The air was cool. I could feel the wind blowing so swiftly.
It was fall. So it was kind of chilly.
Here i am all bundled up in my jacket, and my boots, with a scarf covering my neck.
My dark brown hair still wavy from last night.
And just dragging my luggage to the car.
"Hurry up Layla!" My best friend called out.
My best friend, in the entire world is Chaejin.
Hes been my friend since the 2nd grade, hes always there for me.
Yep, now I'm....17 years old. The names Layla Wu, your easy going, high school student.
Today is the day i move in with my sister. (Catherine Wu)
Why? Because my parents got a job involving constant traveling.
Chaejin's coming with me to drop me off.
I hate moving......so much work to do.
Ha ha did i also mention I'm super lazy?
Well i am..at times.
Once i get in car, i sit shotgun and Chaejin has the wheel.
"You ready?"
"Yeah."
"oh but look what i got!"
He hands me...what i love most.
a glazed donut.
"This is why your my best friend! Thanks Chaejin!"

I happily take the donut....Ah thank goodness i have chaejin!
"oh and one more thing."
With my mouth full i just say
"whaf? ders moar?"
He just chuckled and told me to close my eyes.
I do so.
he placed something around my wrist.
when i open my eyes, its a bracelet....a friendship bracelet.
With a charm...of a heart. I got the half that says "best"
He smiled and took his bracelet and connected the charm with mine.
"Were best friends till the end!"
I blushed and agreed.
'Aw..........Chaejin...'
So with that it was time to go...

After a few hours we arrived at my unnie's place.
Chaejin went to the trunk to get my stuff.
I just ran to my sister whom i haven't seen in a while.
"Unnie!!"
"Layla!"
We ran and hugged each other.
"I miss you so much!"
"I miss you too!"
"Hi noona!" Chaejin called out while carrying my stuff.
"Oh my gosh sorry Chaejin!" I ran to help him.
My unnie just laughed and help us too.
Once we were settled inside ..
"Chaejin thank you so much for helping out Layla, can you stay for a little longer? You deserve to eat before you go.."
"Ah...no its okay i got to get back soon. I got to take of my brother ..my parents are going out tonight ha ha."
"Oh..you sure?"
"Yeah..."
He glanced over to me.
But i smiled at him and walked towards him.
I just gave him a hug.
"I'll miss you Chaejin...thank you so much..for everything."
He pulled away...it looked as if he was going to cry.
He covered his eyes and began to wave goodbye.
I was going to cry too.
"Bye Chaejin..."
"Bye...Layla"

2 hours passed and my Unnie asked if i was hungry
i shook my head.
"Well if you aren't you can go get settled in. And make sure you sleep early.
Tomorrow is your first day of school tomorrow!"
"okay.."
"Well I'm going to go take a shower...so be right back!"
As she left......I'm just in this empty room.
I look at my pile of luggage.
I whine at the sight but i had to take it to my room.
"Okay....i can do this."
I attempt to grab my luggage.
I walk up the stairs dragging it along.
Either gravity was angry at me because shortly after, my handle broke loose.
There..my luggage went flying down the stairs!
"DARN IT!!"
i walk back down the stairs and picked up the luggage with my bare hands.
But my vision was blocked by my luggage, and I couldn't see crap.
Few minutes later I'm all settled in.
My room was just amazing.
So empty and white.
And more space.
I had a nice view too.
Heck if my room was amazing i couldn't wait to see my Unnie's.
*Don't touch my girl-Instrumental played*
"Where's that coming from?"
It was my unnie's phone.
I ran downstairs to check.
.I look at her phone on the dinning table.
"Who's Hyunseong?" I asked.
The door busted open!
My unnie came running out.
"AH DID I MISS THE CALL?"
Just when she picked up her phone.
*1 missed call*
"MAN! ..." She groaned.
"Unnie what's wrong? Why are you---"
"I've been waiting for him to call..."
"Oh Hyunseong right?"
"Yeah..."
"Who is he?"
"He's umm my friend."
"Oh really.."
"Well, what are you doing? Call him back."
"But I'm so nervous this is the first time i--"
I could obviously tell she wanted to talk to him so badly.
So I took her phone and called him back.
"LAYLA WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU INSAN---"
I told her to shush.
As soon as the call got through.
"Catherine?"
"Sorry about that, Catherine was busy at the moment, but she is available now."
"Oh okay, um who is this?"
"This is Catherine's younger sister Layla"
"Oh so you're Layla ha ha well i hope to meet you soon, your sister has been talking about you non stop."
"Oh really? Ha ha well i hope to meet you too, well here's Catherine"
I handed her the phone but she left.
"Hyungseong please wait a moment."
"Okay."
I covered the phone.
"UNNIE GET OUT HERE NOW!!"
No sign of her.
"Hyunseong would you like to come over and have din---"
*Zoom*
My unnie comes flying in taking away the phone.
"Hyunseong sorry about that...my little sister is a bit crazy."
"Oh no its fine and your sister seems lovely."
"Oh... why thank you"
"No problem!"
"So umm.....did you want to ask me something?"
"Yeah.....well i didn't know whether to text you or call you to ask, but, ....do you want to...go out tomorrow? After school?"
My unnie's face lit up in a bright red blush.
"S-sure..!"
"Alright see you then!"
"See you."
"Goodnight!"
"Goodnight"
"Sweet dreams Catherine"
As the call ended, she just stares at the wall..
Frozen.
"Unnie?"
She wouldn't budge.
"What did he say?"
"HE ASKED ME OUT!!"
"Oh my gosh really?"
We both jumped up and down!
"Aw!! SEE, see what would have happen if you didn't call back!"
"Ha ha yes i see...thank you my little dongseang."
"Anything for my Unnie."
We smiled and shared a loving sisterly hug.
"Alright well you should get ready for bed."
"Okay~"
So i went to go take a shower and everything brushed my teeth
and flopped on my bed.
I went to go open my window.
"wow......i can see stars!"
"Yeah pretty huh?" My unnie said standing at the door.
"Ha ha yeah."
"So how are you?"
She said as she walked to my bed and sat beside me.
"good! ...I miss my friends already."
I glance over at my bracelet.
"Oh what's that?"
She looks at and holds the best friend charm
"Aw is this from Chaejin?"
"...maybe"
"You guys are cute.....you like him?"
"No......."
'i don't know myself.'
"Ha ha oh alright well goodnight~"
"Goodnight unnie"
We smiled at each other.
As she left she turns off the light.
I go under my covers and snuggle in.
*zzz*
My phone vibrated.
I go pick it up and its a text from Chaejin.
"...Hey, I know its late but um just wanted to say goodnight and good luck tomorrow! Fighting!"
I smiled and texted him back.
"Goodnight too you too! And thanks! Sweet dreams Chaejin."
I closed my phone and drifted off.
with the most ridiculous smile on my face ever.

