It was close to midnight by the time Frankie finished up at the booth she and Theo had worked that night; as with anything it was harder to break things down and clean up their area than it had been to set up shop in the first place. She had enjoyed herself greatly, though; she got to spend the evening with her sister and their friends, and managed to walk away from the market with a hefty share of the profits they had gotten from their half of sales – the other half went towards funding Impression. As the Impression members separated for the night, Frankie and Theo walked together towards the front entrance of the sports center, arms linked.   “What are you doing tomorrow?” Theo inquired as they walked.   “Nothing that I know of,” Frankie responded thoughtfully. “I’m off tomorrow, and I don’t really have any plans…”   “I was thinking about going Christmas shopping for Mama,” Theo mused. “You wanna go? We can get breakfast first.”   “Sure,” Frankie responded with a smile. “I already have a place in mind.”   “Alright, it’s a date.” They exited the building together; Frankie slowed to a stop in surprise at the sight of Shuya standing on the sidewalk, his hands tuck in the pockets of his jacket as he leaned against a street lamp. His eyes landed on her and he smiled, pushing off of the lamp to stand fully on his feet. “Speaking of dates; I’ll see you tomorrow, Frankie.” Theo left Frankie with a poke in her side, greeting Shuya cheerfully as she went.   “Good job today,” Shuya called out to her as he closed the space between them. “You worked hard.”   “Thanks.” She smiled as he leaned down to kiss her, simultaneously reaching down to take her hand in his. “Sorry I didn’t get to talk to you much.”   “That’s why I’m here now,” Shuya responded casually, turning and leading her down the sidewalk to the intersection. “So, how was it?”   “It was a lot of fun,” Frankie responded eagerly. “It was my first time doing something like that.”   “Did you make enough money to buy me a present?”   “Who said I was buying you a present?” Shuya gasped and Frankie laughed, shaking her head. “Kidding, kidding…”   “No, that’s fine; neglect me.”   “Shuya!”   Within a couple of minutes they had reached the Second House, slowing to a stop outside of the front door. Frankie turned to find Shuya watching her already, pouting.   “…Are you actually pouting?” Frankie questioned him; Shuya shook his head, though his expression didn’t change. “Shuya.”   “We didn’t hang out enough today,” he said finally. “I don’t want you to go yet.” Frankie sighed, shaking her head at him.   “Well…come on, then.”   “Really?”   “Sure.” Frankie turned and entered the passcode for the door before opening it wide enough to allow both of them in; people were still down
