By the time Jongwoon opened his eyes that hasty morning, he was greeted with the view of an Edo-higanzakura tree that was beginning to bloom as the green leaves began to appear before it has the pink flowers that are legendary as a mark of the start of spring.

He started the day as usual, however to his amazement, Kyuhyun had awakened earlier than him because he couldn’t find Kyuhyun anywhere throughout the bedroom. Kyuhyun was perhaps too worn-out following the long cleaning day or it was probably because Kyuhyun was so stuffed that made him drownsy and went straight to sleep after he finished the chicken steak that Jongwoon barely made, without a single piece of crumb. All Jongwoon’s yells went through deafening ears, but for that one time, with a heavy heart still, Jongwoon let him be.

When Jongwoon left to the kitchen, by surprise Kyuhyun poked Jongwoon’s waist from behind, therefore made him shriek. Jongwoon turned his head and glared. “I could have died! I could die!” And Kyuhyun just laughed, and again presented him his innocent grin. “Good morning.” Jongwoon hugged Kyuhyun and replied back, “Good morning.” He said while pouting.

Kyuhyun let go the warm embrace and made his way to the coffee grinder then ask, “Espresso?” While yawning.  Jongwoon cast a weird squint at Kyuhyun, “You want to make our morning coffee?”

Kyuhyun took a medium size container that contains coffee beans and placed just enough of them into the coffee grinder, and responded Jongwoon’s question, “Yes?”

Jongwoon was always the first one to wake up, so he was always the one who made both of their morning coffees, particularly because Kyuhyun needs a coffee and a long time after he woke up before he could use his brain properly, that’s why it’s astonishing that Kyuhyun was the one who was w
