❝I wish to have a twin.❞

[Wang Estate; House Party Celebration]

"To our first win and many more wins to come!!" Jackson exclaimed as the crowd went wild, raising their beer bottles and red solo cups. They exchanged stares of acknowledgement and smiles as I did too. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw that Jay was about to take a sip, until I intervened by grabbing the bottle from him, downing it in his position.

"Awww! Hey!!!" Jay whined, reaching for my own bottle of beer. "Can't I have just one bottle, please??”

I shook my finger. "Athletes need to keep themselves in tip top shape. No alcohol for you, young man." I patted his head. "I need you to grow up to be 6 foot something all right?”

"So why can the rest of the team drink then, huh?" He pointed at his teammates who were happily partying. "Look at Luhan hyung! He's drinking too!”

I looked out onto the dance floor and noticed a group of girls dancing around a certain somebody. That certain somebody held his cup of beer on one hand while the other was placed on some girl’s waist, her grinding on him like no other. I don't know whether to be disgusted or well... actually, disgusted. 1) Luhan was being the center of attention amongst the girls. Yes, I knew he was popular with the ladies, but not that popular. 2) That girl was using that T-shirt as a horrible excuse for a dress. Like hello, can somebody please put some pants on this girl??

"You know Luhan is different, Jay," I took a sip of my drink. "He probably doesn't even get drunk at all, considering how... special he is." My eyes were still trained on the T-shirt girl who had now made her move by leaning back against his chest; letting her fingers run through his hair as Luhan tightened his arms around her waist. The grip around the neck of my bottle tightened. Okay, wow, no... Krystal, why are you even looking? What Luhan does with his ladies and his nasty self is entirely up to him. I downed the rest of the beer. If he wants to bring home a little hoe bag for a one night stand, then let him. Though I should make sure I give that hoe bag a little warning regarding their possible noise pollution, not to mention my high impatience level.

"Why don't you stop staring at the girls and just go in there?" Jay pointed at the scene on the dance floor.

"What?”

"Well, you said you wanted my help to hook you up with Luhan Hyung," Jay wiggled his eyebrows. "Now is your chance while your 'boyfriend' is distracted with that beer pong game."

I shook my head, taking a gulp of my bottle, "You just want to get paid soon, don't you??"

Jay shrugged, "I prefer my cash in 20s, Noona." He made hand motions as if he was "making it rain".

I stood up, eyeing Jay, ready for the challenge. It couldn't hurt trying, I guess. I wouldn't dance on him per se, but being close to him with my own group of guys would be good enough to get Luhan jealous. "Stay here. Don't move. Don't drink." I turned the cap he was wearing backwards onto his head, "Got it??”

Jay sighed and nodded. As I left him, I made my way to the dance floor, close to the group of girls dancing around Luhan. All these girls were willing to have a one night stand with him, but I needed to find the right one. The right one that screamed "not innocent, I am kick out worthy in the morning" type of girl. Just as my eyes were searching the crowd, I felt myself being booty pushed, landing myself into the middle of the hoard of girls around Luhan.

And by middle, I mean right in front of Luhan.

I turned around for escape, but was harshly pushed backwards by all the girls wanting to get close to him. God, did these girls not realize that pushing won't do any good?! I tried to calculate how much space I had, before I was dragged into the grinding scene. To my struggle, I was DANGEROUSLY close, as in if I moved my by maybe just a little bit, I’d probably be considered a cheating . Where was Jesy or Annie to help me out in these situations? Or my boyfriend? Or Jay?? Somebody?! Anybody?!

"Looks like somebody found their way to the dance floor," A familiar voice whispered in my ear. "Why don't you dance then?" I rolled my eyes keeping my body still, crossing my arms over my chest.

"I would love to dance." I turned my head, surprised that I was now eye to eye with Luhan. "Just not in this particular area." Don't breathe Krystal... damn it. He smelled so damn intoxicating... Was this some type of genie scent that brainwashed & lured girls into their trap? ‘Cause if it was...

It was damn working.

"Oh come on Krystal..." I felt a pair of hands land on my shoulder, shaking it a bit. "Lighten up a little bit..." I felt a chill run down my spine. "Have a little fun.”

Fun. That’s the kicker.

I turned to face Luhan and the idiot was standing there, giving me the iest stare with those eyes. Were they changing colors? Or was that the effect of the colorful lasers spurting around the room? Nonetheless, my body had found its way to Luhan. Soon enough I was showing off moves that I knew should have been kept for Jackson. Luhan's hands landed on my waist and I was about ready to fall.

Genie boy, what the hell are you doing to me??

I took a sip of beer as I looked out into the starry night sky from the balcony I had found while roaming around the Wang estate. I don't know what was with me tonight, but I didn't exactly feel like celebrating. Though if I was up to it, you could be hella sure that I would be the life of the party.

"BOO!" A sudden gush of wind came from below, accompanied by a familiar face. I didn't even bother looking down, considering I knew who it was.

"Sehun what are you doing here?" I asked, taking another sip of my beer.

