One Month

Could it be the saying is true?

Time went by quickly that one month had already passed by.

It started off slow at first and annoying but before Jeongyeon knew it. The time of one month was over and it was going into the second month so soon.

She was enjoying her time at school and she wasn't alone since on some days she would be with Jennie, Kihyun and the rest of the boys hanging around talking and having fun. She even had Minhyuk for a class and he had bad habits of doodling on his notes and when the teacher called on him he couldn't answer back.

There were some days Jeongyeon would be with her friends hanging out at the mall window shopping or stopping to get ice cream for having a sweet tooth. Other times she would be with Yerin, Jisoo, Dahyun, Mijoo, Hayi, and Myungeun. They would plan a get together with no boys since it wasn't fair to Jeongyeon not being able to be with hers.

But at home, she would get a bit sad and would miss Bobby for a while until she had to distract her mind from something else like homework or doing something around the house.

The moment she loved most was when Bobby would call her every chance he got. Thankfully in Japan they were in the same time zone and were able to talk.

If they were too tired, they would text but Bobby didn't like texting as much. It wasn't the same. He had to call her.

Each of them wanting to hear each other's voice. They were each longing for each other's voice and every time Bobby called and spoke into the phone, Jeongyeon couldn't help but let her heart race as his husky voice giving her chills wanting to hold him, wishing he was there next to her physically.

By the last week of the month, Bobby ended up doing video calls and he was happy to see the face of his girl. She looked stunning as her hair was touching her shoulders, with bangs and her dirty blonde hair.

She blew him a kiss making his heart jump wishing he was there to hold her in his arms and kiss her all over her face. It was hard to get on the plane that day but he managed to keep moving and take the opportunity.

He would make a kissy face making Jeongyeon laugh making him miss her even more. He wished she was with him.

Every night before bed, he would call her through video and wish her a goodnight and hoped to see her in his dreams. Jeongyeon did the same and sometimes, they would sleep on the phone and the next day their phone would be dead.

It was well worth it.

Jeongyeon collected her things as her class had ended knowing next week she would taking her final for the class and get ready for the next month. She had changed her mind on what she wanted to do. She finally decided on being a music teacher for kids and teens. Hopefully she would become a teacher at a school.

She had to take a few educational classes to help her move up to speed if she wanted to graduate the same time with Bobby.

Just when she was about to leave, she turned behind her and saw Minhyuk with his head down, mouth open and drool all over his notes making the pen on the paper spread.

She sighed shaking her head. Just when she was about to wake him, Jooheon came to her side giving her a wink as Hyungwon came in as well. He pulled Jeongyeon to the side to be safe.

For a quick month, she had been close amongst them three since Kihyun was with Jennie, Wonho was with Nahyun and Changkyun was acting a bit strange due to some girl he met online or something.

"Honey it's time to wake up!" Jooheon said in his high pitch voice.

Minhyuk bolted from his seat getting chills down his spine. "WHAT THE HECK!"

Hyungwon and Jeongyeon laughed seeing Jooheon making a kissy face to him.

Minhyuk rubbed his eyes adjusting to the light coming from the window and from above before looking to Jeongyeon. "Why didn't you wake me up?"

Jeongyeon opened but Hyungwon cut her off crossing his arms. "Why are you sleeping in class?"

Minhyuk opened his mouth but Jeongyeon cut him off. "When doesn't he sleep in class?"

"HEY! YOO JEONGYEON! WHY ARE YOU SELLING ME OUT!" Minhyuk shouted as he went into a pout. "I thought we had something special."

Jooheon shook his head before playfully smacking Minhyuk's shoulder. "She is with Bobby, not you."

"Stop hitting me!" Minhyuk stood up grabbing his things. "What are the plans for today? Food? Shopping? Oh we need to get some groceries for Woohyun's Mom. I promised her we get them."

"Then that's what we will do." Hyungwon said with a smile. "Besides by bus it will take us twenty minutes to get home."

Jeongyeon had learned that the three of them lived with Hyunwoo's mom due to living expenses. They each live in different areas that were far and college that they attended was near Hyunwoo, he allowed them to stay if they helped him out with his mom. They each agreed.

Son Woori inherited three more sons as she likes to joke. She met Jeongyeon once when she and Minhyuk were paired for a project for class. Sure enough, Minhyuk was majoring the same with Jeongyeon. He offered to help her if she needed any help with her classes.

Jeongyeon was grateful to have her cousins friends as hers as well. She felt a bit guilty knowing her boyfriends friends are her friends too but she was never around them. Just the girls. She didn't know much of them since they were always with their girlfriends. She knew Jinhwan and Donghyuk.

Jinhwan is the oldest of the friends and he cares for everyone.

