Mom's mouth was wide open and she went to hug me. "Aw, finally I can get a son-in-law." Unfortunately, things were different for Dad. 

"What's the meaning of this?" Dad stood up and Namjoon raised an eyebrow. "Go for it, Sunggi ah." Namjoon mouthed to me as he did his high school photo pose. Very motivating.

"Dad-" I said while I bravely looked into his eyes, "This is my life. You can't control it anymore." Dad was suprised as he turned towards my brother, "Namjoon!" he shouted.

Mom took hold of my sleeve as I was about to stop the angry father. "Don't." She said. Taehyung's eyes widened as Dad took hold of Namjoon's collar- making him standing up. 

"Can't you be an obedient son? Why must you ruin our lives?" he shouted directly at Namjoon. Namjoon smirked, "Our lives? It's you and your stupid dreams." he said as he pushed Dad away.

"Namjoon!" Mom shouted as she ran to Dad. I gulped, things are getting worse- Taehyung took my hand and squeezed it.

Namjoon gave out a hearty laugh while holding his head- which frightened both Mom and Dad. He then stopped and looked at them with his mysterious eyes, "I'm not insane. It's actually the world is without sane. Everything is not the same," 

Here he goes, he's rapping it. I rolled my eyes. How could he rap in such times?

Namjoon continued, "Remember the time when I was little? You told me not to be in the middle- always be on the top. So that I could actually top the world. But you never-" he stopped. I swear I saw tears in his eyes. 

"-never asked me what I wanted to be." he confessed. Dad snickered, "A rapper?" But Namjoon kept quiet. His head was hanging low and I had a bad feeling that something bad was coming.

I saw his hand reaching for his back pocket. My eyes widened as I quickly went in front of my dad, "Namjoon, NO!" I screamed.

He was clearly holding a gun- aiming for my dad. I braced myself for the bullet. Suddenly everything went in slow motion. Ha, I thought, looks like I'm gonna die for real. 

"Sunggi get out of here!" I heard Dad screamed in my ears. Namjoon's expression were in shock as he saw the bullet reaching for me. I closed my eyes as I felt a pair of strong hands pushed me and my dad.

Then, everything went normal again.
