Its been a week since the verbal fight with Woohyun. Yoomi tried to forget Woohyun by busying herself with her job as safety engineer.

Yoomi scoffed. This guy surely have guts to say 'I love you' to her when he already got himself a girlfriend.

Yoomi buried herself on the pillow. What a coincidence. The girl Woohyun likes was born on the same day with her. She’s the same age with the lucky girl.

Yoomi sighed as she scrolled her phone screen. No birthday wishes from Woohyun.

Usually, Woohyun would be the first person to wish for her birthday. But she got none.

Her brother, her parents, her officemates… everyone else did wished for her birthday.

But not Woohyun. Not her own best friend.

“Maybe he’s nervous for the proposal that he had forgotten me. Nevermind. I am just his best friend, not a girlfriend after all” Yoomi sighed.

“Good luck, Hyun” Yoomi whispered to herself.

She stared at the piece of ticket she kept in her grip.
