Taehyung has been spacing out for maybe 2 and a half hours in the park.

It was 3 days since they came back and Jungkook has been occupying his mind most of the time.

Taehyung sighed and called his agent, Chanyeol.

"Hello, Taehyung? Something happened in school today?"

"Umm, Chanyeol hyung... Is it okay if I court Jungkook?" Taehyung bit his lip as he felt his cheeks getting hotter.

Chanyeol chuckled and it made Taehyung pout.

"Of course. Why do you ask?"

"Well, maybe because of ELH?"

A long silence followed which made Taehyung worried.

"Hyung? You're still there, right?"

"Baekhyun hasn't told you?"

"What?"

"I actually thought this was coming." Chanyeol muttered but Taehyung unfortunately heard it.

"ELH is done. After your return, ELH already let go of you. As soon as the agency found out that things between you and your targets are okay now, they said it's safe to say that our job is finished."

Taehyung was silent for a long time which made Chanyeol nervous.

"Oh." Taehyung mustered to make a sound even though he was queitly sobbing already.

"Baekhyun and I... we really had fun with you. The two of you were experiences we will never forget. It's sad that we have to depart so soon but Baekhyun and I already have a new mission and we have to change location. "

"No."

"Taehyung..."

"No! It's not supposed to be like that."

"I'm sorry." Chanyeol sighed.

"Then please tell me that you'll contact us everyday." 

"I-I'll try to. It'll get pretty b-busy." Chanyeol scratched the back of his head.

"But you're my family..." Taehyung sniffed his tears.

"Taehyung..."

"And a family shouldn't lose contact of one another."

"Yes, Taehyung. I understand. I'll contact you."

Taehyung ended the call as he wiped his tears furiously.

After a while, Taehyung decided to call Jungkook.

Jungkook received the call while on his singing recital practice.

"Mr. Jeon? Would you like to answer that?" Ms. Lee raised her eyebrows at Jungkook, who was trying so hard to ignore the phone.

Jungkook knows who it is.

Jungkook saved a ringtone especially for him.

"Hey, Jungkook! Answer it already!" Junho chuckled.

Jungkook sighed as he went outside to answer his phone.

"I'm sorry, hyung. I couldn't answer now. I'm practicing for-"

"Jungkook?" Taehyung said, voice broken and hoarse.

"-recital..." Jungkook's eyes widen.

"Oh. I'm sorry, Jungkook! I'll just call la-"

"No! It's okay. Are you okay, Taehyung? Why are you crying? Did you get hurt?" Jungkook asked in one breath.

"I'm o-okay." Taehyung smiled while sniffing his tears again.

"What happened?" Jungkook sighed while sitting at the floor.<
