A day after Jiyeon and Jessica left for Hong Kong

Taeyeon 

"Tae hurry up we don't want to be late for our schedules!" Sunny called to their leader who was the last one to take a bath. 

"Two minutes!!" Taeyeon answered hurriedly drying her hair. If only the company didn't make them stay at one house again then they wouldn't all have to rush to and fro. Even without Jessica, 8 girls sharing a dorm with jam packed schedules is difficult, especially if the said dorm only has one useable bathroom because the other three were out of order. 

"Unnie were going down first manager oppa calling us down. Please hurry." Seohyun said as she entered Taeyeon's room "I'm finished Hyunnie, let's go"

 

"Taeyeon-ah, Seohyunnie, what took you so long? Get in, get in" their manager hurried them as soon as they stepped off the elecator to their dorm's underground parking area

 

"I already called the station and told them that we'll be late. I also called someone to fix the plumbing on your bathrooms, they said that something must have become stuck that's why no water comes out of the shower." Their manager explained while the girls just listened to them without any reaction. 

It had been sometime since they've lived on the same dorm together, some of them had their own houses while some, like Seohyun lived with their family. 

"Aish you girls, I know this issue about Dispatch and the company is bothering you but don't let it get to you. This'll be over in a few days, you just focus on your schedules, arraseo?" their manager said to them loudly, then he grumbled only loud enough for Taeyeon and Seohyun, who were on the seats behind him could hear "if only the real member who is dating turns up then this would be over quickly" 

 

Their last schedule for the day was a special performance for Ingikayo. They were not originally part of the program but due to popular demand, their group had been invited.

They had already arrived at the venue and was just waiting for their number to be called. Jiyong's sudden message made Taeyeon smile uncontrollably, checking first if anyone noticed her, she typed a quick reply to him.

After receiving his text Taeyeon tried to find him subtly so that no one would notice and ask questions

Omo, Mrs. Kwon wae? Miss your darling husband already? Kekeke 

 

His reply unintentionally caused a bubble of laughter to come out which Taeyeon desperately stopped by trying to cover but the others still noticed but they just smiled noticing her good mood.

"So Nyeo Shi Dae get ready in five!!!" 

"Neh Pd-nim!!!" Taeyeon answered when they were called out so she typed a quick txt to Jiyong before locking her phone and handing it to their manager

Their surprise performance was well recieved by their fans who came to support them and a lot of the younger idols greeted them as they went backstage.

"Great job girls. You can all relax now. You don't have anymore schedules for the night so you may change then we're going straight back to your dorms." Their manager greeted them "oh and your fans left you tons of gifts and flowers, we placed them in your dressing room."

"Thanks oppa!" The girls answered finally smiling after hearing that they can finally rest

Bouquets of flowers greeted them as they entered the room and a pile of gifts and stuff toys were neatly placed on the couch

 

"Hey let's see who these are from!" Hyoyeon cheerily said as the first one to reach the flowers

"The first one is "For: My Beautiful  Yoona From: Seungi-oppa" she read

"Eiii no surprise there! Seungi-oppa always sends Yoona flowers!" Yuri shouted upon hearing what was on the card "look at the next one!"

"You're one to talk Yuri-ah. These two are for Sooyoung and you!! Aish I hate you girls and your boyfriend's sugary sweetness" Hyeoyeon said while pretending to puke in disgust

"Hmm the next one has no sender "To: The Lovely Pink Monster Stephanie" 

"Yah Fany-ah are you dating someone?" Sunny said as she took the card from Hyoyeon 

"A-ani! It must be one of my f-fans! You know that everyone knows that I love pink" Tiffany stuttered as she explained. She gave Taeyeon a look that says that she'll explain later so Taeyeon, who was about to as well dorkily zipped her lips

"Oooh lookie here! Sunny-bunny and Maknae-ah recieved flowers as well!!! Huh? There's no sender written on Sunny's as well. Too bad. "To: Sunny who smiles brighter than the sun" and Hyunnie's only says "To: Joohyun From: My heart to yours" how cheesy!!!" 

