“Congratulation Minho.”

“Thanks Kibum.”

I hug him tight. Tighter than always.

“Sorry that I can’t stay.”

He said after we broke our brotherly hug.

“I understand. You should follow your family.”

“But I will always contact you. Don’t forget me arasseo.”

“I won’t.”

How can I forget him? The one who always gives me courage; always be there for me like a shadow. I am such an ungrateful person if I ever forget him.

“Stay safe Minho. I wish you success one day.”

“You too Kibum.”

“I can’t be the great Choi Minho though.”

He smiled warmly. I hug him again. It’s hard to apart from him when he is the only friend I had all this years.

“You shouldn’t come to the airport.”

“I will be there. I have to see momma and dad.”

I saw Kibum nods slightly.

“Will you continue your study in Korea?”

“I got the scholarship right. I will study in UK.”

Kibum nods.

“Sulli?”

“I’ll find her one day. If she is the one for me, she will always be.”

Kibum pats my arm.

“Good luck buddy.”

“You too. I’ll see you in airport.”

He nods and smiles.

I turned around and went into my house when he droves his car away.

“Minho oppa.”

“Are you here to send Krystal off too?”

“Deh.”

Sulli answers brightly.

“Why are you standing here then?”

She was hesitates.

“I know how you feel, but we should let them go.”

Sulli nods.

“Come, let’s go together.”

Minho held out his hand for Sulli to take. She was hesitant at first but when she saw the smile on Minho’s face, she took his hand gladly.

“At least I can feel him.”

She whispers to herself while they walk together into the crowded Incheon Airport.

“I’m leaving for UK in a month.”

“Really? Congratulation oppa.”

“Thanks. It’s your appa who grant me the scholarship.”

Sulli smiles.

“But you too worked hard for it.”

Minho nods.

“That’s the only thing I can do to be a better person."

“You are a kind hearted person oppa. I know you will always be successful.”

“Thanks Sulli.”

Sulli grins.

“What will your major be?”

“Architectural.”

Sulli smiles.

“You love bulding?”

“Yes, I want to build my own house.”

“That’s great oppa. I wish you luck.”

Minho smiles.

“How about you?”

“I love literature. I suppose I will be a writer.”

“How about the school?”

“I’ll take it over when appa can’t do it anymore. Since I’m the only child.”

She smiles and throws her sight outside her window.

“Can I know about your omma?”

Sulli smiles.

“I don’t have the chance to meet her. She went to heaven after she gave birth to me.”

“I’m sorry.”

Minho said in a low voice.

“Why did I ask her that thing?”

He scolded himself in his mind.

“Appa said I’m the exact replica of omma. That’s make me happy.”

Minho nods few times.

“I heard about your parents from Krystal. I’m sorry.”

“Kenchana. I had moved on.”

Sulli smiles.

“Thanks for being here for me when Kibum left.”

Sulli chuckles.

“My best friend left me too so we are even.”

Minho laughs.

“I’m going home now Sulli. I’ll be late for my part time.”

“Deh oppa. I’ll stay a bit.”

“Okay. Take care.”

He pats Sulli’s hair and took his bag. He was surprise at his action, but he can’t help to pat her hair lovingly. She is too hard to resist.

“Careful oppa.”

Sulli said while lowering her face, hiding her pink tinted cheek.

She smiles and bites her lip when he gone from her sight.

She loves his gesture. He acts like a kind big brother.

Sulli’s heart began to sadden at her thought.

“Did he just take me like a sister as Key oppa did?”

7 years later

“Good morning Mr. Lee.”

“Morning my favorite author.”

Jinki shows his brightest smile to Sulli.

“How was your trip to Europe?”

“Great Sulli, but I miss you so much.”

Sulli laughs.

“Really? But you don’t even send me an email Mr. Lee.”

“I didn’t?”

Jinki crooked his mouth to the side.

“I guess I don’t right?”

Sulli chuckles.

“Do you even reminded of me there Mr. Lee?”

“Of course Sulli. Let me think. When I was in the flight back here?”

Jinki laughs while Sulli smiles.

“Expected from you.”

“I’m joking honey.”

“I know.”

Sulli giggles.

“I better continue my work.”

“Ah okay, can we grab lunch together?”

Sulli smiles and nods.

“Sure.”

“Thanks Sulli.”

Jinki walks to his personal assistant after he winks at Sulli.

“A cup of coffee for me Zyra.”

“Right away Mr. Lee.”

"That's why I love you darling."

He whistle as he walks inside his room.

“We met again after about a year young man.”

Minho nods and smiles.

“I will never forget your help President.”

Mr. Choi laughs at his remark.

“So, will you do whatever I ask for?”

“Deh?”

“It’s okay. Let’s proceed with your proposal first.”

Mr. Choi had become a business advisor of Choi Minho since the first year he starts working. He helped Minho with many things since then. He gave him fruitful advices on his previous project which was a success.

Minho smiles and shows Mr. Choi his paper work.

“I’m going to buy the lot here and here. I thought about expanding the housing area and building a shopping mall at the end of this lot.”

Mr. Choi nods.

“That’s a good idea. This sure will be a success; plus your idea of expanding the housing area.”

Minho smiles.

Mr. Choi looks at his sketch carefully.

“Hmm its look like you wants to buy this land from me?”

“Deh. You can name the price President; I’m okay with any price you say.”

Being a successful businessman after 3 years of hardship makes Minho bolder when he faces his client. He never shows uncertainess. He is serious in his words and his work. That's the reason he tops in the rank of the most successful Architectural Company.

Mr. Choi chuckles.

“What if I ask something beyond your expectation?”

“Kenchana. Just name it.”

Minho answers calmly.

“I’ll just give you the land for free but you must agree with something.”

“Sure.”

He answers a bit stutter and a nervous smile.

“Marry my daughter.”

Mr. Choi said with determined.

“Deh?”

“You said that you will never forget my help that you can further your study and become a great businessman earlier. I just ask you to marry my daughter.”

Minho didn’t answer.

“His daughter. It means Choi Sulli. My dream girl. But why do I feel burdened? Is it because it is just a business deal? He wants the land, Mr. Choi wants him as his daughter’s husband.”

“So, young man. When will I get your answer?”

Minho looks straight at Mr. Choi’s face.

“How will she accept this?”

Mr. Choi smiles.

“She knows that I will find her husband myself. She can be friend with anyone but marriage should be with someone I chose.”

Minho grips the handle of his seat.

“What if she had someone she loved?”

Mr. Choi shakes his head.

“She did not.”

“Why are you so sure?”

“Because she is my daughter young man.”

“I have to meet her.”

Mr. Choi nods.

“I’ll fix the time.”

Minho nods.

“I’ll take my leave first President. Nice meeting you.”

Minho stares at the colorful lights from his apartment. He sighs a lot today.

“What will happen to us? Will we be like other married couple?”

He sighs and gulps a glass of alcohol.

He put the glass roughly on the table.

His mind flew to what he saw a month ago.

Minho was walking into a fancy restaurant to meet his engineer when he saw Sulli with a pretty handsome guy. He is tall and lean. He dressed elegantly, talks with a bright expression and holds Sulli’s hand once a while. His heart was crushed at the moment.

Why does he saw her with another guy after 7 years? Why doesn’t she stay single like he is?

Minho sighs again. He runs his fingers on his black hair.

“I can’t ruin her happiness but I need the land.”

He took a moment to think about Sulli, his life, his future and his past. He gritted his teeth upon remembering his sad past. That is when he decided.

“Sorry Sulli. But we have to married for my own need.”

He took his empty glass and put it in the sink before he rested his body on his blue bed.
