Yuri lay in bed tiredly; today's therapy session had gone rather smoothly since Yoona was the one assisting as much as possible. She knew that Yoona's actions pointed to only two things - first, Yoona still loved her or second, Yoona was just trying to be a good friend. And currently, she was surrounded by all her good friends so life couldn't be any better. 

“You went for therapy because Yoona told you to do so?” Sunny scoffed playfully, “my oh my, Kwon Yuri. I knew you were whipped but not that whipped.”

“Fany was the one who woke me up after Yoona said that!” Yuri denied frantically, though her cheeks were a straight giveaway. She knew that deep down, Yoona’s words were the main source of motivation. Tiffany’s wake-up call was merely a boost. She glared at the grinning bunny, “Give her some credit for that too, Soolkyu.”

Seriously, this is a weak cover-up and Mrs Kwon couldn't help but laugh at the expense of her daughter. Yuri was definitely still in love with Yoona, or at the very least, she couldn't forget about Yoona - she would know; Yuri's room was still filled with photos of the both of them or Yoona alone.

In the past, Mrs Kwon knew when to stay away from the room so to give Yoona and Yuri some privacy. Yoona was always so stressed out because she had many responsibilities to uphold in medical school while Yuri only had to focus on her racing (she told Mrs Kwon it was professional racing back then) so the couple did deserve a little alone time.

“Yul… I think it’s about time you spill.”

Of all people, Sooyoung was the person she least expected to bring this up in front of everyone. Taeyeon threw a glance at Sooyoung; they agreed to talk about this tonight but was it a good idea to talk about it when literally, everyone was there? For goodness sakes, even Yuri’s as well as Yoona’s parents were there.

“W-What?”

Mrs Kwon noticed how nervous her daughter was at the mention of everything and frowned; perhaps she was right all along - Yuri was indeed hiding someone from her. “Kwon Yul, spill it out before I make you,” Mrs Kwon ordered, shooting a sharp glare at her daughter, “or I can call Yoona here and have her make you talk.”

Okay, that did it.

A sigh left Yuri’s lips and her gaze dropped to her fingers almost instantly, “what do you want to know?”

“Wow… I had no idea the racing circuit was this big, considering that it’s just street racing.”

Yoona, Seohyun and Tiffany had taken matters into their own hands, the two younger ones begging Tiffany to bring them to the circuit since Yuri had never once allowed Yoona to even go near it. Tiffany’s cousin, Nicole happened to be Yuri’s teammate so she had access into their locker room and Nicole was there today – they were going to find out the answers to the questions.

Tiffany gently knocked on the door, remembering Nicole’s reminder that she was the only one at the circuit today.

“Come in, Fany-ah.”

Seohyun aww-ed in wonder as she looked around Nicole’s personal office space, how could a street racing circuit have the capacity to build in so many luxurious things? Ever since she and Yoona climbed the ranks in the hospital, they hardly had the time to go and explore hidden parts of the city. 

Yoona stayed silent as she watched Tiffany exchange hugs and kisses with Nicole, her heart pumping blood eagerly into her veins. She knew that Taeyeon's words the other day were merely a thought but the realization of people talking about her in the circuit was starting to scare her. If what Taeyeon said was true, then there was a high possibility that Yuri broke up with her to protect her from inevitable harm. 

“Yoona!”

“Y-Yeah?”

Tiffany frowned as she approached the young one, holding her shoulder gently, “are you feeling okay? I’ve been calling you for the past minute and you didn’t respond.” Yoona shook her head and forced the most convincing smile she could master at the moment, “I’m okay, Unnie. Let me go and introduce myself to your cousin.”

Nicole couldn’t help but smile as she saw Yoona bow a full ninety degrees to her, “hello, I am – Im Yoona? I know who you are.” Nicole stretched her hand out and handed it to Yoona with a friendly grin, “Nicole Jung, Tiffany’s cousin.”

The best part was that even Nicole knew her; Taeyeon's suspicion must have been right. 

“So, tell me what you’re here for today,” Nicole said with a roll of her eyes; Tiffany always had something up her sleeve when she came to look for her, “don’t tell me it’s nothing, okay? I know you’re here to find out something.”

While Tiffany was hesitating to tell Nicole the real purpose of their visit and Yoona too afraid to say anything, Seohyun decided to kick it off with a direct question, “Is it true that Yoona’s name has been circulating around or is it just a mere suspicion?”

Nicole was a little taken aback at how straightforward the question was because when one’s name circulates around the circuit, it usually isn’t for a good purpose. Coincidentally, Yuri h
