Life is not an art, but Kai is an artist and Kyungsoo is in the background of it all.

Do Kyungsoo was in his usual seat in his usual cafe, waiting for his usual coffee-which meant it was different. He liked his life predictable but not boring, and so he changed up his coffee but kept everything else the same.

Xiumin came over with today's beverage. “Here you go,” he said. “Eggnog latte.”

“Thanks.” They weren't friends, but they were friendly with a this-is-my-job-give-me-coffee relationship, with a plus of being tumblr mutuals. (He didn't seem the type, but yes, Kyungsoo had a tumblr.)

He sipped his latte and realized that there was someone new in the midst of all the usualness.
