"Seulyeon? Do you hear me?"

I woke up from my daydream and muttured sorry. I took a sip of strawberry juice and the sweet, tangy taste glided into my throat. I cringed a bit but I love the feeling so much. It felt like it flushed away my problems and worries.

"What again?" 

"Why are you alone? Where's your girlfriends?" he repeated his questions. Then, he shoved a big portion of strawberry angel cake in his mouth and munched silently. I smirked at the sight.

"It's been a long time since I last met them," Kris nodded and continued to munch. From my view, his cheeks looked like a squirrel and I could not help but to giggle in amusement. Kris was confused and raised an eyebrow.

"B-whabb?"

I bit my lip hard and shrugged. Gosh, he never changed.

"You, swallow first. Then talk," I reminded him. 

He swallowed the whole thing in his mouth and gulped his orange juice. Amazing, I thought.

"Why are you laughing just now?"

"No, nothing," I lied, which I failed miserably.

"I know I look like a dork. Whatever. How's life?" 

"Life? Well, can it get any better? I'm fine, of course. How about you?" Again, I lied but this time, I didn't fail.

"Okay, I guess. Nothing's change so much. Except that I own the ice-cream cart," he answered smoothly and took another bite. 

"What a surprise. The captain of basketball is now selling ice-cream," I mocked him. He raised an eyebrow and smiled mischieviously.

"At least, I'm doing something I like. Well, look at you. A beauty from the top to the bottom. I almost didn't recognised you just now," he praised. Well,it sounded more like a mock.

"What? Are you captivated by my beauty, Sir?" I propped my elbow on the table and pulled strands of hair behind my ear. Kris could only laughed and it just shined my day.

"So this is your house? Nice apartment," I said as I placed my hand on the doorknob. Kris smiled sheepishly and fished his pocket and took out the golden key. He swiftly open the door the moment he pushed the key inside the hole and both of us went inside. The smell of guy's perfume flowed inside my nose and my eyebrows creased. I did not like guy's perfume that much. It made me dizzy.

"You can sit on the sofa. Make yourself at home, I'm going to change for a while,"Then, he went inside a room. His room, I thought. 

My eyes wandered around the living room and everything amused me. He still collected small action figures and arranged them on the shelves. The wall was painted with dull grey and the whole furniture were in black and white colour. Simple and boring. I caught a sight of the balcony at the kitchen area and slid open the sliding door.
