Foreword
Mark and I have settled quietly back in LA after 2 years of our marriage. He did not ask for the given time to be away from work, but JYP sincerely decided for Got7 to take a break because they've succeeded in so much since their debut. It turned out each member took this as a blessing. BamBam returned to Bangkok, Jackson to Hong Kong, and the Korean members returned to their hometowns. It was time for each of them to do their own traveling and discovering. As for Mark, he was more than thankful for the escape from the spotlight even though he loved his job dearly. We both now have the time to enjoy ourselves and discover each other more beyond what we have already found. Marriage is a constant chase and we both knew that well. It was a process of growth.
We were perfectly fine, but with every marriage comes a battle and the battle had come right when Mark was to return back to South Korea.
