Minho stares at Sulli and shows his charming smile.

“Nice to meet you.”

He said with a bit of stutter.

Sulli nods and smiles while she took his hand for a hand shake.

“Nice to meet you too oppa.”

“Let’s start the party?”

Mrs. Kim came with a basket of cookies.

“Deh momma.”

The two siblings follow their mother’s lead while Sulli and Minho follows them in awkwardness.

I stand a bit far from her, just to ease my thumping heart. I finally can see her in close but still I am nervous. I shouldn’t feel nervous, I can’t feel like this. She might think that I’m a weirdo.

I grab a glass of water and drink it.

I feel like I’m sweating.

Oh God. Why do I feel like this?

“Minho oppa. Kenchana?”

Her slow and cute voice wake me up from my thought.

“Deh. Kenchana.”

I answer while I smile a bit. She furrowed her eyebrow.

I know she wasn’t going to believe me.

“I’m just not familiar with this kind of party.”

I found a perfect lie. Slowly she starts to smile.

How beautiful her smile is.

“Oh. I thought you have some problem.”

I shake my head and smiles wider.

“I know you.”

She said while she looks at Kibum’s sister who was laughing with her cousins.

“Deh?”

She took a glance at me and nods.

“I know you.”

“How?”

She chuckles.

“I found you and Key oppa playing soccer every evening while I’m studying.”

I began to get confuse.

“From where?”

I ask without a second thought.

“From my secret place.”

She said and let out a small smile.

I smile.

I smile while tracing her face with my eyes.

“I know you too.”

I said after a moment.

She just smiled. She wasn’t surprise like I am seconds ago.

“I know. Because my father is the school president right?”

I nod even though that was not in my plan to answer. She just reminding me about her status and how far our gape is with ‘because my father is the school president’.

I smiled bitterly while she observes our surroundings.

“I’m going to say hi to my friends Minho oppa. Can I leave you alone?”

“Deh deh of course.”

I said with a bitter smile, a smile that shows in what state my heart was in now.

I just watch her walks to her league of friends. She was laughing brightly like she always do.

I was right.

I was always right.

I was right that she wasn’t the one for me to reach.

I was right when I only observed her from afar.

She is Choi Sulli, the princess.

While I’m just a poor orphan who struggles to get a better life.

Sulli tries to hide her thumping heart when she was left alone with Minho. Her heart skips when he smiles, when he talk. His voice was too charming for her to stand still without weakening her knees. Luckily she saw her group of friends when she look around and left him to join them or else she will find it hard to even breathe.

“Did you guys talk?”

Krystal asks Sulli with a wide grin.

Sulli nods and smiles.

“How is it?”

Sulli smiles and look at Minho.

Krystal pulls her from the girls to a silent corner.

“Is he okay?”

“Deh.”

“Did you tell him?”

“About what?”

Sulli said while she wrinkles her forehead.

“Aigoo this girl. About how you feel to him.”

Sulli widen her eyes.

“Krystal, are you mad? I just saw him today, we just talk few lines and you want me to confess?”

“Ani. You should try.”

Krystal said with determined.

“No.”

Sulli sighs.

“I can’t.”

“Do you want me to talk to your appa?”

“No Krystal. I will never go back from his word.”

Krystal sighs.

“You lose a great man.”

“It’s okay. I can just entertain my heart for now. Maybe my future husband can give me full happiness.”

Sulli smiles and glances at her wrist.

“I’m leaving now. Hope you like my present.”

“Deh. Drive carefully.”

Is she leaving? She rushes out without saying bye.

“Minho.”

I turned to Kibum that was smiling.

“Deh?”

“Can’t stop looking at her even now huh?”

I just smiled at his remarks. Yes, its’ true. Even I know I can’t stand beside her, I still can’t take my eyes off her.

“Momma wants to talk to you.”

I nod and follow Kibum outside. His parents were talking to a bunch of people outside.

“Minho yaa.”

Is the warm greeting from Mrs. Kim. She left the group and walks to me.

I smiled. At least I sense that she is a warm lady. Too opposite from my aunt.

“We just talk for a second earlier. Sorry boy, I need to entertain the guest.”

“Kenchana Mrs. Kim.”

“Call me momma dear.”

She pats my cheek as she said that. I’m touched. She just saw me today and she was showing her loving nature.

“Can I?”

“Of course buddy.”

Kibum answers while patting my arm.

“So stay longer sweetie.”

“Deh.”

“How is she?”

Kibum asks when we were in his room.

“She is beautiful.”

“Yah, that’s not what I meant.”

I smiled.

“How is she that you had talked to her? Is she close to your imagination?”

I nod.

“She is a goddess Kibum ah.”

“That wasn’t any different with beautiful.”

Kibum whine. I chuckle.

“She is perfectly suit my imagination, warm and beautiful.”

Kibum nods.

“Do you want to make a move?”

I sigh. Can I even think about it?

“Ani.”

“I understand. Maybe you can try in future.”

I smiled a bit.

“If I can become better than her.”

“You will buddy.”

I smiled again.

“I’m leaving Kibum ah. My aunt wasn’t at home.”

“Deh. I’ll send you.”

“Kenchana, I will go on my own.”

“No, I’ll send you.”

I give up at last and nod. Can I say no to Kim Kibum?

“Okay.”

She was there, at the rooftop. She’s been waiting for 2 hours but no sight of Minho or even Krystal’s oppa.

“Won’t he come today?”

She whispers and sits on the chair.

She cranes her neck once in a while to check if he is walking inside the soccer field but he didn’t.

“Maybe he is busy somewhere.”

She tidy up her things and walks down the stairs. As she was heading to her car, she saw Minho’s figure walking out of the library.

“So, he was there.”

She sighs.

“I should have gone there. How do I forget they will be having a major examination next month?”

She skips to him with a smile.

“Minho oppa.”

Minho stops on his track and turns to his side.

“Oh Sulli.”

Sulli smiles her brightest smile.

“Are you going home?”

“Deh.”

He answers while rubbing his nape.

“You?”

“Me too. How will you go home?”

“I’m walking.”

Sulli widens her droopy eyes.

“Walking?”

He nods and smiles.

“Is it far?”

“Ani, it’s just few blocks away.”

“Uh. I thought it’s far. I’ll be out of breath if I was walking home too.”

Minho chuckles at her cuteness. Her little actions stirred his heart.

“I’ll head home first then oppa. Fighting.”

“Gomawo Sulli. Be careful on the road.”

Sulli smiles and bows to him before she walks to her car.

“I saw him. I can be at peace.”

She said when she had seated in her car. She turned to the smiling Minho and waves at him. She then pressed on the gas pedal and droves off.

"Did she wait for me too today?"

Minho smiles and starts walking out of the school

It will be fast forward in the next chapter…