Donghyuk was closer to her age and it is easier to relate to those closer to the age.

Most of them were having fun during the summer and doing gatherings. Jeongyeon was invited to a few of them but always said no. Not because she didn't want to go, it was because Bobby wasn't around and she would be left out without her boyfriend.

Mijoo understood that so they never failed to invite her no matter what. She is still part of their group of friends but they knew it was hard for her.

It's not the same.

"Did she give you a list?" Jooheon asked stuffing his hands into his pockets.

Minhyuk nodded as he grabbed his backpack and opened up the first zipper. "I have it right -- wait.. where did it go?"

Hyungwon face palmed himself shaking his head. "This is why he shouldn't get things from her."

"I swear I had it!" Minhyuk started digging through his backpack.

Jeongyeon was going to mention an idea but her cell phone was buzzing and that could only mean one thing.

Bobby!

She grabbed her phone from her pocket and smiled wide seeing the one person on the video. "Hi Bunny!"

He smiled on the other side. "Hey Baby, what are you doing? How was class?"

"It was good. I'm with my cousins friends." She said looking at his face. She notices a few features that were new indicating his tired face. "Are you getting enough sleep? You look tired."

He chuckled at her as his eyes were almost closing. "Yeah, I was up late with Matthew and Taehyung working on a project for this producer. It took a few turns but I think we got it."

"Oh, well that's good. Get some sleep ok?" Jeongyeon tilted her head to the side still smiling. "If I was there, I would put you to sleep."

"Hmmm.. don't tempt me to fly you over here." Bobby winked at her with a smile plastered on his face. That goofy smile he always had that she loved. "I would want something else."

"What would that be?" She started to play along to his flirting.

"Apple --"

"I FOUND IT!" Minhyuk shouted with a smile.

Jeongyeon turned her head away from the cell. "Next time you should just write it on your hand."

"Yeah, then when he sleeps he will have it printed on his cheek." Hyungwon chuckled looking at Jeongyeon. "That would be smart too."

"STOP TEASING ME!" Minhyuk shouted at them two. "Jeongyeon seriously, I thought you would be on my side."

Jeongyeon shook her head with a smile. "I'm only on my boyfriends side."

All three boys cringed making disgusted faces at her cheesy comment.

"What? Don't make those face!" She said to them laughing. She turned back to look at Bobby knowing he wasn't tried anymore, instead he was glaring at her.

"Who are you with? Why are they guys?" He asked trying not to snarl at her.

Jeongyeon opened to say something. But she laughed instead and turned the camera around showing him a visual of Jooheon, Hyungwon and Minhyuk standing in front of her.

"WHAT THE --"

Jeongyeon quickly turned the camera back to face her and made a kissy face to him.

"DON'T EVEN TRY THAT ON ME YOO JEONGYEON!"

She stopped and then made a pouty face that made his heart melt but he didn't let it affect him. Even though he wasn't around her to be by her hip, he hoped she would stay away from other guys when he wasn't around.

"Jeongyeon who are those --"

"Don't go turning into the Hulk or something." Jooheon chuckled as he came into the camera being close to Jeongyeon practically cheek to cheek. "She is under our care just like Kihyun told us."

"Yeah safe and sound." Minhyuk came squeezing himself into the camera making Jeongyeon try to push him away. "I'm Lee Minhyuk by the way, nice to meet you!"

"Don't just stand there, say 'Hi' to the boyfriend before he turns into a huge monster and comes over here." Jooheon chuckled making Bobby snarl at him.

"I'm Chae Hyungwon, if it makes you feel any better no one has flirted with Jeongyeon since we are always around." Hyungwon said giving Bobby a smile.

It didn't help since Bobby sighed closing his eyes even though it showed his nostrils flaring up. Jeongyeon couldn't help but laugh as she saw how he was still jealous even being away from her and it had only been a month.

"Bunny it's ok, I'm in good hands." Jeongyeon finally spoke up as he opened his eyes. "Can I have some time with him."

Jooheon smiled ruffling her hair making it messy. "Anything for you. Come on guys let's get going."

"I'll stay with Jeongyeon." Hyungwon said as he stayed by her side. "I'll be outside on one of the benches. Just call me or find me when you're done."

Jeongyeon nodded at him with a smile.

"Come on Minhyuk lets go shopping for the groceries." Jooheon pulled him by the backpack straps. Hyungwon followed them after and soon Jeongyeon was alone with Bobby on the phone.

She smiled as she went to one of the benches near the wall and sat down. "Happy?"

He glared at her for a moment and then gave her a smile. "Yes I am."

"Tssh." Jeongyeon shook her head. "They are my friends Bunny, don't be mean."

"You have your friends, my friends, Jennie and --"

"Its' not the same when it's your friends." She cut him off. "I like you
