“Hey, Jiyong!” Seungri waving at him.

He nods.

“Hey man, long time no see.” He hugs Jiyong, he’s old friend from high school, he called Seungri this morning said that he’s in town and would like to catch up.

“Yeah, just got back from the states.” Jiyong replied.

“Cool.”

“So how’s college?”

“! Hey are you gonna enroll?” Seungri asked.

Jiyong shrugged.

“I’m so jealous that your parents didn’t forced you to go to school.”

Jiyong leaned on his car. “Well—“

“YA!! Lee Seungri!!” Suddenly an angry girl came.

“Oh …” Seungri mumbled.

“Come here you, brat!” She ran to them and drag Seungri away.

“Chae, let me go…” Seungri whispers to that girl while trying to escape.

“How can you said that I’m going to the club with you when I’m not???”

“Oh come on, Chae, my mom will be mad if I’m not going there with you.”

“But you know this is exam week, and your mom told my mom I’m going to the club during exam week, you idiot!” Chaerin raised her voice.

“Chae… but…”

“No buts! My mom was so mad and I’m grounded! Because of you!! happy now??”

“Really?”

“She had my car for a month!”

“Well, she probably just want to teach you to be more independent…”

“YA!! Lee Seungri—“

“Chae…” another girl, a cute petite girl came, “you haven’t sign the attendance.” She said.

Chaerin look at her, “Oh yes, Dara, thanks for reminding me~” she said in a cute way.

Seungri rolled his eyes.

Her face back to an angry face as soon as she turned back to Seungri “Hey! Lee Seungri, you’re responsible for all of this! So you’re gonna be my driver for a month!”

“No way!!”

“Yes way!” she said, “I’m gonna sign the attendance and you’re gonna stay here! I’m going home with you.”

“Chae…”

“If I didn’t find you here, I swear I’m gonna tell your mom about all your mess!” she ran to the campus building following her bestie, Dara.

 

Seungri sighed and walking back to where Jiyong was.

“What’s wrong?” Jiyong asked.

“Just a crazy girl.”

“She’s cute, who’s that?”

“The cute girl? Her name is Dara… yeah, she’s so cute right?”

“The blonde one?” Jiyong asked again.

“The blonde one??” Seungri repeated.

Jiyong nodded.

“You said the cute one is the crazy girl who yelled at me? The crazy blonde?”

Jiyong nodded again, “who’s her?”

“She’s Lee Chaerin, my cousin.”

“I didn’t know you have a pretty cousin.” Jiyong smirk.

“She’s… well, yeah she’s pretty but she’s grumpy.”

“Maybe because she has a trouble maker cousin.” He said.

Seungri scoffed.

“So… let’s go somewhere to eat.” Jiyong said.

“Well, about that… Ji, I think I can’t go… you heard her...” he told Jiyong about what happened between him and Chaerin just now.

Suddenly Jiyong crooked a smile and then said something to Seungri.

 

Chaerin walking out of the campus and looking for Seungri.

“Where’s that rascal?” she took her phone about to call him when suddenly,

“Lee Chaerin.”

She turned to the voice, “Who…? Ah you’re Seungri’s friend who talked to him before, right?”

Jiyong nodded, “I’m Jiyong, Kwon Jiyong.” He offer his hand.

Chaerin shook it.

“Mmm… do you know where’s Seungri?”

“I’m afraid he’s gone.”

“WHAT?!” Chaerin gasped, “Wow… that kid is really—“she mumbled.

“Uhm… actually I made him leave.”

“E-excuse me?” Chaerin confuse.

“You need a ride home, right? I can drive you home.” He smiled.

She furrowed her eyebrows, “Uh… no thanks.”

“I insist.” He said.

Chaerin started to think that this guy is weird. “No, thanks.”

Suddenly her phone rang.

Seungri.

“YA! Where are you?” Chaerin asked immediately.

“Chae, just go home with Jiyong, he’s a good boy.”

“No freakin’ way, Ri, you better go back here and pick me.”

“Trust me Chae, he’s a great person and he asked me to go because he wants to know you more.”

“What the heck, Seungri!”

He hungs up.

Jiyong look at her. Chaerin still alerted.

“I know its so sudden, but… if you don’t want me to drive you home just yet… can I take you for coffee somewhere near here?”

Chaerin didn’t say anything, she’s thinking.

“Who are you?” she finally asked.

Jiyong chuckles.

“I’ll tell you when we already sat comfortably in a coffeeshop. You pick the café.”

 

They sat on a small coffee shop in the corner of Chaerin’s campus.

“So, You’re Seungri’s cousins, huh?” Jiyong said after bringing their drinks.

Chaerin didn’t reply.

“What he did that made you so angry?” he asked again.

“Does it has anything to do with you?”

Jiyong grinned, “Well… no… but I just wanna know.”

“Who are you?” she asked.

“Oh right, I promise you to explain myself. I’m Jiyong, Seungri’s high school friend, we’re very close.”

“Oh… and why are you taking his place to drive me home?”

“Because I want it.”

Chaerin didn’t reply, she has the ‘you’re weird’ expression all over her face.

“So, me and Seungri was classmate till the second year in high school, then after that I continued my study at home.”

“Home schooling? Why? Were you dropped out from school?”

Jiyong laughs, “Do I look like a troubled kid?”

“I don’t know, you’re just… weird.”

“Chaerin, let’s say my parents decided that I should study at home before I moved to the LA three years a go until yesterday. Yesterday I landed in Seoul and told Seungri, we decided to meet at his campus. But when I’m about to have a dramatic reunion with him, suddenly a girl came and dragged him away, she scolded Seungri about something… strangely, that fierce girl got my attention, I was watching her yelling at my friend, and when my friend came I asked him who was it, he said it’s Lee Chaerin, his cousin. So, here I am now, trying to trap her on a date.”

“W-what?” Chaerin flinched.

Jiyong smirked, “Do you believe in love at the first sight?”

“No!” she grabbed her bag and stood up.

“Chaerin!” he grabbed her wrist. “Don’t go.”

“Let me go now, please.” She said.

“Please don’t go.”

“Let me go, you freak!” Chaerin tried to release herself.

“I’m sorry… I’m sorry… wrong moves, I know.”

“What the heck.” She snatch his hand and leave.
