Ma’am, this condo unit is really affordable and has a great security. Every floors have 3 rotating guards so no chances of someone breaking in your unit or stealing or any crimes. You can choose whether you want lower, middle or upper floors. And actually Ma’am, this condominium is new so you don’t have to worry in your neighbors plus every rooms are soundproof so you can still have your peace. If ever, what is your preferred floor?
