let your grades get this low!" Elaine's dad just shook his head. "Honey.........i love you okay. I really want you to be happy, but you need to focus 

on your school work first okay?"

 

Elaine crossed her arms, but used her arm to wipe away her sobbing face.

"I understand dad......" she dragged herself to her room.

 

It was pointless to continue on fighting, because she already knew that if she kept going at it, she would just get into more trouble.

But from now on.....................

 

It's no more hanging out with Youngmin for Elaine.

As i make my way downstairs...

 

"Layla! Get over here now!" Unnie screamed.

"W-wae!?"

"Because i said so!" She pulled me to the couch. She set me down on the couch across from where she was gonna sit. "Okay.....now before i kick your as- i mean

um, so ...sweetie pie, i'm gonna ask you VERY nicely.." she cleared .

 

It was obvious she was trying so hard not to kick my out the door. 

 

"So.....who is this Jin ..my sweet Donut?" She put on her sweet smile.

 

My left eye twitched at the sight.

"Unnie, he's just a friend okay. He's a new one that i just met today. It was raining so he let me borrow his hoodie....."

 

she smiled for a good 3 seconds....then...

 

"OOOOOO JEONGMIN HAS COMPETITION!!! Is he cute?! Is Jin hot!? SHOW ME A PICTURE! Oh why dont you invite him over for dinner!?" she was getting all excited and

such it nearly scared me.

 

I tried to back away but then.

"Layla, look, i know sometimes i can be over protective. But it's because i care. Just be careful out there okay......."

This time her smile was sincere. 

 

I smiled back at her and we hugged.

 

'Oh....my sister can be a freak, but i love her anyways.'

After settling down and taking a nice shower.

I hopped in bed, and kimchi jumped on right after.

I turned off the light and closed my eyes and dreamt away.

 

my sleep was peaceful...

until morning came............
