~Your POV~

I got off the plane happily.

Finally the flight was over.

I was sooooo bored.

I gave the officer my passport who "checked" it thoroughly.

He winked at me and whispered, "How'd it go?"

"Awesome," I answered with a smile.

He patted me on the back and I left to the Departments.

Aish. The moment I was dreading is approaching.

The taxi seemed to drive really fast.

I gulped as I stepped out of it.

I heard swift footsteps coming towards me.

Was it Jaejoong?

I wanted to run away.

"Omo! You're back!" a voice squealed.

I let out a sigh of relief.

It was just Mee yon.

I smiled at her warmly.

"I haven't talked to you in forever!" I told her.

"Yeah. I know. I was on a mission. I came back yesterday and they said you went after the criminals," she replied.

I nodded, "I spent most of the time shopping though," I giggled.

She gazed at me with jealousy.

"Omo. Mee yon must be soooooo envious," I sang.

She pursed her lips.

"Just kidding," I laughed and held out a small bag with a gift in it.

"For me?!" she exclaimed.

"Of course," as if it wasn't obvious.

We made our way tothe Top Department.

Yeah, I work there now.

Jessica, Taeyeon, Tiffany, Yoona, Yuri, and Seohyun joined us and bombarded me with questions.

"Where were you?" Yoona asked.

"Omo. I didn't see you for so long!" Jessica exclaimed

"Why were you gone for so long?" a confused Taeyeon asked.

"Did the mission go well?" Yuri wondered.

"What mission?" Taeyeon said, still confused.

They all looked at her, exasperated.

Mee yon giggled.

"She was on a mission to get the footage from the criminals," she exclaimed.

Taeyeon finally understood and let out a small "oh~"

Then, we spotted Eunhee with Changmin.

I smiled slightly to myself.

Changmin liked her for a l o n g time.

But I still think he can do better than that... thing.

The sight of Eun hee reminded me that I needed to go see her mom, a.k.a. my boss.

I excused myself from the group and scurried off to the office.

"_________?" the boss looked up from her paperwork, "did it go well?"

"Yes. The old footage was destroyed, but I retreived a new, better one," I told her.

She nodded aprovingly, "Good. Go find as much evidence as you can with that."

She then waved her hand to dismiss me.

I strode out of the room confidently.

That confidence quickly faded at the sight of Jaejoong.

We froze there for a second, until he whisked past me and slipped into the boss's office.

I blinked.

My heart felt like it shattered into a million peices.

That silence he gave me hurt so much.

I sighed, remembering the fact that he cheated.

I held my chin high and tried to look happy.

 

~Eun hee's POV~

I looked over at __________.

For once, I felt kinda bad for her.

Though she was my rival, I understand that stab in your heart when you find out someone cheated on you.

I closed my eyes.

What have I become?

What right do I have to ruin her?

But I remembered that she was the one that killed my sister.

She was the one that ruined me.

She was the one who took my Jaejoong.

And she was the one that can actually backstab me.

I winced at that thought.

 

~Your POV~

My phone buzzed. Annoyed, I pulled it out.

Omo. It was Mee yon.

Unni, help! The criminal I'm trailing is heading for the Departments.

Got it.

The criminal Meeyon was trailing was a former spy. I remembered him with bitterness. He was one of the people that turned against us and helped kill my father.

I ran to the elevator .

I rushed to the twelth floor.

"Shut down all systems," I told them, slightly out of breath.

"HE is coming," I explained.

Their eyes widened.

"CODE 2342! SHUT DOWN ALL SYSTEMS!" they ordered on the loud speakers.

"What's going on?" Jaejoong panted as he fell into step beside me, as if forgetting what he had done.

"It's him. He's coming," I replied grimly.

I wasn't sure if the grimness came from him or from Jaejoong.

His mouth formed an O. "I thought he would be gone by now."

I shook my head.

"SHUT DOWN ALL SYSTEMS!" the speakers went off again.

I could hear the clangs on the lower levels as they rushed to obey.

The elevator stopped and all the lights flicked off.

"EVERYBODY STAY QUIET," the speakers blared once again.

I loved it when they said that.

Stay quiet, yet they were making a whole bunch of noise by telling us to do so.

Jaejoong chuckled, he seemed to thinking the same thing.

I wanted to slap him, but at a time like this, I wouldn't want to waste time doing that.

"What happened?" Changmin whispered when he finally found us.

He studied my face.

"It's him." he choked.

I stared back at him and nodded.

I took out my phone and texted Mee yon.

We shut down all the systems. Where is he right now?

He's in the bank.

