a/n: school just killed me. I’m so sorry that I didn’t update for more than a week, I had to do 7 reports and a thesis. Medical school is taking its toll on me. T.T comfort me, Kris. *cries*

                You have been avoiding Kris for a week now. You were afraid. Your feelings have grown for him far stronger than the last time. You were afraid that Kris would leave you again. He did confess that he’s still in love but that doesn’t make you believe that easily. You got hurt bad in the past and you weren’t prepared to get hurt by the same person again.

                It was hard avoiding Kris since he was the company’s client. Your boss was making it difficult for you to avoid him because he kept on asking you to do business with Kris. You even wanted to quit just to avoid Kris. But you had to act professionally. You should let your personal life interfere with your work.

                You were walking around Han River. You needed some air. You needed time to think. You even requested two days off from work and luckily your boss was in a good mood so he granted request.

                You were thinking of Kris, you were also taking a walk down memory lane. You suddenly remembered the time when the two of you took a vacation here in Korea.

-flashback-

You and Kris were walking around Han River, it fall that year. The wind was cold and the two of you held hands. Kris notices that you started to shiver. He suddenly opens up his coat and pulls you in so that he could keep you warm on his chest.

“better?” he asks as you snuggled against him

“better” you smile and breathe in his scent

“we should take a vacation here in Korea more. It’s really nice here” he says as he kisses your forehead

“maybe we should, after we graduate” you say

Kris finds a bench and leads you there. The two of you sit down and look at view

“wow. Han River is really beautiful and peaceful at night” you smile as you look up

“yeah, it is.” Kris was staring at you

“Kris, I said Han River and not me” you joked

“but I prefer the view that I’m looking at right now. I’d like to see you every single day of my life” he smiles

You started to blush. Kris pulls you into a hug and kisses your forehead.

“I love you so much”

                You were sitting at the same bench where the two of you once sat on. You smiled. It was fall and only a few people were walking past since it’s already late at night.

                Your heart and mind were battling to make a decision.
