Confession:

You make me begin. I cannot stand you crying. I want to cry instead. I feel like dying when you are sad. When you are in pain, it hurts more than when I am in pain.

          “Wait--so your parents saw the pictures of you and Taehyung kissing and now they want to meet him?” Chaeyoung clarifies. “So what are you going to do?”

          “I told Taehyung and he agreed to meet them, so now I’m packing for a two day and one night trip,” Jisoo says.

          “Awh, well I hope you have fun being back in Incheon and everything. Maybe meet up with past boyfriends.” Chaeyoung jokes and laughs on the other line.

          “Shut up,” Jisoo tells her friend. She giggles while trying to put clothes into her bag. “Taehyung told me that he’d pick me up at ten.”

          Chaeyoung sighs before saying, “Well that means that he’ll be there in five minutes. Have fun my little grasshopper. Don’t forget to tell your parents that I miss them! Muah!”

          “Wait!” Jisoo exclaims. “Uhm, I haven’t exactly talked about the kiss with Taehyung since we did it.”

          “Oh come on it’s been like two whole days.”         

          “What if it gets awkward?”

          “Listen,” Chaeyoung says. “Don’t talk about it unless Taehyung mentions it. If he asks if you liked it, then reply with a yes because he’s rich and that means you’ll marry him which leads to awesome birthday gifts for me. You know I still-.”

          There is a knock overheard from Jisoo’s door and she quickly tells Chaeyoung, “Gotta go. I think he’s here. Also, I am not a gold digger.”

          “Ciao!”

          Jisoo chuckles prior to hanging up. She then grabs her bags and heads to the door. She opens it to find the one and only Kim Taehyung.

          “Are you ready?” Taehyung asks. Jisoo nods in reply and they leave.

          The beach is in view with the city lights glowing. Wind breezes by Jisoo while her hair flows with the motion. Taehyung admires his view of her smiling at her hometown that she does not visit often.

          “I’ve never asked, but are you an only child?” Taehyung asks.

          Jisoo focuses on Taehyung and replies with, “Correct. For some reason, I don’t mind being by myself.”

          “How do you feel when you’re with me?”

          A smile somehow makes its way onto Jisoo’s face and she tells Taehyung, “Amazing.”

          “How so?”
