kept sneaking some glances at Onew, he looked a little guilty and sometimes even pained. It was right at him, he should feel a little guilty.

"Which chicken should I take. Chicken wings, fried chicken, chicken file. Why is it so much chicken" Jonghyun cried out.I thought he was used to this, because of Onew. At least it sounded like it. 

"Shouldn't you know what is good. I heard you were frequent guests at the chicken house close to the school" Minho just can't stop teasing him. But I was actually curious about his answer.

"They only have fried chicken. You'll see, he will have fried chicken. Nothing tops that for him. Or maybe he will buy all the chicken"

"Yha. Jonghyun I'm not that crazy for chicken alright"

"Oh, shall we bet. You will steal at least one piece of everybody's chicken"

"I will not" I couldn't help but think that Onew was at least a little cute. Defending himself from Jonghyun but somehow I won't doubt Jonghyun. He is surely right about Onews chicken addiction. He is the one who knows him the best out of all of us. I can't help but be a little jealous of him. I also want to know Onew really well. Out of all of us, it feels like I'm the one who knows him the least. It should be Taemin but it really doesn't feel like it. It feels like he has been at the school much longer than me. He fits in so well, much better than me.

"Key, what do you want. We are ready to order" I hadn't even thought about what I wanted. I was to upset at Onew and then I started to think too much. Why can nothing ever be easy? Taemin had that nice childish smile on when he asked, I felt so guilty.

"What do you think is good" Really Key, you couldn't just have chosen something random from the menu.

"I would recommend the buffalo wings with the Seoul sauce and the fried chicken. They are really good here" It shocked me a little that Onew recommend something

"Do you think I would like it"

"I think that it would best fit your taste. It's really tasty. I have been here a couple of times and it's really good" How did he know what I preferred. I just can't recall telling him. Maybe I could trust him on this. It did sound quite good after all.

"I'll take that" Onew looked so happy. It almost looked like a missing piece was returned to him.

"Waiter" This place was so crowded that they barely noticed that we got in. They seemed to be running everywhere, without sparing us a glance. Wait a sec, we didn't have a waiter here yet then why did I rush with my order. They all made it seem like it was urgent but no one was here. I could have taken my sweet time choosing but instead, I just went with what Onew suggested. Stupid innocently Taemin, if he hadn't that nice smile on I would have noticed earlier. 

After what felt like forever, Minho finally managed to catch a waiter. She had her long blond hair in a ponytail, a pair of cute brown eyes that made her look extremely innocent. I could see that Jonghyun was totally checking her out. I could also see he got a big smack on the head. It was hilarious. Onew really hit him on the head.

"What would you like to order" Her voice was the opposite of her face. I have never heard anyone that sounded so uninterested. Her face was the combination of sweet and cute/innocent but her voice was the one of the devil. Like it was like she couldn't care less about what we wanted.

"We'll have the buffalo wings with Seoul sauce, fried chicken......" After that the only thing I heard was chicken. How much chicken was he going to order? I was pretty sure our orders were in there too but it was still a whole load of chicken. I guess Jonghyun wasn't joking when he said that Onew would buy almost all the chicken.

"What do you want for drinks" She didn't even look at us. She was just staring down at the paper in her hand, waiting for us to answer. I hadn't even thought about drinks. now I was in a tight spot, what would I say.

"We'll have a soda, a cola, one fanta, one Sherley temple and one sprite" It looked like Onew had us covered but which drink was for who. He can't possibly know what everyone wants right.

