Just Wait, Ph!

The sudden impact from Taemin wrapping his arms around me made my entire body melt on contact, it was all just a twisted nightmare. Taemin's breathing still rapid as he smoothed the hair on the back of my head.

"I'm just so glad you're okay." He muttered.

"She was just unconscious, but you insisted we left for Japan an week early." Key said pulling the maknae by his collar.

I took another look at my confused mother before I laid back down. The room was a little dizzy still and I felt like I hadn't slept in days. I closed my eyes and heard the distinct chatter between Key and my mom in English.

"What did the doctors say?" Key's voice seemed calmest in the room.

"She was lucky that the blow to her stomach didn't hit any main organs or vitals. A few weeks in bed still is good for her." She sighed. "It would be best if she didn't do any stressful chores or movements aswell. I will be staying here in Japan until she heals, feel free to stop by on your breaks and free time."

I traced my hands along my torso and stopped at the thick bandaging, the wound was still sore to the touch. I allowed myself to relax and take a rest even after sleeping for a while.

It was the smell of mom's home cooking that emerged me from my sleep. I tried to pull myself up on the couch but was greeted with long time friend; pain. Her Mom senses must have tingled , she found me struggling to sit up.

"Phoebe." Her voice was so soft, and when I looked up her eyes were full of tears. "Why did you grow up and leave the house-" She pulled me into her arms gently. "My baby girl~" She continued to sob.

I always found my mother's emotions funny, I knew she was worried about me but I couldn't help to giggle at her. "Mom, I'm okay. I'm all grown up." I her hair as she wailed into my shoulder.

After a few minutes of trying to compose herself she helped me up and walk into the kitchen; where I found Key attending to the stove and a very sleepy Taemin napping with his arms crossed on the counter. I ruffled his hair gently making his eyes crinkle and shift in his sleep, I couldn't get him awake.

"Oh no, we ran out of banana milk-"

"I brought more!" Taemin's head shot up and looked around confused, it earned a chuckle from the rest of us.

"YAH! You left me to cook by myself! At least set the table!" Mom Key was back at it again.

"Yes."

Although I didn't eat lots I managed to get some nutrition, Taemin helped me from my seat back into the living room. He placed various pillows around my body attempting to tuck me in.

"We don't need to falling off the couch," He proudly stated covering me in a blanket. "There we go, Ph is all snug as a bug in a rug~"

"Thanks Minnie, sorry for causing so much trouble."

Taemin kissed my nose, both cheeks and leaned in to kiss my lips but a sudden throat noise made him pull away. My mother stood behind him with an innocent smile on her face, he got the hint and shuffled to sit at my feet. Key snickered at us finding a seat next to my mother on the love seat.

"Now that things have calmed down here a little bit, Taemin do you mind if I ask you some questions?" Key translated for my mother.

"Yes Ma'am."

"I am aware that my daughter has been infatuated with you since before graduation. She learned a new language and even spent her college tuition to meet you. Although I did not condone her to so those things at the age of 18, I do however notice how much she reminds me of myself. Do you realize how precious she is to her family?"

"I do understand how precious she is, There isn't a day I don't think about her."

"Then I won't be out of place when I say this; Please break up with her."

"Wae?"
