Water Diet Day 3
Let's get healthy!!! (Kpop diet tips)Okay I'm updating twice today because I feel guilty!!
Today you can limit yourself to only 8 cups of water and you get to eat lots of fruits and vegetables today there is not limit to any particular fruit but eat only when you are hungry!!
I ate a salad with dressing. I was not suppose to but I think it is better if you cheat a littel like a bit of dressing or 1 0r 2 chips than to give up entirely...Not proud of what I did.
If you have no Idea what to do I will share what I ate.
For breakfast
I ate a salad with a few tomatoes anda bit of dressing and 10 almonds
Ingredients
For salad
1 chinese cabbage or just lettuce
3 shallots the green part
10-15 almonds
35 grams of original fried noodles
For dressing
1/8 of vingear
1/4 of caster sugar
3/8 soy sauce
3 tsp of olive oil
Chop the ingredients and combine
combine dressing ingredients and pour a little
I ate this for breakfast and the leftovers for lunch with a banana and a fruit salad.
For Lunch
In the fruit salad was
Watermelon
cantaloupe
Kiwis
Grape
Oranges
Pineapples.
I don't know how much because I bought it when I went out so yea sorry!
For Dinner
I ate a packed dinner too
It had a tomato slice into for pieces
7 snow peas
3 leaves of a lettuce
4 pieces of broccoli
7 slices of carrots
10 slices of cucmbers
A apricot
A Kiwi
I also drank soda water and a cup of green tea.
So you can try what I did but you can do what you want!! :)) Have fun and don't give up!!!! You have come so far!!!