"The drinks will be out soon. The food will take between 10-30 minutes" What kind of food takes 30 minutes. I know there is a lot of people here but still, 30 minutes isn't that way too long. Nobody but me seemed to be bothered by it. I guess I just have to let it be. Soon another waiter, who I must say was much more polite, came with the drinks. For some reason, Onew had managed to figure out which drink everybody wanted. I got the Sherley temple that I adore. Hw did he do that, how did he know that I liked it so much. There much be more to it than he tells, there is no way he just can know what I like. He must have gotten the information somewhere. After listening to Minho and Jonghyun bickering and Taemin and Minho evil plans the food finally arrived. it felt like forever. Taemin Jonghyun and I each had 2 plates but Minho and Onew had more. Jonghyun really wasn't joking when he said that Onew would but almost all the chicken. It looked like a mountain in front of him. I really didn't understand how he would eat it all. I think it would be really wise to follow the advice to not get in the way of Onews chicken. If he felt even a little guilty of what happened earlier, or anything else it all disappeared in front of the chicken. He looked so happy when he dug in that it was almost adorable.

"Didn't I tell you that you would buy almost all the chicken here"

"Who cares as long as it is delicious" I can't believe that came from Onews mouth. I decided that I should probably taste my own chicken. I took a bite of the buffalo wings and it was so wonderful. It was perfect for my taste. I can't believe that Onew got it right. It was so delicious. The rest of the dinner just consisted of a lot of talking and bickering. It was fun and all but somehow it didn't feel like I was there. It felt like I was an outsider who just watched them have fun. I guess I just don't fit in and I never will. The dinner ended when Onew in some miraculous way managed to eat all the chicken. He even ate my leftovers. I can't think of a place where all that would fit. When we got outside it started to get dark.

"I wanna go to the arcade. We will catch up with you later" I can't believe that Taemin left me alone with Jonghyun and Onew. These lovebirds. He just wanted to be alone with Minho without us interrupting.

"What should we do, Maybe go spy on them in the arcade" I truthfully had no idea what to do and that seemed to be the most fun.

"We should let them be, there should be some kind of ride we can go" I was so close to smack him in the head. Of course, there were other rides we could go but they weren't that fun. He could perfectly clear figure out what I liked to eat and drink then he should have figured out that I'm not really fond of heights. Most rides here involves heights.

"Jonghyun, Onew is that you" I snapped my head in the direction the voice came from. Who would be calling them, okay they are extremely popular but still. I can be curious right. There stood if I remember the names correctly Eunhyuk and Donghae. It almost looked like they were on a date. I know at least that they were in the cafeteria the other day with them.

"Oh, Donghae, Eunhyuk what you doing here" Yes I was right on the name. And Onew sweetie, what do you think they are doing here. It is the same reason we are here.

"Just having some fun," One of them said. He looked really friendly and nice.

"Guys I wanna buy some candy. See you two later" I almost didn't have time to register what Jonghyun was doing before he was gone. He almost dragged the two people away and left me alone with Onew. Traitor.

"Did he just ditch us"

"I think so, what should we do now" Now I was even more clueless than before.

"Wanna go for the Paris wheel. It's a really nice view right now" I wasn't a fan of heights but that sounded very tempting. It would be so beautiful.

"That sounds like a good idea, let's go" I can only imagine the nice view. The sun setting over the city and how the streets slowly light up by the street lights it would be so beautiful. I swear I hard Onew chuckle a little but when I turned around he had a stone face on. Couldn't he at least pretend to look a little happy? He was just following me silently. Would it be so hard to try and talk to me? I knew it would end up like this, after today I definitely would take my distance. There really was no reason for us to be close, we only need to work on the stupid assignment. And when they are over we can go our separate ways. It isn't like they would care. They have shown that enough today. But why does it hurt when I think about it. I don't understand why Onew tried so hard to get close to me. I almost fell for it, and it really hurt to think that he did all that and then just don't care

It felt like forever until the Paris wheel queue finally came into view. It actually felt like I was walking alone. Onew hadn't said a word in forever, he was just walking behind me like a shadow. I took my place in the queue, with Onew right behind me. He still didn't say a word. It looked like he was in such deep thoughts. In front of me were people laughing, talking and having fun. When I looked behind I saw couples holding hands, kissing and having a good time. So I envied them, I wished I had that kind of life, but people don't want me.