"Thought I should check up on you while I still had some free time!" Sehun lifted himself from his magic carpet and onto the balcony. "Still here after all this time, huh?"

"Don't even remind me Sehun" I sighed, shaking my head while massaging one of my temples. "She's really... something." By something I mean she was a pain in the , with a big ego, and an air of a head.

At least she had a caring heart... at times.

"Suho told me that you’re on the school's basketball team." I saw him magically poof a beer bottle similar to mine.

"Suho?" I asked. "How did he--"

"He was at the game. Suho hyung even talked to your master."

"Master? You mean Krystal?" I don't recall her telling me that she had met another genie. Even after the game, she never said anything about meeting him. Maybe they were talking about something important. "What did he tell her?"

Sehun shrugged, "He said nothing much. Just getting to know each other and all. I'll try and find out more from him when he comes back from his duty." He held up one finger, "He has only one more wish from his master then he's out."

"Me too!" I pointed to myself with my thumb. 

Sehun waved me off, "Yeah but you’ve been here for almost 5 months now! You only got the second wish... what? 2? 3 weeks ago?"

"Hey! Krystal is different!" I defended. "What is a rich girl like her supposed to wish for?" Hopefully with what I’ve planned... I would have Jackson and Krystal break up within 2 weeks or less. Then a few days after the break up, Krystal would gain her revenge with a wish. The first step was to see that other men, like myself, were better than what she had now. She just has to fall for me, break up with Jackson, and I'll consider it a job well done.

"Well what were her first 2 wishes?" Sehun asked.

"Her first one was when she was drunk & asked for a magic carpet. The second one was for her Appa's girlfriend...”

"I got it hyung!" Sehun snapped his fingers. "She can wish for you to become human!!" 

I gaped at him. A human?! A lowly human of all creatures?! I couldn't help but laugh out loud at the idea. That would be very hypocritical of me to do, since I’ve always glorified that genies were above the human race, and then this suggestion comes along? I was laughing so hard that my stomach started hurting, my eyes watering.

"Oh Sehun... Sehun... Sehun..." I shook my head, laying an arm around his shoulder. "Your ideas are just... WOW." I emphasized the word "wow" with an exploding hand motion.

"Well, I mean it could happen." Sehun looked a bit bummed that his idea wasn't taken seriously. He turned his whole body to dangle his legs off the railing. "I mean... you probably would if it meant to stay here with Krystal...”

I stopped laughing. What the hell was this kid saying?? Me, give up my genie life to a human?! More over... Krystal, out of all people?! He was clearly already drunk or way out of his mind. I mean, yes, I was attracted her... but in more of a ual way, not because I admired her as a person.

I've been the one breaking her down, if it went the other way around now, I would probably give it a second thought.

"Sehunnie..." I stood up patting his head, "It would be no use to becoming a human for her: 1) In turn of a Genie becoming human, they would lose their powers and any memories made as a genie, which would defeat the purpose if I became human for Krystal. 2) It's Krystal.”

Actually, Krystal alone was a good enough reason.

All of a sudden, a chorus of shouts came from downstairs. If my ears weren't playing with me, I could hear the words "fight" being repeated. Fight? What the--I started towards the door when Sehun appeared in front of me as if he was blocking me from getting out.

"Hyung! Wait! What about--" Sehun began panicking with his words. I turned my head, reading his nervous eyes... I knew that look from any situation; Sehun was sent to me to play as distraction while that one... Casanova was sent to do the dirty work. I should have figured out with all the nonsense this maknae was spurting.

"Yah! Sehun!" I pushed him out of the way, but grabbed his ear the last minute, pulling him towards the door and into the hallway. "What are you and that boy up to now??" I started down the stairs and looked at the ongoing scene on my right. A crowd was gathered around 2 boys getting ready to fight. Krystal was in between, trying to keep the peace. I looked closer at the two boys, realizing that one was Jackson and the other one...

Was me?

"Jackson! Don't! Please!" I pushed myself between the two, creating some kind of a safe zone. My body could only hold the two men so much longer before a punch was going to be thrown.

"KRYSTAL HE WAS LITERALLY ALL OVER YOU!" Jackson shouted, pointing an empty beer bottle at him. "HE SHOULD KNOW THAT YOU BELONG TO ME.”

"Excuse me, sir" Luhan spoke up on my behalf, pushing me gently from behind him as if he was my shield. "Krystal is no one's property except for herself.”

Jackson let out a sarcastic laugh, "She knows what I meant." He bent his body a bit to take a look at me, still behind Luhan. "Isn't that right?”

I growled a bit, giving him a look, neither acknowledging nor denying his words. The fact that he saw me as some kind of an object for him to own, pissed me off, but on the other hand, I couldn't help but feel flattered. He was seeing me as his now, and for that, Jackson had been hanging out with fewer girls behind my back.