"LAYLA WAKE UP!"
I open my eyes and looked at my Unnie shaking me.
"Okay I'm up!"
"Your going to be late!"
"Oh what time is i---"
"ITS TIME FOR YOU TO GET UP AND GO!!"
So as she said i brushed my teeth combed my hair
got dressed and off to school i go.
So when my Unnie walked me to school
EVERYONE LOOKED SO HIGH CLASS.
"Have fun Layla"
And she trotted off.
I gulped and started walking.
Everyone's just staring at me.
"Look its a newbie!" someone called out.
"Oh my gosh look at her shirt."
"that shirt was like so last year"
It was a bunch of girls..teasing me about my Minnie mouse shirt.
What's wrong with Minnie?
I sighed i kept on walking.
"Look at her skirt too ha ha"
"Yeah and look at her hat."

"HEY WHY DON'T YOU--"
All of sudden this hand just grabs me by the arm and drags me away.
"Who the--"
"Shh.....don't pick a fight with Hee young"

"Come follow me, I'll introduce you to my friends." Jenny spoke
We walked towards a tree...
A big tree.
"Hey guys we got a new member to our group!"

Jenny started to introduce me to everyone.
"Layla this is Minwoo, Minwoo this is Layla"
"Annyeong! Nice to meet you!"
I smiled and greeted him too.
"Layla this is Elaine , Elaine Layla"
"Oh your the girl who was going to pick a fight with Hee Young! Ha ha."
"Yeah...well she asked for it.."
"Well good thing you didn't!"
Next up was..
"Annyeong I'm Kwangmin"
"Annyeong and I'm Youngmin"
Both Kwangmin and Youngmin said at the same time
"And were Brothers!!"
I just smiled....
Wow my first day has been going great!
"Guys come one lets go find out what class she has!" jenny yelled.
"Okay" they all called out
So as we walk to get my schedule.
I wasn't paying attention, and i stepped on some guys foot.
"HEY WATCH IT!"
"s-s-sorry.."
"YEAH, well PAY ATTENTION"
he gave me the most dirtiest look.
Elaine whispered in my ear.
"That's..Jeongmin...the most popular guy in school."
'TALK ABOUT ATTITUDE!....'
So i go get my schedule and attend my first class.
Turns out i had a class with Elaine.
When we both walked in, the teacher was friendly.
She asked for my name and told me to stand by here.
Her name was Ms.Park
She said i had to introduce myself.
I asked her if i couldn't but she insisted.
As the bell rang everyone took their seats.
I was just spacing out. I was so nervous i kept staring at the floor.
"Everyone we have a new student! This is Layla Wu, please be nice to her."
All eyes were on me.
"An-anyeonghaseyo.....Layla ibnida."
I saw some smiles....
i saw some frowns...
and i saw some...i don't care looks.
"Please take a seat next to Jeongmin, Jeongmin raise your hand please."
My eyes widen.
'Holy crap...NO FREAKING WAY.'
I go sit next to him.
Now ill have you know....this was science class...
AND THE TABLES WEREN'T SEPARATED.
As i sit down next to him i glanced over and he was just staring off into space.

I attend all my classes.
Luckily i only had one class with...Jeongmin.
It was FINALLY lunch time.
I went to sit with jenny and the crew.
But when i went to get my lunch.....
Someone tripped me and my lunch just FLEW.
Everyone laughed....
Laughed at the person who had food all over himself.
........known as Jeongmin....the most popular boy at school.
Frighten....i just stumbled up and apologized.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to I--"
"LOOK HERE, DO YOU ENJOY JUST MESSING WITH ME??! YOU CLUMSY STUPID GIRL!
WHY DON'T YOU GO BACK TO WHEREVER YOU CAME FROM AND JUST GET OUT OF HERE"
He furiously walked by me to go get himself cleaned.
The cafeteria went down into silence after that.
worst first day of school ever.
Elaine witnessed the whole thing and took me to the rest of my friends.
Fingers pointing
Whispering.
Gossip.
Laughing.
Anger.
'All on my first day.
JUST WONDERFUL.'
When i walked towards my friends...
"Hey Layla"
