O N E

Just Wait, Ph!

"Watch doing?" Taemin asked, resting his head on the side of my desk while staring at me.

"I'm working, designing for a Japanese group." I remained focused on my sketch pad, pencil lines scrawled along the paper.

"Let's do something, fun" he pleaded with a huff of air.

"I can't, I'm working. It's due in a few days..." I rested my forehead against the pal of my hand.

Ever since we've been reunited in Osaka, Taemin hasn't left my side except to change or shower. I guess he felt like he was going to miss me too much, he was adorable. I must admit it was comforting to have someone besides Hee-sung around, but she has also been around.

"Let's go to Karaoke tonight!" Hee-sung popped her head into my office.

"We can't, I have to finish the outfits for Rinto."

"You're no fun." Sung stuck her tongue out playfully before closing the door again.

I let out a sigh and continued to draw, trying to get it finished to spend more time with Taemin. I can't help to think how we got here again, I was just an average girl who was a fangirl and now I was dating my idol. The guys, Selene and even my parents; I couldn't have done it without them.

Before I realized it, it was already the end of the work day. I began to pack up my untensils and this caught the curious boy's attention, he seemed to be happy that work was over. I nodded to him and he got up taking my bag and slinging it over his shoulder, lacing his fingers with mine. It all still felt like a dream.

Saying our partings to my coworkers we headed towards the elevator, pressing the up button. I was pulled into the elevator by Taemin as he pushed the close button on everyone else causing them to groan.

"Y-you can't just do that." Taemin just smirked before stepping towards me making me bump into the back of the wall, his devilish grin.

"But I just did.." Taemin's lips trailed along my neck leaving little kisses to my collar bone.

"T-tae-" He softly bit me. "Yah! We haven't even left work-"

BING!

"Our floor!" I quickly shuffled out of the elevator with a playful Taemin trailing after me, I could see the glass bridge in front of me.

We walked in silence as we crossed the bridge our hands still together, as I day dreamt of spending everyday like this. Seeing him everyday, feeding him and sleeping next to him, it was a Cinderella story.

Before I knew it we were in front of the apartment door, I dug around my coat pocket for my keys, pushing my glasses up in the progress. I had stopped wearing contacts, caring about my hair and my weight; I was a bit on the chunkier side but Taemin didn't seem to mind. After a few minutes of fiddling I managed to get the door open and we both made it inside, I took my coat off and he was at it again.

His head was resting on my shoulder, his hands caressing my hips lightly. I could feel the hair on my arms standing up, if it was the one thing we hadn't done; we hadn't slept together. I still felt guilty since what happened with Key over a year ago and I wasn't ready to share it with him. I pulled out of his grip and kissed him lightly on the cheek and stepped into the kitchen to start to make food.

"Ph?" Taemin called from couch.

"Ya?"

"Did you really do it with Key?"

The bowl I was holding fumbled out of my hands. Crash!

Taemin quickly came into the kitchen and looked at me with a apologetic face, he began to tidy it before I shooed him out of the kitchen before deciding to order food.

"You got to be careful Ph, can't let you damage your delicate hands." he kissed every finger on my hands before pecking my lips lightly.

I cuddled him on the couch while we waited for the food to arrive, but that question got me everytime and I could tell it bothered Taemin. I couldn't shake the disappointed feeling in myself, it was haunting.

Work was daunting, the drawing was fun but having the people themselves judge my work was intimidating. I had always done a good job, no rejections yet, and the boss was happy to have me on board.

"Yee- Soo, can I talk to you in my office?" The boss had caught me off guard startling me. "Jumpy? Ha ha."

I followed him down the hall into his office and sat across from him, he pulled up a few of my designs on the monitor screen before walking me through my job to do list for the next month. It involved a fashion show for the large company Kaos, they were the company everyone wanted to design for.

"K-kaos likes MY designs?" I asked almost speechless.

"Yes, especially the stuff from your Korea days; the red dress."

"Omo, that was so long ago!" I couldn't drop the Korean slang.

"Yes, they would like you to prepare four outfits for their show in two months. Should we accept the offer?"

"YES!" I shouted automatically at him, causing him to chuckle.

"Got it, take the rest of the day off and prepare for the largest task of your life. Good luck." My boss shook my hand and I politely bowed to him.
