There are two types of milk diets!!

The first one is MILK DIET

and

 The second one is the Skim milk Diet

The MILK DIET is a like a one food diet you only consume milk for all your three meals and snacks.

For This diet you should be doing this if you are living a lifestyle where you don't require that much energy because if you do you will turn really cranky and take it out on everyone around you!! That isn't really pleasant...

If you are lactose intolerent  I probably suggest you don't do it or have at least 1 or two fruits a day

Actually I know this diet is when you only drink milk but seriously you will die I have not tried it but I can tell it will be hell so don't go on this diet long term many like for 5-6 days everyweek and them eat like a normal human for just 1 or 2 days every week

So Option 1 

Do the Milk diet on Weekdays and rest on Weekends

Option 2

Do the Milk diet on strictly on the Weekends and eat moderately Weekdays

Option 3

You make up your own!!!! :D

The Skim milk Diet

The Skim milk diet is when you replace all your snacks with a cup of skim milk and eat very low calorie meals. The only meal that is allowed to be fatty is breakfast but I don't really want to imagine people eating french fries for breakfast...I don't know your choice and no eating after 5pm

Substitutes for Full Cream Milk

- Soy Milk

- Almond Milk

- Evaporated Milk

- Rice Milk

- Oat Milk

- Potato Milk (?)

FOR BOTH DIETS YOU MUST DRINK UP TO AT LEAST 2 LITRES OF WATER EVERYDAY!!!!!!! Yes I know their will be a lot of toilet visits but there is something called water weight which is when your body holds onto whatever you just ate to get hydrated because you did not drink enough water.

THE TIP OF THE WEEK!!!!!

Don't use the scales because if you gain a pound or a kilo you will feel a bit discouraged so if you really want to know how mush you have lost without the emotional roller coasters get rid of the scales and use your tightest clothes!!!!! If your shredding the kilos the clothing will get more loose if you are feeling like you can't breathe then don't eat the cheeky midnight snack!!!!

Oh sorry I haven't updated in while..but when I did this I lost about roughly around 2kg.

Chapter 9: can you give me some advice? fruits are expensive in my country so not a daily thing to have spent my rations on. i take karate classes 5 days a week so definitely my intake has increased...so i gained 2 kilos. i work out well but cant reduce my intake. can you give me any other options other than FRUITS!!! THEY ARE EXPENSIVE HERE! so go with you know...how much of food i should eat like rice?
