Yoochun’s Pov

I made Changmin rush both of us to the hospital, I was too nervous to drive:

Changmin: “So what did they tell you?”

Yoochun:” Not much, she just told me he was in a car accident with a couple of his friends”.

Changmin: “How bad was it?”

Yoochun:”I don’t know, Changmin just drive faster”.

He stayed quiet which made me less stressed, once we reach the hospital, I race towards the hospital. I ran right towards my mother who seems to be strangely calm:

Yoochun: “Mother, how’s Yoohwan?”

Mrs. Park: “He’s fine, just getting a cast on his leg and getting a couple of small wounds cleaned”.

Yoochun: “That’s all? I thought the accident had been worse”

Mrs. Park: “So did I, I saw the car and thought the worse since it was completely destroyed but nothing serious happen to any of them”.

Yoochun: “That’s good to hear, So Young is not here yet?”

Mrs. Park: “Not yet, I thought she loved her brother more than this”.

I was about to comment on her statement when the nurse called her in. I stood thanking heaven for protecting my younger brother from this.

Changmin: “How’s your brother?”

Yoochun: “He’s fine, he just needs a cast”.

Changmin: “That’s it, we were almost killing ourselves to get to him and he just needs a cast, next time call first”.

Yoochun: chuckling “Hopefully, there won’t be a next time”.

Changmin: “Hopefully, nothing bad will happen to any of us”.

I looked away from him when I saw So Young getting off an ambulance as they took out a woman:

Yoochun: “So Young?”

Changmin: “So Young? She’s not here yet?”

I started to move a little closer when I saw them rushing a woman inside the hospital, leaving So Young behind with Min Young. Who was the woman? What were they doing here? Then I heard Changmin:

Changmin: “Yeon Hee?”

Changmin’s Pov

My eyes had to be playing games with me, I saw Yoochun moving towards the window and when I turned around I saw what looked like a bloody Yeon Hee. I reached for my phone, she need to be at home, resting, I dialed when I heard similar ringtone, and I turn to find it in So Young’s bloody hands:

So Young: “Changmin, I’m so sorry”.

I let my phone fall as I rush towards her; I grab her shoulders with such force, she gasp.

Changmin: “You’re sorry!?!?! Sorry!?! Sorry for what!”

So Young: “Yeon Hee is like that because of me”.

I could barely hear her though the tears however when she said Yeon Hee was like that because of her, my heart drop, I let go of her and walk towards where they took my daughter’s mother. I took a deep breath and walked in:

Changmin: “They just…They brought a young lady… whose… she’s pregnant, where is she?”

 The nurse started to look for information when the doctor came out for someone who may know her.

Doctor: “Are you a family member of the young pregnant lady?”

Changmin: “Yea…Yes I’m the father of the child”

It seems like forever until the doctor finally spoke again:

Doctor: “I have good and bad news for you”

Changmin: a lump stuck in my throat “What is it?”

Doctor: “The bad news is that your wife suffered broken ribs which punctured her lungs and cause her to lose blood and she lost her battle and died.”

My wife? Then it hit me, Yeon Hee was dead, the doctor had just told me Yeon Hee had died.

Doctor: “However, before she died, she begged us to save the child and give it to the father”.

I was in shock, I clearly knew Yeon Hee didn’t want the baby but maybe she had finally warmed up to the idea enough to give her life for our baby girl. Thank you Yeon Hee, I will take good care of her, I promise.

Min Young’s Pov

So Young had finally stop crying after the nurse brought her a pill to clam her nervous, I started to pace around her room when Yoochun came in:

Yoochun: “How is she?”

I don’t know what came over me, I ran right into his arms, I could tell he was a little shock by it however; it wasn’t long before he was hugging me back:

Min Young: “I thought it had been you in the accident, I thought you were hurt, I couldn’t leave with you being hurt”.

 Yoochun: “You were going to leave me hurt”.

I let go of him a little, only enough to look at him in the eyes, I could see the hurt and the love in them.

Min Young: “What do you mean?”

Yoochun: “Min Young, when you told me you were leaving, it felt like something sharp had stabbed me in the heart and was letting me bleed out slowly”.

Min Young: “But you didn’t say anything you just let me leave”.

Yoochun: “I let you leave because my pride was hurt, I allow myself to fall in love with someone who going to leave me, I felt stupid and hurt but I didn’t want you to see me like that, so I made the mistake of letting you leave”.

It took me a while to process what he was telling me:

Min Young: “So do you still love me?”

He pulled me in close where his lips were right next to my ear as if he wanted me to hear him clearly:

Yoochun: “Min Young, I never stop loving you, I couldn’t picture my life without you, so Park Min Young will you make me the happiest man on the face of planet and marry me?”

I was speechless, Yoochun, a person who I never thought would look at me, the man I slowly fell in love with is asking me to marry him:

Min Young: “Yes, Yoochun I will marry you”.

So Young’s Pov

I slowly woke up from the deep slumber I was in; I woke up in a hospital room, I started to look around when my eyes fell upon the sleeping figure of my keeper:

So Young: “Changmin? Changmin wake up”.

He started to open his eyes when he saw me; he stood up quickly which made me laugh:

So Young: “Changmin, what are you doing here?”

Changmin: “I came to see how you were but I guess I so tried I fell asleep but I’ll leave you to rest”.

He started to walk towards the door, I wanted to ask about his daughter and even Yeon Hee then he stop and turn my way:

Changmin: “My little girl is doing fine and her mother is resting in peace”.

I looked at Changmin and try to make sense of what he had just told me about Yeon Hee, I started to feel a little dizzy which made Changmin rush to my side:

Changmin: “Are you okay?”

So Young: “I’m fine…so…so I killed Yeon Hee”.

Changmin: “No, So Young you didn’t kill anyone, Min Young told the police what happen and they checked the security cameras, you hadn’t anything to do with her falling”

So Young: “Really? We were raising our voices to one another and then she pushed me and I… I almost slipped but I held on to her and she was okay and then she on the floor”.

Changmin: sighs “She…Yeon Hee wanted to hurt herself to get my attention”

I quickly understood what Changmin was trying to say, I couldn’t believe she would hurt herself let alone hurt her daughter just to get Changmin’s love and attention. However, I had to no right to judge her, she was now in a better place, I was so caught up in my thoughts I didn’t notice Changmin slip something on finger:

So Young: “What’s this?”

Changmin: “That’s a promise”

So Young: “A promise to whom?”

Changmin: “A promise to you, to my daughter and to myself”.

So Young: “What are you promising?”

Changmin: “Eternal love”.

I smiled at him, I wanted to tell him to stop playing with me and my feelings but before I could say anything he kissed me, he kissed me like I had kissed him about ten years ago, it was a sweet loving kiss:

Changmin: “I will love you until the I die and beyond So Young, once everything is settle, Yoochun and Min Young get marry and I can take my daughter home”.

He paused and knee down, took my hands in his:

Changmin: “Will you marry me and become like a mother to my little girl?”

Not the fairy tale proposal I always wanted but it was from my prince charming beat that Cinderella:

So Young: I would love too, Changmin”

He kissed me again.

Changmin: “This is perfect; I have my little princess and now my queen”.

So Young: “And I have the keeper to my heart”.

The End.

This is the end of my 1st full story, I feel happy yet a tear in rolling down my cheek :) but it took almost a year to finish it but here it is.