"Maknae-ah!!! Are you hiding something from your unnies???!! Yoona teasingly pouted at the flustered Seohyun 

"A-aniyo unnies!! It's just from some of my friends from the company...I think. They must be teasing me. You know I-I won't hide anything from you" she explained still blushing from her unnie's teasing

"Oh Hyoyeonnie you forgot about the last one" said Taeyeon as she too neared the table where the flowers are

"Surprise!! Don't miss me too much ;)"

Taeyeon blushed as she read the card on the bouquet wrapped in purple paper with a purple ribbon. Next to it was a stuffed baby dragon. She immediately knew it was for her and who if was from.

"Taengoo what does it say?" Sunny asked curiously

"No-nothing!!" She said turning around to hide her blushing face and stuffing the card into her pocket

"Yah yah yah! Kim Taeyeon why are you blushing!!" Sooyoung shouted making the other girls more curoius about who the flowers were from

"Show us the card Taeng! No fair!! We always read the cards to everyone, you can't hide yours from us!!" Hyoyeon ordered

"Palli!!!" Yoona followed up now stepping closer to Taeyeon and trying to take the card from her pockets

"It-it's nothing!!!" She answered trying to escape

"Girls you know what to do" Tiffany said as the girls surrounded Taeyeon 

"I know what you're thinking!!! No no no! Hahahahaha" Taeyeon laughed as the others started to tickle her while Tiffany tried to take the card 

"Got it!!! Hmm it says "Surprise!! Don't miss me too much ;)" Tiffany read making the girls squeal with the cheesy line while Seohyun who knew the truth accidentally choked on the water she was drinking

"This one you can't escape Taeng." Yuri said as she put her hands on Taeyeon's shoulder to stop her from escaping "so....who's "me"?" she asked raising her brows while the rest looked and smiled at her teasingly knowing that she won't be able to handle the pressure 

"Yah! Why are you ganging up on me! Everyone change your costumes so that we can go home!" She ordered

"Aniyo you can't use your leader card on us so spill!" Tiffany said

"It-it's just someone! Aish move!" Taeyeon finally said now pushing the others to get to the changing room with her clothes

"No fair unnie" Yoona shouted as Taeyeon escaped 

"You'll tell us about this guy sooner or later Taeng. You can't hide him forever!!" Hyoyeon loudly said to Taeyeon from the other side of the door.

Meanwhile Taeyeon changed out of her stage outfit and quickly went out of the changing room, straight out of the dressing room before any of the girls could stop her. She was hurrying so much that she wasn't able to notice where she was going until she found that she had reached the vacant dressing rooms of the station. Finding one unlocked, she went in and settled herself in front of the mirror.

Taeyeon couldn't help herself from grinning at Jiyong's childishness. But she was also saying the truth that she did indeed miss him and their movie nights, but him saying that he missed her first warmed her heart.

"Hyunnie are we leaving?......Okay I'll see you at the parking lot.....yes they were from Jiyong.....Stop smiling, even if I can't see you through the phone I know you're smiling.......Haha oh and you will tell me who those flowers you received are from later arraseo. And that's not a request.." Taeyeon ordered but Seohyun already ended the call before she could finish talking.  "kyupta~" she silently laughed knowing that the younger girl ended the call in embarrassment.

"Hyung! noona said we're done for today. Finally we can go and rest at the dorm..... Why are you grinning by yourself? Loose screw?" Seungri said when he found Jiyong by himself at one of the vacant practice rooms.

"No-nothing." Jiyong said as he hid his phone in his bag and pretended to stretch before getting up from the floor. "Where are the others?"

"They're at the car already. Everyone was too tired to find you and me, being the maknae was ordered to go. Aish I hate being the youngest!" Seungri pouted stomping his foot on the floor like a little boy

"Haha are you a kid?" Jiyong laughed as he pat Seungri's head like "let's go so that we can all get some rest."

