Sehun was actually glad that Seungri had the courtesy to ask him what he wanted. After the garden's incident, Seungri didn't push him as much. Or at least he wasn't so persistent about playing mind games with him.

He began to feel a little safer around him. To say that Sehun was no longer afraid of Seungri would be a complete lie. His presence was still able to send a chill down his bones. But at the same time, Sehun felt an inexplicable comfort whenever he was around.

Everything about Sehun's current life was sick and twisted. He had no idea how to sort out his feelings anymore.

"You need some sun exposure you know," Seungri was speaking right next to his ear and Sehun couldn't surpass the involuntary shudder in return. "You're too pale for your own good."

"I'm not getting out."

"I promise to not let you go this time."

Sehun shook his head without saying a word. He wasn't getting out and he sure as hell wasn't going to trust Seungri. The man has probably sold his soul to the devil. Or worse, he was the devil in a human form. That would explain his hideous deeds.

"Suit yourself," the softness in Seungri' voice was gone leaving place to his usual harshness. "But you will come out someday whether you like it or not."

Sehun didn't want to think about the ‘not’ part but he knew it won't end well for him.

"Rin!" Seungri called.

Why is he calling her? Seungri didn't want anyone around whenever they were having a meal.

Few seconds later, Sehun hear Rin's signature steps before he smelled her hushed out perfume when she stood by his side. He got used to Rin's presence and it became natural to ask for her help whenever he needed anything. He memorised her voice, her smell and the sound of her footsteps. Just like he did Seungri's.

He learnt everything about Seungri. Through his hearing and smell of course. He still knew nothing about his looks and wasn’t sure if he wanted to. Rin once allowed him to touch her face so he could see her and Sehun did. He discovered that Rin was actually older than he thought she was. Her voice made her feel so young.

Ever since then, Sehun wondered if maybe Seungri will allow him to see him too. Touching someone’s face was the only way for Sehun to see them and know how they look. And yet Sehun didn’t do that with many people. It’s a fact that he didn’t want to see any of them.

But if it was Seungri. He might actually want to see him and know how he looks.

Just for the record. There was no ulterior motive.

“Take him to his room.” Seungri ordered in a strict voice and Sehun felt Rin move in front of him. Instead of taking her elbow, Sehun got up and tried looking in Seungri’s direction. He wanted his message to be clear.

“I can walk on my own.” Sehun hissed before slowly taking the stairs to his room, his steps getting angrier by the second.

If Seungri didn’t want to see his face, he didn’t have to be so obvious about it. What did he think? That Sehun enjoyed his company or something? He was forced to come here. If it was up to Sehun, he will never stay. He didn’t have a choice.

Seungri was holding him against his will.

Sehun didn’t know the nature of that voice, it could be his internal mind or his stupid heart but he didn’t pay them much attention.  They didn’t know what Sehun felt. He alone did and no one gets to interfere.

He didn’t enjoy Seungri’s company. Period.

But when he sat on his bed, an easy depressive feeling weighed on his chest like no other. It was strange. Sehun rarely had those phases and they certainly weren’t because of his loneliness. He used to love loneliness. It made him feel better. But now, the mere thought of staying enclosed in this room all alone frightened him.

A side of him wanted to go back downstairs and sit right next to Seungri but the rational part stopped him in his tracks. Sehun had his pride and refused to lower himself when he was so blatantly rejected.

“Do you need anything?”
