SUZY POV
After i got to my hotel, i called Mrs. Yang and told her i observed the couple and it seemed as if their bond was un-breakable.
-FLASHBACK- As we walked in the door of their dorm, Yoseob was the first to enter and as Min was about to sit down, I sat down next to Yoseob really close to him. She seemed surprised and i just gave her a sweet smile. "Oh, okay. I guess you would wanna be close to him since you havent seen each other for a long time." She said with a hint of sadness in her voice not getting to sit next to her yeobo. She was about to walk away until Yoseob pulled her hand and sat her down in his lap. "Ani, you can sit even more closer to me ^^ you're my girlfriend after all." Yoseob smiled -END OF FLASHBACK-
She said to wait a couple of days until she figures something out.
I sighed and agreed and then hung up.
I sat on my bed thinking why i was doing this.
I mean, i barely met Min and shes done nothing wrong to me...
Then again.....
Yoseob......
I really like him...........i always knew where to find him.....but......i was just scared.
It was a long time ago......a really long time ago.
We were just 4, but i knew about my feelings for him... My parents and his parents are bestfriends, so that automatically made us bestfriends....
In his eyes, i was just that.
A bestfriend.
But there was this one time.....
-FLASHBACK TO AGE 5- "Suzy! Suzy, look at this rose i found!" Yoseob showed me a red rose "Oppa! Its so pretty! I wish when i grow up, a man i love would give me a dozen!" I said admiring it in his hand I saw his face turn a bit red then he held it out to me "Here...i know im not a manyet.....and i dont know if you...er....love me.....and i know its not a dozen....but here." he said Then i took the rose and hugged him. After i pulled away, i looked at his clearly red face. "S-suzy.....i t-think y-your r-really p-pretty.....A-and n-nice....a-and a great f-friend." he stuttered I giggled "Gomawo Yoseob oppa." i said "I...I...I really-" "SUZY!! YOSEOB!! LETS GO NOW!!!" My umma called us to go home from the park. All that day, i wondered what he was gonna tell me....but i had a feeling i knew what it was. -END OF FLASHBACK-I sighed again and opened my diary i've kept since that day and the rose he gave me was stuck in the pages.
It was old and withered, but it still had beauty to me.
The petals were soft from the pressure of the pages all these years and i wondered if Yoseob still remembered about that day.
I stood up and walked out to go somewhere to think.
YOSEOBS POV
I said goodbye to my baby then she left to go to her house.
When i sat back down on the couch, all eyes were on me.
"Yah, stop-"
"Yoseob, who is Suzy to you?" Junhyung questioned first
"Ne, did you ever date her?" Kikwang questioned next
"Did you ever like her?" Dongwoon questioned after
"Ooo, how about love?" Hyunseung after Dongwoon
"Seobie, please, no more drama..." Doojoon groaned
"Urgh......Suzy is my bestfriend. No, i never dated her. No i never liked her OR loved her." I said
Then i looked at Doojoon.
"Hyung, i dont want drama either." i sighed then i went out to a park to get fresh air and a familiar figure caught my eye.
"Suzy?" i called out
She looked at me and smiled.
"Oppa." she said
I sat down next to her and looked around the park.
"So....what brings you here?" i asked
"Well...just thinkin." She said
"What you thinking about?" i asked
"You remember this?" She held up and old rose.
"Is that the rose i gave you?" I asked
She smiled at me and nodded
"Ne....that day....you were about to say something.....what was it?" she asked
I thought back to that day....
"Oh! I was gonna say i really liked you as my bestfriend and i didnt want to let us not be bestfriends because you were the prettiest, and nicest and bestest friend i knew i can always turn to." I said
She looked down at the rose in her hands she started playing with.
"O-oh...h-hahah." she fake laughed
"What did you think i was gonna say?" I asked
"O-oh n-nothing.....i just t-though silly things.....like....you were gonna say you...really l-liked me." She said
I chuckled at her
"Yoseob....when i told you earlier i loved you, i meant that. I know you love someone else though, and as i said earlier, i wont break that because you're still my bestfriend. I came here, because someone sent me to break you two up. I wont say who the person is. I was going to carry out with the plan, but.... just couldnt. Seeing you so happy, made me happy. I cant give you what you and Min have. Shes a nice girl, Oppa. From now on, I, Bae Suzy, will not love you anymore, Yang Yoseob. I'll be here for you...and Min if things get complicated, arasso? Im you're one and only bestfriend, okay oppa?" Suzy said and smiled
I smiled back and hugged her.
"Thank you so much, Suzy. Min and i have been through enough." I said then pulled away.
"Oppa, i gotta go, see you tomorrow! Im going house shopping, you and Min should come...no, you two are gonna come." She smiled then got up and held up her phone.
"Text you when and where tomorrow, arasso?" She said
"Ne, arasso." I said then waved bye and i watched her leave.
I smiled to mysef.
"Huh, she really is my bestfriend." I said
SUZY POV
When i got back to my hotel, i sat down and realized i finally let him go.
I smiled, knowing i dont love someone who already has someone.
I dont wanna be the who tries to break couples apart in the love story.
A bestfriend.
Im really happy with that.
NO ONES POV
Suzy was right, she isnt the who will try to break them apart.
Someone else is gonna be that ....
MRS. YANGS POV
I recieved a call from Suzy saying she was sorry and she didnt want to do the plan and she was planning on staying in Seoul and just being his bestfriend and finding another guy. I was a bit angry at her, but it went away when i called up another certain someone who will for sure, do what i asked.
I confirmed it with the Choi's and shes meeting me up for coffee tomorrow in Seoul.
I sat down sipping tea, as i thought of another someone to bring in when things get easier for me to break them apart.
Mrs. Choi visited me for a while and we planned on flying to Seoul to meet her.
After we finished our plan, we sat back and smirked.
"Perfect."