Then as Jiyong trunes to leave the room Seungri suddenly jumped on his back "Hyung~~ carry me~~ I'm too tired to walk!" 

"Eii Get off!! Acting cute doesn't suit you!!!" 

"Don't wanna!!"

"Why don't you get a girlfriend maknae-ah? Maybe she can help you become more mature!!" Jiyong teased 

"But my girlfriend finds my childishness cute...........er..........oops" Seungri said as he let go of Jiyong and ran ahead instead 

"Yah you have a girlfriend??!! Yah yah! Stop!" Jiyong shouted as Seungri ran out of his reach. Running straight into the waiting elevator.

"Finally caught you!!! Who is it? Who's the girl that Big Bang's Seungri is dating?" Jiyong heaved when he finally caught him in the elevator clutching Seungri's head in between his arms

Without escape Seungri just looked down on the floor blushing "I wasn't supposed to tell you or anyone hyung. Can't you please forget about it? Please~~" 

"Ani. That doesn't work on me. Now tell hyung who you are dating. I promise to keep it a secret from the others. Come on. Don't be shy maknae-ah, you already slipped anyway!" 

"....it's..... It's um....it's .....um.... Hyung promise me you won't tell anyone arraseo!! My girlfriend will kill me!" 

"Yes yes. I promised didn't I? Now spare me the suspense and tell me before we reach the others, you'll never know. Maybe I can even help you when you sneak out to see her" 

 

Finally after much hesitation Seungri admitted ".... .it's So Nyeo Shi Dae's.....mak-maknae..... Joohyunnie...." he answered hiding his face in his hands

"B-bwo!!!' What!! As in The Seo Joo Hyun?? Since when? How? Chincha???!" Jiyong asked in surprise. He knows that Taeyeon also didn't know about this since they usually discussed about their groups during their alone time

"Yah hyung why are you acting so surprised? Why? Can't you believe that I could actually date such a beautiful girl?" Seungri asked defensively 

"Ani, Ani it's just that I'm surprised that you two would hit it off when I think that the two of you are polar opposites. She's serious while you're playful. She's mature while you're clearly not. And she's from SM while you're from YG. How the hell did you end up dating her? And how long had you two been going out?" 

"Ouch hyung. You're words hurt. But don't you know that sometimes opposites attract? And who cares if she's from SM and I'm from YG, we're still human aren't we? We can love whoever we want. And mind you I've courted her for 2 years before she gave me a yes, now we'll be celebrating our one year anniversary next month. No one has caught us yet" Seungri said proudly

"Wow I didn't know you can be that serious with a girl. Wait so you've been going out with her for a year.....oh " Jiyong suddenly muttered 

"Wae?" 

"Dispatch.. remember our meeting? Hyung said that the other group caught in the scandal with Big Bang....the reason that it was such a big deal....Maknae-ah....

-Ding-

....I think you got caught Seungri" 

 

"Seungri got what Jiyong-ah?" TOP said as he heard Jiyong's last words when the elevator opened to the underground parking lot. His question made Seungri's face pale and Jiyong panic.

"Uh....got....got caught by a zombie!! In his game. The Walking Dead. Right Seungri? You got caught by a zombie??" Jiyong said, good thing that Seungri caught on quickly as he too answered "ye-yeah hyung. I got caught by the zombies!" TOP didn't buy their answer, however he suspected what it was about seeing that Jiyong was serious while Seungri was looking down on the floor. 

"Hurry manager-hyung is waiting for us in the van. Let's go back to the dorms so the others can rest up as well. We have an early schedule tomorrow."

"Arraseo. Come on maknae-ah. I'll help you with your game next time"

Taeyeon 

 

During the next two days, the girls again had fulls days of schedules that Taeyeon was only able to text Jiyong good morning and good night and was only able to call Jiyeon once every day. 

