SNSD Diet Plan 1 (1300-1500 Kcal)

HELLO!!! LONG TIME NO SEE!!!

Anyway I just finished all my tests!!!

So apparently SNSD has 2 diets!!

Okay This week I will talk about the 1300-1500 Kcal diet.

 

Breakfast: Rice (205 calories), Grilled Chicken (120 calories), 5 Broccoli (9 calories), Seasonal Vegetables (25 calories)

Lunch: Rice (205 calories), Grilled Chicken (120 calories), Cabbage (22 calories), Paprika(Capsicum) Salad (Dressing: 77 calories), Almonds

Dinner: Sweet Potatoes (180 calories), Eggs (80 calories in one egg), Cabbage (22 calories), Paprika Salad (Dressing: 77 calories)

Total calories ~ 1300 – 1500 calories

(Translation)

Seasonal vegetable side dishes 50g

Brown Rice 150g

5 pieces Broccoli

Chicken 100g

Here are some low calorie korean seasonal side dishes

Korean Fried Zucchini (Hobak Jun) Recipe

Korean Braised Tofu Recipe

Seasoned Eggplant Side Dish (Gaji Namul) Recipe

Korean Seasoned Radish Strips (Moo Saeng Chae) Recipe

 

Here are some exercises SNSD does

 

Repeat both exercise 5-10 times

It seems like a pretty good diet but the only  down side would be because I would hate to eat the same meals for everyday!!!! Anyway good luck!!!

Will being skinny and Hungry make you a better person??

Just be you!!!! There are many types of body shapes out there so accept yourself for who you are!!! :)))

Oh sorry I haven't updated in while..but when I did this I lost about roughly around 2kg.

Chapter 9: can you give me some advice? fruits are expensive in my country so not a daily thing to have spent my rations on. i take karate classes 5 days a week so definitely my intake has increased...so i gained 2 kilos. i work out well but cant reduce my intake. can you give me any other options other than FRUITS!!! THEY ARE EXPENSIVE HERE! so go with you know...how much of food i should eat like rice?
