Woohyun and Yoomi made their way to the restaurant and searched for empty seats.

Found one, they quickly settled down and waited for the waiter.

“As usual?” Woohyun asked.

Yoomi nodded.

“Give me two carbonara fettuccines, a slice of crème brulee cheesecake, a glass of iced matcha latte and one iced caramel macchiato” Woohyun stated their orders to the waiter.

“You still remember my favourites” Yoomi said.

“Of course I do” Woohyun smiled.

“Why two plates of fettuccines though? I know you were trying to make me fat, but believe me I still need my perfect figure to climb up the damn high chemical plants” Yoomi pouted.

“Of course the other plate will be for me, you silly” Woohyun chuckled.

“Eh? I thought you don’t really like pastas?” Yoomi said.

“Well… change of taste once in a while. Why not?” Woohyun shrugged off.

Yoomi’s eyes scanned the restaurant.

“It’s been a long time since the last time I went here” Yoomi commented.

“I came here almost every week with your brother. This restaurant is pretty hard to find, so no fans going to stalk me like a creep and I can have my meals with peace” Woohyun said.

“No wonder you can casually come without disguising” Yoomi replied.

“Yeah. Though not many people came here, but we both know how delicious the foods are” Woohyun spoke.

As they continued to converse, the waiter came to serve their meals.

“Uwaa! Carbonara fettuccine!” Yoomi squealed.

She quickly dug into her food.

Woohyun chuckled at the adorable sight of his best friend.

“Yoomi… can I ask you something?” Woohyun said.

“Sure” Yoomi replied.

“What do girls preferred for a marriage proposal?” he asked.

Yoomi chocked on her food, surprised with the question.

Woohyun gave Yoomi’s favourite beverages to her.

“Eat slowly will you? Aish”

“Err… excuse me… what? Marriage proposal?” Yoomi responded.

Woohyun nodded.

“I planned to give a proposal to my girlfriend on her birthday. I just… don’t know what does girls preferred for a proposal” Woohyun said.

Yoomi blinked her eyes repeatedly, trying to digest the truth.

“Excuse me mister Nam… do you think I have the answer?” Yoomi responded.

“Because you are a GIRL. So I suppose you knew the answer” Woohyun said.

“I never knew that you already have a girlfriend” Yoomi stated.

“I do” Woohyun replied.

“Who’s the lucky girl then?” Yoomi questioned.

“Just someone younger than me by a month” Woohyun answered.

“Her birthday will be on next Saturday” Woohyun said.

“And you were telling me that you will be doing a sudden proposal, like that?” Yoomi guessed.

“Exactly” Woohyun nodded.

“Did you realize that you are going to take a huge risk? What if she rejected you?” Yoomi shot.

“No. Believe me, she won’t reject me” Woohyun grinned.

“A little bit over confident, don’t you?” Yoomi said.

“So… tell me about her” Yoomi demanded.
