He smiles back at her, but she can see the guilt in his eyes. “I will always love you too.”
Not only did she suffer, but she learned a valuable lesson. A lesson that one may or may not experience. Individuals are different when it comes to love. She, for example, experienced the horrific disadvantages of love. The type of love that came with blood, sweat, and tears.
The smell of coffee beans dance in Jisoo’s nose. The strong smell reminds her of the times she spent all nighters in college. Most importantly, the person in front of Jisoo reminds her the most of college.
“How should I start this?” Jisoo asks. “My love for you turned into long term depression. I couldn't eat and all I did was sleep. All I felt was pain. All I could do was cry. From the moment I saw you to my last breathe of loving you, I loved you.”
“Jisoo, you don't have to do this,” Jungkook.
“No,” she responds. “I want to. Don't feel guilty. It's all me.”
Jungkook’s eyes glisten in the light listening to Jisoo talk.
“Thank to you, I would've never been the person I am today. I learned many life lessons, and I met a great man. Instead of feeling guilty, please remind yourself that I'm a better person than I was a few months ago. Many presents come here and there, but you're one of the best. I will always love you though--o
