"Hey guys" Both elaine and youngmin called.
I quickly sat down, and avoided any contact with them.
I had to focus...and see how to help them out.
"OOO whats this? Elaine and Youngmin walking together again?" Anita teased
"So?" youngmin replied "I like walking with her."
I can clearly see Elaine getting all red and and warm inside.
She couldnt help but smile.
'Aish....these two...need to spread their wings and just FLY TO EACH OTHER'
The bell rang and we went inside.
Among the crowd i pushed my way through, struggling past these horrfic people...who were taller than me.
Then...someone pulled me away from the crowd.
"LAYLA!"
"Yes?!?"
it was Youngmin this time.
Oh gee....i wonder what he wants.....he he.
"I need your help! Kwangmin told me how you hooked him up with jenny....can you
do the same for me?"
His eyes sparkled.
"Of course, anything for a friend."
he smiled in joy
"YES!! THANK YOU!"
he ran off, feeling as if he won the lottery.
I sighed, but i had a smile on my face.
Here we go....first period.
I walked to my seat.
Theres jeongmin starring off into space.
I take my seat and actually TRY to pay attention.
But after 35 minutes into the period...
i got so bored.
I glanced over at Jeongmin.
Everytime i sit here, the memory of his stab wound keeps appearing in my mind.
"Psst,...hows your wound?" i whispered
"getting better."
"Thats good"
"yeah, now be quiet."
I huffed, and then i decided to glance around the classroom.
I stared at the clock, the posters, the cabinet of jars.
Then....i looked over at Elaine.
She looked like she was doodling something?
But then i also had to think about how i was gonna help youngmin.

Just like kwangmin, youngmin called me afterschool
"Layla! I want to ask her today......i cant hold in all my fee--"
"Okay okay lover boy, first tell me what she likes.....OBJECT wise."
"hmmm lets see.........umm...uhhh....roses?"
then i remembered something
"Perfect, go buy her some roses and then attach a note to it and bam, tell her
how you feel."
"But how should i ask and tell her.....what if i mess up? This is scary
but ...i like her.....and..."
"Youngmin, your words to her will come from your heart"
I know i know...cheesy, but its true!
"Okay...Layla...ill go buy the roses but after that..then what?!?!"
"Umm.....meet up with her somewhere."
"Where?"
" Maybe, a resturaunt?"
"Ah i know just the one!"
He hung up.
"Okay then..." i said to myself

"Excuse me miss, i would like a dozen roses please" Youngmin said to the
cashier
"Ah comming right up,"
When the lady handed him the roses, he noticed one particular rose stood out
a white rose
"Oh sorry sir, my son loves to switch around flowers, ill just take that out for y--"
"No....its perfect." He smiled and took the flowers, paid and out the door he went.

"Layla! I got the roses, can you bring elaine down to the resturaunt on 121st street. The high class one."
"oh fay!"
Dont judge me...i was eating a donut.
I gulped my donut and dialed up elaine
"Hello?"
"Elaine! Its me layla!"
"Hi!"
"Hey...can you come meet me by that high class resturaunt on 121st street? I got a surprise for you!"
"Ummm okay?"
"see ya there."
I hung up and smiled at my phone.
'Ah Love.........'

Elaine was walking on 121st street.
She wore casual clothes.
Okay im here.....now what? Elaine thought
Then she feels a tap on her shoulder.
She turns around to find a dozen of red roses inched to her face.
"Hi Elaine"
her face grew red
"Youngmin?"
"These are for you."
He handed her the roses.
"Wow! These are lovely, ...wait ...whats this?"
She pulls out the white rose with a note attached to it.
"open it" youngmin said with a smile
She opens it
the note reads:
"Elaine i enjoy every moment i spend with you, and just like this white rose
In every bunch there’s one who stands out for me, and for my eyes only— and you are that one."
Elaine was in tears. But tears of joy.
Youngmin hugged her tightly.
"Elaine....will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes....youngmin ....absoulutely."

I happend to witnessed the whole thing, because i got worried at how things would happen between
Elaine and Youngmin.
I saw the progress and thought
'man...you guys should have done this a long time ago.'
As i walked home i ate a donut along the way.
The sky was getting darker.
As i reached home.
I open the door.
"Kimchi!!!"
he ran and jumped on me.
"Haha down boy"
As i walked further into the house.
I see jeongmin starring into the mirror.
He was dressed up.....im talking about jacket, jeans, kicks
and a sweet aroma of clogne.
"Well what are you dressed up for?" i smirked
"A party." he answered and continued looking at himself in the mirror.
"A PARTY?!?!?!? I WANNA GO!"
"you werent invited."
"..true..."

"hello?"
"Layla how are you guys?"
"Good, just got home, jeongmin is leaving soon."
"For what?"
"a party."
"Are you going with him?"
"No"
" Layla i dont want you staying home by yourself."
"Unnie ill be fine."
"No you wont....Let me talk to him."
"Jeongmin she wants to talk to you"
I handed him the phone.
a few minutes later....
He hands me the phone shut.
"what did she say."
"That if i dont take you i dont get to go."
"Oh..."
"well bye!" He trailed off to the door.
"say what!??!"
' oooo he disobeying already? Dear buddah this boy is unbelievable!'
