It felt like a dream. Everything was perfect. Kris was waiting for you at the end of the altar with Lay. He was wearing a white tuxedo. Wedding bells were ringing and everyone was looking at you as you walked down the aisle. You wanted to cry. It was finally happening; you were going to be Mrs. Wu. You were happy and nervous at the same time as you were walking

Will I trip? Oh my god, what if I trip?

Am I ugly?

Does my gown make me look fat?

Oh my god, what if I faint?

What if I say my vows wrong?

You were so hooked up on what you were thinking you didn’t realize that your father was already giving you away to Kris. You only snapped out of your thoughts when you left Kris’ hand envelope yours

“don’t worry. It’s gonna be okay” Kris whispers to your ear

The two of you stand in from of the priest. You were feeling so giddy that you wanted to faint, but fortunately Kris was caressing your hand which was helping you calm down

“Dearly beloved, we are gathered together here in the sight of God to join together this Man and this Woman in holy Matrimony…”

Okay. You are so nervous right now because the priest already started.

“Therefore if any man can show any just cause why they may not lawfully be joined together, let him now speak, or else hereafter for ever hold his peace.”

You hear laughing at the corner and see the boys. You and Kris see Chen about to raise his hand but the other guys hold him down as they start laughing.

“The man and woman may then exchange rings and be pronounced man and wife.”

Kris takes the ring and says his vows

So on top of all the other vows that I will make to you on our wedding day, I also vow to always appreciate how lucky I am to have someone who makes me feel the way you do and to continue to try as hard as I can to make you feel as special as you make me feel, forever and ever. I will uphold your dreams and cherish every moment with you. I promise to love you for every single day of our lives shared together” he places the ring on your finger

You take the ring and hold Kris’ hand

“You have been my best friend, mentor, playmate, confidant and my greatest challenge. Kris slowly lifts your veil, you can see unshed tears in his eyes. You can see love, happiness and adoration in his eyes.

He slowly kissed you.

You were finally home. This felt right. After all these years, the two of you still ended up together. This was the start of the forever you have always wanted. Everything fell in the right place.
