Jieun’s POV
“ Hey, is anything wrong between you and Myungsoo?” One of my classmates asked the question of the day.

“ Oh no! Nothing’s wrong apart from the fact that he hates me and has been ignoring me for the past few days.” Is what I wanted to say but obviously didn’t. Instead I decided to play dumb.

“ Huh? What are you talking about? Nothing’s wrong.” I smiled.

Most of the people would just be confused and would walk away but man, this girl was persistent.

“ But you’re not talking to each other like you used to. Aren’t you both dating?”

“ Well, yes we are dating.” And with that said, I walked away from her, ignoring her previous statement.

News about Myungsoo and I not talking to each other spread like wildfire in school the next day. That girl was, unfortunately, in charge of the school newspaper and surprise, surprise, we made the headlines. What did the headlines say exactly? Well it said, ‘IU and Myungsoo broke up?’ Yes, they used my stage name instead of my real name.

“ Jieun! What’s the meaning of this?” Sojin shoved the school newspaper in front of my face.

I sighed and looked at Girl’s Day, who all had their own copies of the newspaper.

I asked them to follow me and lead them to the back of the school. Making sure no one followed us, I turned to them and told them everything about Jongin oppa and I.

“ So that’s why you haven’t been talking to Myungsoo and Infinite  lately.” Minah nodded slowly.

“ Nevertheless, you have to make up with them!” Yura unnie said.

“ How would that work if they’re ignoring me?”

“ Talk with them during break. Go somewhere private where you can talk.”

“ But where should I go?”

“ The roof maybe?” Hyeri said.

I smiled and thanked them for the advice and we all left as school was starting soon.

I entered the classroom and sat down on my seat. Daehyun said he wasn’t coming so I was feeling quite lonely without him and his laid-back attitude. Just then, Sungjong and Myungsoo walked into the classroom. Without looking back, they both took their seats in front of me.

“ Sungjong? Myungsoo? I need to talk to you and the others so go to the roof during our break time, okay?” I asked and Sungjong looked back at me and nodded.

I was seating opposite the door to the roof, against the railings that surrounded the area of the roof. The door opened and Infinite entered my sight. I stood up and smiled.

“ So, Jieunie why did you call us here for?” Sunggyu oppa asked.

“ To say I’m sorry. I should have told you guys earlier about Jongin oppa and I. I’m sorry.”

They smiled and told me it was alright.

I walked to Myungsoo and stood in front of him.

“ Myungie? Will you forgive me?”

I started to feel uneasy as he wasn’t saying anything. All of the sudden, he wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me. Before I could hug him back, he broke the hug and smiled at me.
