"Sorry Hayi, I've been a little preoccupied."

"Just try not to forget one of your good friends now, arasseo?"

"Ne~ how are Soohyunie and Chanhyuk doing?"

"Pretty good. We've been hanging out, listening to music, eating, the usual stuff. We've just been missing one person..."

"Aish, I already said I was sorry~" Soohyun replied with a whine.

"Doesn't mean I can't tease you~" Lee Hi meronged back at her.

"Anyway, you won't believe who I've been hanging out with lately, Hayi."

"Don't keep me in suspense now, Soohyun."

"MAMAMOO."

"As in the super talented and pretty power vocal group? That one?"

"Yeah."

"How'd you even end up meeting them Soohyun? It's not everyday you meet idols and become friends with them."

"Then how did I meet you and our AKMU chingus, huh?"

"Because. We were getting coffee and bread and Soohyun just so happened to be the working barista."

"Okay, that was only because I was helping unnie out with her cafe because one of her employees called in sick." She remembered her unnie trying to trick her into being the singer that day. Instead, she compromised by offering to be a barista. There was no way that she would be able to sing in front of a bunch of strangers, not even in an alternate universe.

"Point is, we met that day and we just clicked. Like chocolate and caramel..."

"Right..." Soohyun had to roll her eyes at her best friend's analogy. Such an odd kid. "Anyway, it was during one of my part-time delivery jobs. I had to deliver naejangtang, pizza, takeout, and chicken to them. All in the same month!"

"All at once?" That seemed a little bit excessive to her...

"Ani. Consecutive weeks."

"Ah..." For being a quiet wallflower, Soohyun sure had a knack for meeting idols or actors without meaning to. Like that one time she delivered chicken to So Jisub sunbaenim's place. Ooh! Maybe Soohyun could deliver chicken to Yoon Mirae sunbaenim one day! That'd be the greatest day ever!

Lee Hi made a note to stalk her friend when she was working her delivery jobs.

Even if she was dressed up as a guy with fake chin and stubble.