Today as well she was so tired that she barely had enough energy to wash up and prepare for bed. But as soon as her head hit the pillow her mind wouldn't shut down and she lost her sleepiness so she ended up just lying on her bed staring at the ceiling. 

Without any idea what to do she decided to do some coloring to relax her mind so she tiptoed out of bed so as not to wake up the sleeping Tiffany on the other bed.

 

-knock knock-

"Unnie are you asleep?"  Seohyun asked from the other side of the door distracting Taeyeon from her activity

"Hyunnie? Come in! You don't have to knock you know" Taeyeon smiled at the shy girl however her smile turned to a frown when she noticed how serious Seohyun was

"Hyunnie what's wrong??? Yah Seo Joo Hyun!" Taeyeon exclaimed in worry when Seohyun began tearing up even before she stepped into the room

"Unnie...." the younger girl sobbed said as Taeyeon pulled her into the room, her voice unknowingly woke up Tiffany and called the attention of the other girls who were still awake outside the room for her sharp tone.

"Hyunnie tell unnie why are you crying please.." Taeyeon pleaded as she tried to wipe the tears of their maknae who was holding on to her tightly 

"I'm scared unnie.....I'm really scared...." 

By this time the others were already eavesdropping by the door and Tiffany was already wide awake. It was not everyday that they hear they maknae cry in helplessness.

"Tell me Hyunnie please. Don't be scared and tell me what's happening? I can't help you if you don't tell me what's wrong" 

".....I'm sorry unnie.....I think....I think it's me...." she finally answered "I think I was the one caught by Dispatch..... I'm really sorry unnie...." Seohyun said as she continued crying in Taeyeon's arms

"Yo-you? But how? Who? And why are you sorry Hyunnie? Why are you apologizing?" Taeyeon replied trying to pacify the crying girl

"I'm.....I'm dating.....Seungri-oppa......I've been with him for a year...... We were so careful unnie.... I should have told you..... I'm really sorry....."

"Stop crying Hyunnie-ah you don't have to apologize for dating. And if you really like Seungri, even though I don't know why you would like him, then I won't disapprove of him, as long as he makes you happy and that he won't make you cry" she said but Seohyun still continued crying which confused Taeyeon

"....unnie I'm really sorry...." 

"Sorry for what Hyunnie?" 

"I'm sorry for making you go through with this all over again....I know what the CEO said when he told you that you've been through this before..... It was the same with Jessica unnie right? Have you forgotten that unnie and I heard your conversation from outside the room? I'm sorry unnie.... I' m sorry that you have to go through this problem because of me....I'm sorry to the other unnies as well....if they kick me out....."

"Stop apologizing Seo Joo Hyun, I wasn't able to protect Jessica that time, but I promise you that this time I won't let them kick you out. Losing one sister is enough. I'm not planning to lose another one" she declared

"What do you mean Taeng? What did Seohyun mean?" Tiffany suddenly said rising to a sitting position and facing them "I know that you were threatened by the company when Jessica was caught but wasn't that issue cleared up?"

Then from outside the room Sunny's voice rang out as the door opened revealing the five who were listening outside ".....Jessica.....Sica didn't really betray us? What are you saying?"

"Gi-girls....." Taeyeon said in surprise 

"Oh Hyunnie don't cry! It's okay. We're happy if you're happy" Yoona and Yuri said walking inside and hugging Seohyun who was just as surprised as Taeyeon 

"Un-unnies how long have you been there?" 

It was Hyoyeon who answered with both her arms folded. "Long enough to hear everything" only she and Sunny were remaining outside

"Taengoo tell us the truth right now. Please no more secrets. We deserve to know as well don't you think?" Sooyoung asked

".....fine then what do you want to know...?" She asked them looking at each one of the girls seriously 

".....the truth about Jessica and our company....and why Seohyun is crying in your arms right now.... tell us Kim Taeyeon" Sunny answered sitting herself on Tiffany's bed

 

"The truth....yes..... I guess it's time you know the truth about what happened.... then you'll also understand why Seohyun is scared and crying..."

