"Oh, trust me, babe."

          A beautiful smile brighter than the stars is apparent on her face. Without realizing, her heart is fluttering as she stares at him. She wants to be with him.

          Jisoo stares at the text message repeatedly. She is kind of worried because whenever her friends went to nightclubs they would go crazy, and she would always have to take good care of them. Again, Jisoo reads the text message that says:

          Jimin: Congrats! You’ve been invited to my 24th birthday party at BTS nightclub. I hope you can make it, and of course you can bring a plus one :)

          “Of course Jimin would make it at a nightclub.” Jisoo scoffs. She goes through her contacts before stopping at Taehyung’s number. She hesitates prior to calling.

          When Taehyung answers the call Jisoo says, “Any plans on this lonely Friday night?”

          He chuckles and replies with, “Depends if you consider binge watching netflix a well spent Friday night.”

          “Well your night will get better when you be my plus one at a nightclub.”

          “Wait--what?”

          “My friend says that he’s having his birthday at BTS, the nightclub.”

          “And you want me to go…?”

          “Unless you don’t want to.”

          “I’ll pick you up at... “

          “Ten,” Jisoo says as she smiles. Just as she hangs up, there is a knock heard from her door. In front of the door is Chaeyoung and a new person she has never seen before. Chaeyoung stares at Jisoo with her eyes moving back from the guy to her friends.

          “Hello,” the guy says. “I’m the new resident here. My name is Jiwon.”

          “Hello,” Jisoo responds--with a subtle smile.

          “Here are some rice cakes.”

          “Thank you,” Jiwon tells her. He bids Chaeyoung a goodbye and goes into the apartment next door.

          Chaeyoung walks into Jisoo’s place and gives a muffled scream.

          “He is HOT!” Chaeyoung exclaims. Jisoo chuckles at her friend’s reaction and sits down on her couch.

          “What are you even doing here?”

          “Oh, right! Jiwon distracted me, but I’m here so we can go shopping together!” Chaeyoung hollers. “Tight dresses with pumps?”

          Her eyebrows wiggle which causes Jisoo to burst into laughter.

          “Uhm, I don’t know,” Jisoo responds.

          “Oh come one. Don’t be a party pooper.”

          Chaeyoung rises her friend off of the couch and they exit the apartment.

          Jisoo’s eyeballs rush back and forth trying to keep up with Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung has all sorts of dresses in her arms. Majority of them were short and tight.

          “Jimin said something about a plus one,” Chaeyoung tells Jisoo. “Are you bringing anyone? I’m taking Jinyoung.”

          Jisoo does not reply but ignores her friend. She wants to keep her relationship with Taehyung a secret due to the fact that he has a high reputation that may be ruined through her.

          “Jisoo?” Chaeyoung asks as she waves a hand.

          “I’m sorry. What?”

          “Are you bringing a plus one to Jimin’s party?”

          “Uh,” Jisoo mumbles. “Don’t tell anyone but I’m bringing Taehyung.”

          Jisoo quickly walks to observe the store and Chaeyoung quickly follows along.

          “You mean the CEO’s son Taehyung?” Chaeyoung questions--relatively loud.

          “Yes.”

          Chaeyoung immediately drags Jisoo into a fitting room. She gives Jisoo the stack of dresses and smiles. “Try them all on,”she says. “I’ll be outside waiting, and don’t forget to come out after every dress.”

          After numerous of body hugging dresses, Chaeyoung agreed on one. Jisoo, on the other hand, thought that all of them were not her style. Though she did think that the burgundy distracted from how short the dress is, but it
