This is the story about Im Hyun Ah or Hyuna (You) a beautiful girl 18 years old who developed liver cancer. She has a elder sister,her name is Im Jin Ah. Her nickname is Nana..
She was worked on the hospital as a Nurse,Nana always brings Hyuna to the hospital where she's working. She has a best friend too who always accompany her since Hyuna 12 years old until now,his name is Woo Sung Hyun but,people always call him Kevin. His English name..


Kevin always take care of Hyuna,he had so often accompany Hyuna at home until late at night when Nana had not come home. Due to Kevin's house right next to the Hyuna's house, Kevin did not mind. Besides best friend,Hyuna has a boyfriend too. His name is Elison Kim or Eli bad boy,arrogant,and rough.. Eli always makes trouble at school,always fighting and beating up classmates so,he make they fracture a bone. But,he never been rough with Hyuna he always gently and loving Hyuna.. But,Nana won't let her younger sister have some relationship with that guy because,he was a bad boy from her opinions.
Hyuna didn't want to listen her sister and keep have a relationship with Eli. Although Eli and Kevin were hostile,Hyuna still need them both. And Hyuna almost made her friendship with Kevin gotta broke 'cause Hyuna suddenly fell in love with Kevin it was also with Kevin that has begun to consider Hyuna not as a best friend anymore but, more than a friend or best friend.
Kevin also willing to broke up with E-Young because he already letting her go and try to get Hyuna's love.