 So with difficulty Taeyeon relayed to them what happened to Jessica....the real reason this time and not the ones made by their company.

"When Jessica was still an official member of our group the company called me to the head office to discuss about her.... they wanted her to break up with her boyfriend that time, I didn't know who....they said that she was going to ruin our image if the fans find out.. I reasoned out with them that Jessica would be careful, that she wouldn't do anything to ruin our group. But they were starting to get angry....they said that if we start dating guys who they won't approve of then they would disband us. They let Yoona and Sooyoung's dating go because their dating was easily accepted by the fans... but they thought that Jessica's won't be, she has had too many scandals in the past. This was the first of the reasons why she was kicked out. Jessica, Tiffany and Seohyun knows about this reason but they didn't know about the others"

"Reasons.... You said reasons....what were others?" Sunny asked moving closer to Taeyeon 

"....the second reason was that they wanted control of her company.....they wanted to be the ones who would benefit from the income of Blanc Group..... They wouldn't let her open it as a side business for an additional and separate income for herself... They said that she would only use her image as a member of SNSD..... But Jessica isn't like that. We know that fashion designing is one of her dreams but being a singer is also another. She wouldn't use our image for her own gain." Taeyeon explained getting angry

"They let it seem that she chose to open up her business instead of remain with us, that she chose to betray us, but the truth was that they were threatening her that if she opened it without their approval she can kiss our group goodbye. They made her choose between two things that she loved, three if we add her boyfriend to the mix. But without waiting for her choice.....they.....they forced me to do it.....to make the choice..... either I let Jessica go or all of us goes..... I'm sorry.... But I had to make a choice.... I found out later that she had tried to move the schedule of her opening because she was choosing us.... she wanted to be with us.... but it was too late. Those greedy bastards who call theirselves our heads...." She was having a hard time to continue because she was so angry that her hards are turning white as she held the pillow so tight on her lap

"....those bastards also wanted a large part of your earnings in dramas but Sunny's uncle was able to stop them, but ever since his retirement as CEO a lot of things have changed.....the only reason the they haven't bothered with us since then is because.... I had the courage to threaten them.... I told them that if they do what they did to Jessica again then I would take all of you out of SM.... I told them that we are popular enough and that we have saved enough to create our own entertainment company and be our own agency." She finally stopped. 

She spoke so fast that they weren't able to catch everything but they were able to get what she wanted to say. They knew their leader well, they know that telling them is really hard for her yet she still chose to do it so they understood why she was speaking too fast, she wanted to be able to tell them everything before she could stop herself.

"Taeyeon-ah you've been keeping all of this to yourself? You've been defending us and fighting for us alone? Why didn't you just tell us? We could have helped you" Sunny said wrapping her arms around Taeyeon touched by how much their leader cared for them

"So the reason why Seohyun is crying is because she's afraid of the company.... Come here Seobaby, we won't let them kick you out. We will protect you" Yoona declared as she and Yuri hugged Seohyun who was once again tearing up

"Taeyeon-ah you remained after the meeting... What did they say?" Tiffany asked seeing that Taeyeon was not looking at any of them

"Tae you can trust us....."  Hyoyeon's words made Taeyeon finally tear up 

"It's.... It's just so hard.... I'm just really really tired of them all, of this all...." She said sobbing into Sunny's arms. 

"Tell us Tae... Like you were there for us, we are here for you so tell us..." 

"They said.....they said that they would kick me out.....I can't.... I don't know what to do. If I don't stay strong in front of them and they find out about Seohyun they might kick her out. But if I continue to defy them they may disband our group. I know I said that we can do it on our own.... But i'm just scared that my decisions may ruin not just me but all of us..... They said.... that even without me SNSd can survive with 7 members... and that even without us....SM can stay on top.."

