The basketball training was done, Mino and Taehyun were out from the showers when Joy announced. “How about going to our house? My mom and dad are in a business trip for the whole weekend, maybe we can have drinks?”

“Park Sooyoung!” Irene scolded “Who told you, that we can do that? We’re all underaged.” She shook her head.

"What? We’re inside a house, what could happen? Just a couple of drinks, it can be a late, late, late, lateee welcoming for the two of us.” Joy wrapped her arms around Irene. “Come on miss grumpy.”

“Fine whatever”

“Assaaa!” She then skipped towards Yeri and held her hands which made Irene’s eyes squint.

“Wait a minute? Since when did the two of you are so close?” Her arms are across her chest while looking at the two, squinting her eyes and judging them hard. If only they knew the passionate kissing they do on their little paradise, not to mention they took it a step further on the ladies’ comfort room the other day, and anyone could tell that it was the happiest day for Joy, but for their label? No one can say, neither the two of them can define the level of relationship they currently have. If pleasuring each other and sticking tongues to various parts of the body define the word ‘best friends’ then they’re the best of friends.

“We’re bestfriends, why?” Yeri said “Got a problem with that?”

“Well it’s just weird. Joy and Wendy are the closest but they never held hands like that. Hmmmm…” Irene now stared at Joy. “To know that you...”

“Shut up okay? I know things too Joohyun, don’t you dare.” Joy smiled cheekily then rolled her eyes.

“Okay, got it.” The weird conversation between the cousins have left everyone confused and bewildered. “Black hair don't you agree.” she twirled her hair now free from pink streaks because the school forbid that type of hair.

“I know right.” Now the two of them are agreeing, the spectators are awed by how the two can change their moods in a snap, it was scary yet remarkable.

“You two are weirdos, let me buy the booze, wait here” Mino presented as he was not in his uniform anymore, they waited and Joy and Irene was still chattering about small things as if to cover up the mini spat they had a while ago. Mino came back with two plastic bags on his hands. Vodka, Seulgi groaned, she then slapped Mino forgetting their current situation and by habit of almost 3 years she still thought he was her boyfriend.

“Why Vodka? You know what Vodka does to me, you stupid bear.” She then came back to her senses and face palmed. Mino chuckled.

“It’s okay Seulgibear, Minobear is here to take care of you.” Still chuckling

“Bad habits, bad habits” her left hand was in her face while her right hand was accepting defeat “It’s hard to remove bad habits, sorry.”

“It’s okay baby” Mino joked to which Seulgi glared, sensing the blood Mino quickly went to Taehyun’s side

“What? Did you do something idiotic again?”

“It was her who did something idiotic.” he pointed at Seulgi who has her arms crossed and eyes rolling at him

“Stop acting like a baby” Taehyun pushed him away. After minutes of bickering and a long ride to the bus still bickering, the gang arrived in Joy’s abode. It was a big house, definitely owned by a rich family. First, it was not an apartment but a house so that tells something; because apparently real estate in South Korea chose to be so expensive so having to afford your own space must mean a lot.

“Waaa, Park Sooyoung is rich!” Yeri exclaimed

“Shut up.” Sooyoung said “We’re not rich, we’re just blessed”

They all went inside leaving their shoes on the doorway. They made themselves comfortable while Joy and Irene prepared for their snacks for drinking. Chips and biscuits were served along with plastic cups
