Reality is reality. Every night, sitting in the dark was like a routine to me. At night, I would open the sliding door and let the cold air flowed into my room. I liked the cool and clean air. It felt like I was breathing different air from here. Tonight was different. The moon glistened and the stars twinkled in the dark blue sky. Magnificient as always.

Sometimes, I thought it would be the best if I asked for divorce but when I thought about it again, I felt I should not do it. What if the immature Hyosung was irritating and Xiumin got mad and they fought and they decided to separate and what would happen to Xiumin? I could not let that happen. I must stay. I must be here for Xiumin. He was the man I love.

Hyosung's mother came for dinner to visit her daughter. Since it was like a family reunion, of course I was left out in the kitchen. Hyosung cooked that day and they had a blast time together. Xiumin was joking the whole time and the mother-daughter were laughing their hearts out. Thank goodness the baby did not cry a single tear. She was cooperating well, I thought.

Just as I was washing the dishes, I heard the baby's cry. Automatically, my legs brought me to upstairs, towards the baby's room. Immediately, she calmed down and soon, fell asleep.

"I see that you are so into the baby. Can I know why?" I did not notice her she was here. Hyosung's mother folded her arms and sat on the sofa. I put the baby down on her craddle and straightened my dress.

"Nothing. I just think that it would be nice if I help Hyosung takes care of the baby," 

Hyosung's mother nodded and her eyes were still on the baby's craddle. I was nervous and fiddled my fingers. Suddenly, she stood up and walked towards the door. Be fore she stepped out of the room, she turned around and said something I could never imagine in my whole life.

"Doesn't mean by using the baby you can get Xiumin back. Just so you know, you lose. Forever," And I dropped on my knees.

It was summer. Every summer, Xiumin would bring Hyosung and I to his summer house in Jeju Island but it was the first time for the baby. Hyosung looked so happy and carried the baby around the beach to show her the beauty of the nature. Xiumin followed by her side and took turns to carry the baby. The sunset was amazing. I was lucky that the balcony in my room was facing the blue sea and I could always enjoy the picturesque scenery. While the family was having fun at the beach, i decided to let them have a moment and cleaned the summer house.
