After cleaning up your things in your own new apartment your parents bought for you, you decided to give them a call.
“Hello?”
“Mum!” “Honey! How’s the apartment? Is it okay?”
“It’s perfect, mum. Thanks. Anyway I’m going out soon to get familiar with the place. I’ll go visit my new school too.” You beamed to yourself through the phone. “Alright honey. Take care. Don’t forget to bring pepper spray everywhere you go. In case there are guys who try to-“
“Yes mum. I won’t forget. Say hi to dad for me. I’m hanging up. Take care, mum. I love you.”
The call ended. You decided to fly back to Korea after spending most of your life in America. You had to be fair after all. Your dad is American, while your mum is Korean. The both of them are still staying in America, while you flew back to Korea alone.

You were searching for a book store after going to the school you’re going to attend. You scrolled down your phone as you strolled down the street. “It must be somewhere here….Ah! There it is!” you happily clapped to yourself as entered the store.
You thought your apartment was still too plain, so you decided to buy some books to fill up the shelves and read them during free times. “I’ll just buy a few today. I’ll come back some day soon,” you blew your bangs out of the way as you started picking some korean books. *Should I buy some English books too? Maybe I should.*
Happily, you skipped to the English books section.
“Breathless. You read the book’s title out loud. Now how am I supposed to get that freaking book when it’s up there?” You turned to a boy beside you. “Umm e-excuse me?” you tapped on his high shoulder. He turned to you. “What?” his eyebrows furrowed. H