"You know, it’s humans like you that really grind my gears" Luhan bent his neck from side to side. "And it’s humans like you that should be taught a lesson or two when it comes to treating a lady right..." He started to crack his knuckles. "And here's your first lesson—“

"WAIT! NO! DO--" I tried prying Luhan's arm back. All of a sudden, I felt a magical force run through my veins as silence fell upon the scene. I looked around, noticing all the frozen people around me. Luhan noticed this as well, looking surprised at the sudden pause of surroundings. If he looked surprised, and I obviously can't even do a simple magic trick with cards... then who…

"YAH! KAI!" We both turned at the voice coming down from the stairs and onto the scene. Luhan was pulling some boy by his ear.

WAIT... LUHAN?!

I looked between the two identical faces and dropped my mouth open. What the hell was happening here?! Why are there 2 Luhans right now?! Like, oh my god... If the real Luhan was the one upstairs, then who was this Luhan who I had been dancing with?!

"Kai! Cut the act! Please! For the sake of my ear!!" The boy under Luhan's struggle exclaimed. Kai? I looked over to the Luhan next to me and--OH MY GOD WHO THE HELL WAS THIS FIGURE?! I jumped back a bit, noticing a model-esque man, who was definitely NOT Luhan, standing in front of me.

"Sehun! Why the hell didn't you stall just a bit longer, damn it?!" This Kai person ran his hand through his hair. "I was this close to knocking this douche bag out of this universe..." He turned to me checking me out. "And take a special someone for myself." He winked at me, biting his lip. My heart went into frenzy.

HEAVEN. THIS MAN WAS HEAVEN.

"What the hell Kai!!" Luhan bellowed, also taking that boy by the ear. He pulled a little harder, his victims letting out pig-like squeals. "What were you doing down here pretending to be me?”

"Hyung! We were just trying to help you out!" The boy with golden skin replied as he winced at the applied pressure on his ear.

"Y-yeah Hyung! If you let us go, we'll tell you everything! Promise!" The other boy pleaded, his ears resembling the color of a tomato by the passing second. Luhan looked between the two of them, shaking his head as he threw both of them onto the ground. I screamed a bit, as if I felt the pain that must have impacted the two strangers. I contemplated whether to intervene and help the injured, or stay out of this in order to keep myself safe.

Well, I CANNOT have another broken nail so...

"One of you get started this instant then," Luhan pointed between the poor boys on the floor. "This better be a good excuse or else.”

The two victims looked at each other, silently arguing who would say the first word. The tanned genie was the first to speak. "Well, you see, we've been watching from your Genie Caller on how much you've been struggling to get wishes from your master." 

"So, we decided to help you by forcing out some kind of a wish from her with the little scenario we created." The other one said. "Since we knew that her boyfriend was known to be a cheater, we thought we could lure her upstairs to catch Jackson in the act.”

It was my turn to get angry now. "Wait a second!!" I stepped in front of them, glaring. "How dare you call my boyfriend a ch-cheater!!”

The tanned-skin genie let out a slight chuckle, "Don't act like you don't know it either Miss Krystal.”

*SLAP*

Audible gasps were heard from the other two as I formed a fist with the hand I had just used to slap the stranger. I don’t usually use violence to show my anger, but everything from playing me as a fool on the dance floor, and revealing truths that only I should know?!

Pretty boy may have the looks, but his mouth would be the end of him.

"Don't act like you know everything about me, because you don't. All of you have no excuse to be prying into what goes into MY life." I looked between all three of them. My angry gaze holding on to Luhan’s avoiding eyes the longest. "Whether you are forced to be in it or not."

Without looking at anyone, I picked up my feet and started to find my way out through the frozen crowd. I could hear my name being called by Luhan, but I didn't look back. I couldn't look back. It wasn't because I was in tears, it was actually the opposite. I had a face that screamed vengeance plastered on. This fall out was just the icing on the cake... If I used this scene well enough, I could have Luhan under MY control. I opened the front door, letting myself out into the cold night air, leaning on the door to take a breather.

Luhan, you'll be begging to be a human by the time I am done with you.

"Kai! What the was that?!" I shouted in anger. Kai's smart- smile disappeared just as fast as Krystal walked out of the door. 

"Kai..." Sehun flicked his forehead, "That was NOT part of the plan." 

"You two are just--" I shook my head in disappointment. Damn it, not only had Krystal found out that I knew about her and Jackson's somewhat already breaking relationship, but Kai told her he knew. If there was one thing I learned about Krystal, it’s that she kept things to herself for a reason. In a sense, she was a very independent woman, thinking she could handle everything by herself.

I admired her for such a trait.

"Look hyung, we're sorry," Kai gave in as he stood from the floor, helping Sehun up with him. "Forgive us for our stupid antics."

"We'll even fix up this mess too." Sehun pointed around the room, the party scene still in pause.

"And how do you expect to do that?" I asked. Sehun and Kai both opened their mouths, then closed them just as quickly. As expected, the maknaes were out of ideas. They were always a spur of the moment kind of duo, never thinking of the future consequences. Of course it was my job at the end to fix all their mistakes.

"You both owe me big time for this." I took out both of my hands, forming a colorful ball.

Big time indeed.