Finally, it was our turn. The Paris wheel cabin was formed as a heart, so comical with the thought that Onew still hadn't said a word. It was slowly going upwards. The view was as beautiful as I had imagined but I couldn't concentrate on it. It was bothering so much that Onew wasn't saying anything. I couldn't take it anymore. Wasn't it his idea that we should ride the Paris wheel. For some reason, I had once imagined that this would be some kind of romantic thing but I'm stuck here with a person you could believe were mute.

"Why aren't you saying anything" It came out a lot harsher than I meant it to be. But it was seriously annoying me, and I couldn't keep it inside.

"I'm sorry"

"Sorry for what, wait you know what let's just forget this. let's just get this over with and I'll be gone tomorrow there is no need for you to care about me more"

"What are you saying"

"I'm just saying what your thinking"

"Have you gone mad. Why would I think like that? I'm sorry for running away earlier"

"Does that matter. I saw it with my own eyes. You are all having more fun without me"

"We don't Key. Your an important part"

"I'm not you'll just get even more tired of me. You just tried to be close to me then you'll just leave like everybody else. I'm just meant to be alone"

"Listen to me Kibum. I did not try to get close o you to leave you alone. I'm working so hard to gain your trust" I could hear he was annoyed.

"NO your not. Everybody will leave. I can't believe that I almost gave in and said I liked you" Did I just let that slip. I could feel how my cheeks got wet. I wanted to get away from there but there was no way out. And the Paris wheel just spun slower.

" I didn't know you felt that way Key. Didn't you like being with everybody"

"OF COURSE I DID. It's you who don't want me. You've basically ignored me the whole time we were here. You asked me to take the Paris wheal but didn't say anything more" I couldn't help but let all my frustration out. ANd the tears streamed down my face. I saw how Onew moved closer and soon I was embraced in a warm hug. I wanted to push him away and keep my distance. But I really wanted his warmth, his love.

"I'm sorry Kibumah, I was just thinking of something else I never meant to ignore you. I like you, I really do, I might even love you. The last thing I want to do is hurt you" From the corner of my eye I saw the sun setting it was so beautiful and it matched the moment perfect.

"I really like you too, are you sure you won't leave me later. It kinda seems like I'm born to be alone" Onew pulled away from the hug and looked straight into my eyes.

" I won't. If you wanna be lonely, be lonely with me" He said it so seriously that I couldn't help but chuckle a little. I was going to trust him with my heart, He seemed to be serious. 

I felt a pair hot lips against mine. First I was shocked but soon I responded. I didn't even realize that the Paris wheel had topped at the top. Onew had his arm around, my waist to keep me from falling. His lips left mine and slowly showered my neck with sweet kisses, then he moved back up. His tongue was playing with my lips until I opened and gave him entrance. From the corner, I saw the sky lighting up with beautiful fireworks. Onew pulled away. I almost let out a desperate need for him to come back.

"It's beautiful right"

"Yes it is"

"But not as beautiful as you" His lips crashed against mine again.

Jonghyun POV

"come on guys or we will miss the moment" Why were they so slow. I know they like to be lovey-dovey but please can they hurry up,

"Don't worry jong, they will be stuck up there until we say they can let them down" 

"Hae help me a little here. Your boyfriend is annoying"

" He's not my boyfriend, and he's always annoying. So just ignore him"

"Donghae let's set these on fire now it will be a perfect combination of the sunset"

"Yes, sir. Eunhyuk I will light time, just give me the fire"

"JUST DON'T SET THIS PLACE ON FIRE" Stupid fish and monkey, always in union. I set them on fire and it became a beautiful sparkle. I hope it would help Onew. Minho and Taemin appeared just in time to watch them.

Authors note: I'm sorry for taking so long to update, I had so much planned for this story. But I will end it here for now. One day I might continue. I just feel so bad when I keep you waiting for so long. I thought this could be a good ending at the moment. Hope you liked it:)
