“ You’re Mr.Jung’s son?!” Wow. My life is full of surprises.

“ And you’re Mr.Lee's daughter?!” Daehyun said.

“ You two know each other?” My mom asked.

“ We’re trainees in the same agency.” Daehyun said, still shocked.

“ That’s even better! You could get to know each other!” Mr.Jung said.

“ Sorry to intrude but can we eat first? I’m really hungry.” I said.

While eating our dinner, dad and Mr.Jung were talking about their business, mom and Mrs. Jung were talking about all the latest fashion trends and Daehyun and I weren’t even talking. We literally just sat there and ate quietly.

Since they were all talking, they weren’t even close to finishing their food.

“ Let’s go out.” Daehyun mouthed.

I nodded.

“ Excuse me, sorry to intrude again but Daehyun and I would like to go out to you know, know each other.”

“ What an excellent idea! Have fun!” Mrs. Jung said.

“ So you’re Mr. Jung’s son. The guy who’s totally hopeless in love.”

“ I’m not hopeless! I didn’t want to do this in the first place! M y parents forced me into doing this!”

After a minute of silence, I spoke.

“ So… where do you want to go now?”

“ How about a noraebang?”

“ Ok, let’s go!”

After singing our lungs out for almost 2 hours, we decided to take a rest.

“ I didn’t know singing could be this tiring.” I said while panting.

“ Haven’t you been to a noraebang before?”

“ Yeah but I have never sung so intensely before.”

“ Hey, since we’re here let’s talk about ourselves. I’ll go first. My full name is Jung Daehyun. My birthday is on June 28. My height and weight are 177 cm and 63 kg. I’m born in Busan.”

“ My full name is Lee Jieun. My birthday is on May 16. My height is 162 cm and my weight is 42 kg. I’m born in Seoul.”

“ Instead of being a couple, let’s become best friends!”

“ Why? And I’m not asking that ‘cause I like you.”

“ Something about you tells me your kind of a tomboy……no offense!”

“ None taken.”

After that, we went home. To be honest, I had lot
