It was just one of those days when we liked to fool around.

*ehem* I think you know what I mean. *ehem*

But somehow his kisses felt distant and his touch was lacking. As if he's ready to retreat any moment.

"Stop it." escaped my lips. Although my words were against my body, I didn't want him being half-assed about this.

He continued to nuzzle my neck. So I thought, maybe it's just me, maybe I'm just being paranoid.

I let it go and just tried to relax.

Just when I was about to clear my mind of it, his phone beeped. Without hesitation, he let me go.

He grabbed his phone from the bedside table and began texting.

"yah." I sighed. "Who is it?"

He continued to text.

It's probably something important  I thought. So once again, I let it go.

After constantly moving his fingers on the phone, he stood up and closed his polo.

"Where are you going?" I sat up from the bed.

"Uh... work. They need me to check up on something." he replied, not giving me a single look.

I laid back down and motioned for him to leave.

He bent towards me and gave a swift kiss, I wrapped my arms around his neck, hoping he'd stay.

"They need me there now, I have to go" he whispered.

I let him go and turned my back on him.

"Obviously they're more important. Go." I spoke.

I was hoping he'd come back and explain but all I got in reply was a door closing.

The next day, he took me out for lunch. 

We ate at our favorite restaurant.

The first half of the date went smoothly and was completely just about us.

But the next, was spent with his phone while I blabbed about work.

He wasn't listening to me anymore. He was busy grinning at his phone.

"Jagiya." I called.

"JAGIya." again.

"JAGIYA" I lost my patience.

He looked up at me with that smile of his.

My heart began to beat fast but my patience was long gone. I got my bag and stood up.

"Ji yeon-ah, where are you going?" he asked.

"Somewhere without phone signal." I bitterly retorted.

I left the restaurant and he followed me out.

"I'll drive you home." he said as he caught up with me.

"Drive me home? DRIVE ME HOME?" I faced him my face flushed with annoyance.

"Yah! What's wrong with you?" he was losing his patience too.

I opened my bag, brought out sunglasses and a cap.

"Nothing. NOTHING is wrong with ME." I stated as I put the accessories on. "but there is something with us."

"What? We're going great." he answered, surprise ringing in his tone.

"Yeah you and your phone are." I mumbled.

I turned around, cup my hands around my mouth and shouted "KYAAA IT'S KIM JAEJOONG"

People began to gather around him and I walked away.
