She was on the verge of tearing up. She hated herself for being weak. She despised herself that she needed people to always protect her. She felt sad that people have to stand up for her out of pity. She hated the most was, she could not defend herself because she could not talk! Her tears flowed down when her familiar granny appeared. “Oh my! Oh my! What happened?! Don't cry, don't cry!” She comforted the trembling girl while wiping away her tears and attempted to calm her down. The florist shop assistant had accompanied her to where her granny had waited and told the old lady about the early incident. Granny looked at her precious little grand-daughter and hugged her tight. After a full half an hour, her tears dried up and she gestured to her granny that she's all right before the old gardener drove off the van. She skipped her lunch and ate very little during dinner. No matter how her the old gardener cooed her to have more, she don't feel like eating. She tried to make a small smile to her granny who was very worried. She signalled that she's fine but her red bulging eyes gave her away. The old gardener knew that there was no point forcing the girl and decided to leave her alone for the time being. “Do finish this glass of warm milk and rest early.” After the old lady exited from her room, the girl took a book from the drawer and began writing. Images of his face kept flashing in her mind.

Woohyun regretted his actions this morning. He was so insensitive to turn away when she looked at him with her sad eyes. He peeped with the corners of his eyes when she bowed to him as a token of appreciation for helping her before walking off with the shop assistant down the streets. There was no smile on her. Her eyes did not sparkle to him. “I had hurt her feelings...” Woohyun pulled up a pillow to cover his face and gave a shout of frustration.

The white shirt figure knocked on the door but there was no response. The figure stepped into the room and found the girl fallen asleep on the bed. The lean figure pulled up the blanket to keep the girl covered and fingers ran through the girl's hair. The girl stirred and turned to the other side, still in her sleep. Something dropped from the bed and the figure managed to catch hold of it. It was a journal for the girl to pen down her thoughts every now and then. The figure knew it was tough that she could not speak and had to pour out her sorrows in this book. It had been a long while that the girl had log in entry in this book. There must be something that happened today that triggered her to write again. The figure decided to keep the book in the drawer where the girl always keep. But something in the lines of the entries that the girl written had caught the figure's attention.

Sungyeol and Myungsoo were happily playing games at Woohyun's place. Dongwoo and Sungjong were snacking away while chatting with Woohyun. Sungjong spotted his hyung's cheery laugh did not show up since they arrived with packed dinner to Woohyun's place. “Hyung...is something bothering you?” “Hey! What is wrong with you lately? Emo all the time!” Dongwoo flicked a rolled up pamphlet on his arm. “Ouch! What is that for?!” Woohyun shot him a glare and massage the hit area. Sungjong stretched his body forward and fluttered his eyes at Woohyun. “Destiny???!!” It got the two game players' attention as they gazed towards the trio's direction and they decided to ditch their game. Sungyeol threw the controller on the sofa and jumped towards them. “Woohyunnie! What is it about Destiny??!” Woohyun didn't know how to start. “I...I...” He stammered. “Oh please hyung! Tell us about Destiny!” Sungjong rolled his eyes. “Yes hyung, it’s been weeks and we still have no idea what is this destiny about!” Myungsoo crossed his arms and sat on the chair at their dining table. Woohyun tried to find the appropriate words to start. He breathed in deeply and started relating to them about his heart pumping moments and bad encounters with her. “.......I want to get to know her well, be friends....be together....” Woohyun began blabbering. His 4 buddies were trying hard to process what this smiling idiot told them. “But...I realised she... she cannot talk... a handicapped...” Woohyun's voice trailed off. The guys listened and stayed silent. A few seconds later, Dongwoo used the same rolled-up pamphlet to smack Woohyun. And this time at his head. “Yah! Woohyun ah! What the hell is wrong with you? You mean you cannot be friends with her because she can't talk?!” Woohyun felt guilty and glanced down as Dongwoo had addressed his issue. “Hyung...if you think she is the one, don't let anything stop you!” Sungjong encouraged. “Woohyunnie...! True love can withstand any obstacles!” Sungyeol wrapped his arm across the shoulder of his close buddy. Woohyun kept quiet. After few moments, Myungsoo asked in a low voice, “So hyung, is she still the one for you? Your Destiny?” The bunch of guys glued their eyes at him silently. That's when her smile popped into Woohyun's mind. His heart beat started accelerating and fluttering in his stomach. “Yes! She's my Destiny!! I will not give up!” Woohyun stood up and said the words out firmly. “Yay!” Sungyeol banged on the dining table, beaming with joy. Myungsoo smirked and S