Oh no.

I think he's going to hack.

My heart sank.

He was probably one of the best hackers in the world.

I got up and entered the office.

"________," Eunhee's omma greeted.

"He's going to hack," I told her.

I could feel her heart sink, just like how mine did.

She took the speakers. Then put them down again.

"Look _________. These Departments mean a lot to me," she said.

I nodded.

"If you can stop him from hacking, I will give you a raise," she continued.

Omo. That is totally impossible.

"W-Why me? There's the top spies," I protested.

"You're his daughter. I trust you," her eyes burned into mine.

I let out a small sigh of dismay.

Oh well. Here goes my life.

I made my way to Jaejoong.

"We have to stop him," I told them.

"Are you kidding me? We're going to die!" he hissed.

My shoulders drooped.

"So be it. If you aren't with me, I'll go by myself," I concluded briskly, half-hoping they wouldn't follow.

"Ani, I'll go," he disagreed.

He stood up, and so did Changmin.

"Let's do this," Changmin said in his geek accent.

Aish. At a time like this, he was still joking around.

We ran down the stairs to the bank.

I cautiously took a step into one of the rooms.

I looked back and only Jaejoong was there.

Where did Changmin go?

"I don't know," Jaejoong whispered, reading my mind.

...Or he could just be reading my face.

I turned my attention back to finding him.

 

~Changmin's POV~

I followed _________ down to the bank.

I heard a faint clicking of expensive heels in the distance.

Then a thought hit me.

Eun hee.

Sorry _________. I hope you'll understand.

I slunked into the fire escape.

"Eunhee?" I called softly.

"Changmin!" she gasped, "I was so scared!"

"Shhh. They might hear us," I reminded her.

She silenced herself and looked up at me with her huge, watery eyes.

"Let's go someplace else," I suggested and she nodded.

The building seemed to be evacuated.

But of course, I wouldn't be stupid enough to actually think that.

And neither would him.

At least he wouldn't know our exact location.

I checked our route to the exit.

After making sure there truly wasn't anyone in sight, I grabbed Eun hee and we slipped out into the streets.

It suddenly became noisy.

My ears had to adjust to it and I could tell Eun hee had to as well.

She looked up at me with a small smile.

"Let's go," she said lightly.

 

~Jaejoong's POV~

Where did Changmin go?

Frustrated, I stalked into the many rooms and corridors, looking for him.

There was rustling in the next room.

I cautiously walked towards it.

The rustling became footsteps.

Small, quiet footsteps.

I waited for a chance to strike.

It was getting closer.

And closer.

And-

I knocked whatever it was into the wall.

"Jae..joong..L..Let...go," _________ choked.

I realized what I have done.

"I'm sorry," I gasped and I examined her neck, which had a red mark on it from my strangling.

"I-It's fine," she told me.

Clearly, she was not.

"Kekeke~ Choking your own teammate? How skillful," a voice remarked with a hint of a sneer.

I whipped around.

And I wasn't surprised when I saw that it was him.

"It's been awhile," he masked a smile.

__________ stiffened.

"Yes," she answered, "it has."

"Your father was a great man," he laughed after his sarcastic words.

I could feel ________'s anger.

"I'm glad you think so," she replied cheerfully, obvious fake cheerfulness.

He beamed and tension rose.

"You know what I'm here for?" he asked, as if we didn't.

I rolled my eyes and nodded.

"Care to stop me?" he chuckled.

"He's taking the teasing a bit too far," I murmured under my breath.

__________ muttered in agreement.

"I asked you a question," he boomed, his gaze burned into me.

I leveled my gaze to his.

"Then get this," I responded, "we are going to kick your ."

 

~Eun hee's POV~

I looked at Changmin as he shook his head.

"We're lost, aren't we?" I asked and alrady knew the answer.

He nodded reluctantly.

"I told you the forest wasn't the best idea," I humphed.

He sighed, "It's better to be in the Departments right now."

I had to agree to that.

"I feel sorry for _______ and Jaejoong," he said, his eyebrows knit together.

"Me too," I told him and gently smoothed out his frown with my (very beautiful) fingers.

Actually, I only feel bad for my Jaejoong.

________ can die for all I care.

He smiled at me.

"Come on," he urged, "let's try to find our way out."

"Yes sir!" I responded and he laughed.

My inner self cried silently.

This was how things used to be.

Happy, cheerful, and carefree.

This was the me I was before.

The one that liked to see everyone happy.

But guess who ruined all that for me?

I cringed at even the thought of that name.

Stupid _______.

One day, you'll pay.

Big time.
