Let's get healthy!!! (Kpop diet tips)

Description

Hello!!  I made this to help you guys out there with low self esteem, weight troubles and real mean bullies or people who just want to be able to wear a bikini for the summer or maintain their good weight during winter.

I am no expert but I have been studying some kpop diets so please don't be too mean and plus...I need to lose weight so I'm doing this as well.

Oh sorry I haven't updated in while..but when I did this I lost about roughly around 2kg.

Chapter 9: can you give me some advice? fruits are expensive in my country so not a daily thing to have spent my rations on. i take karate classes 5 days a week so definitely my intake has increased...so i gained 2 kilos. i work out well but cant reduce my intake. can you give me any other options other than FRUITS!!! THEY ARE EXPENSIVE HERE! so go with you know...how much of food i should eat like rice?