Taeyeon was now openly crying so much that the girls didn't know what to do. Their beloved leader who was their backbone and their anchor was breaking down in front of them. She was crying so painfully, letting out all her pent up anger and frustrations that the others couldn't help but tear up as well. It was Yoona who first rushed from where she sat to hug Taeyeon, then Yuri and Sooyoung followed as well, then the other girls, until all of them were hugging, engulfing Taeyeon in a big hug to make her feel their support and their love for their sister.

 

 

"Taeyeon-ah from now on tell us everything that is happening. Please. Don't just keep everything to yourself, we are sisters so don't just try to protect us, let us protect you too okay. No more secrets." Hyeoyeon said as they finally broke up their group hug, wiping Taeyeon's face 

"Ye-yes. Thank you girls. Your support means a lot to me. And your love gives me much strength. Don't worry I won't let them break me or break us apart. And Seobaby don't worry about a thing, your unnies will support you" Taeyeon replied smiling after she finished wiping her own tears.

 

"Why don't all of you go back to your rooms and rest up. We still have schedules tomorrow" Taeyeon said when they have all calmed down from their crying 

"Can't we just sleep here unnie? Please" seohyun begged as she scooted beside Taeyeon on her bed

"Hey us too!!!" Yuri shouted as she and Yoona rushed to their room coming back with their pillows and blankets. "We'll sleep on the floor beside you Taeng!!"

In the end all the girls decided to sleep in Taeyeon and Tiffany's room, bringing their own blankets and pillows and finding their own spaces to lie on. Then as they all settled down Yoona suddenly stood up and locked the door. 

"So now that we are all here. Seohyun-ah, we now know that those flowers are from Seungri. But what about the others Taengoo, Fany, and Sunny. Who were they from? And all four of you better tell us you stories or we won't let you sleep, right Yul? Soo? Hyo?" She declared as Sooyoung, Yuri and Hyoyeon all stood up beside her to try to get the other girls to answer

"Go-good night!!" Tiffany shouted as she completely covered herself with her blanket same with Taeyeon who even pretended to snore loudly, too loud in fact. Sunny   blasted her earphones to pretend that she didn't hear while Seohyun who was beside Taeyeon has genuinely fallen asleep.

"Eiiii you guys are no fun!!! Attack!!" Hyoyeon shouted as the four of them tried to tackle and tickle the others to get some answers. In the end they weren't able to get any answers from the fours until they too became too tired and fell asleep where they were Hyoyeon slumped on top of Taeyeon and Seohyun. Yoona and Yuri on both sides of Tiffany while Sooyoung was lying back to back with Sunny on the floor in between the two beds. 

It was a happy night for the girls of So Nyeo Shi Dae. Especially for Taeyeon who was now finally able to breathe easily after lessening her baggages. Looking at the girls who were peacefully around them Taeyeon mentally thanked the girls for their love "thank you girls, I know I said no more secrets....but I want to keep my last secret to myself for now....don't worry you'll meet my family someday... for now that secret stays with me. Sleep well my sisters"

Too many happenings in one chappie? Hehe sorry I didn't know where to cut it off so please bear with it. :) Pardon my English if it's not too good okay. my first language isn't English :)

So now the girls know about Jessica. And the third couple has been revealed and its...... drumroll...... SeoRi!!! And I hope you liked GTae couples cute txt messages and of course Jiyong's little mini me!!

Oh and I know it's a little out of the blue how the Maknae couple confessed to their respective leaders but I just thought about how they were in person (I just imagined okay). Seungri being too honest to his Jiyong hyung while maknae Seohyun is also an honest girl who loves her unnies that she couldn't take what they have to go through because of her.

So Nyeo Shi Dae unite! Hehe I just made up the explanation here, it's something that I want to believe is reality regarding Jessica's departure. I'm a Sone and for me SNSD will always be 9. Even if Jessica is no longer with them I choose to belive that in their hearts, she never left. Once a SoShi always a SoShi :)
